The speaker (Dylan Vanas) demonstrates photographing couches for resale and improving those photos using an AI image tool. He takes zoomed-out photos from above, selects a representative shot, and feeds it into an AI generator (referred to as "Dolly") with prompts like "couch and living room, upscale house" to create enhanced background variations suitable for listings.

We got someone who's interested in these couches. What I'm doing here is I'm taking some photos. I took some zoomed out from above. I'm text one of each. I'm going to go ahead and actually throw them into an AI tool. I have to enhance the photo and try to put a nice background behind. Obviously, we don't want to look like we're in a parking lot or in a park. So whatever I can do to enhance it and just make it look better. For the listing, I put it into AI to Dolly, and I said couch and living room, upscale house. And let me show you the variations. We got this.
