Short YouTube advice video (by Dylan Vanas) that gives a rapid tactic for accelerating personal success: reverse-engineer successful people by observing and copying what they do rather than trusting their verbal advice, which may be biased by motives. The speaker emphasizes prioritizing actions over words and emulating behaviors of winners.

When it comes to getting on the fast track to success, I like to do what I call reverse engineering other people's win. I look at what other people are doing more than what they're saying. Whenever someone gives advice, even what I'm saying right now, there's some sort of intrinsic bias that skews what they're saying in order for whatever their motive is. And so really watch what people are doing as well as what they're saying, but more so what they're doing and then copy that rather than just listening to what they say.
