I've done paid growth. Basically what it is, it's driving people to your page through things like giveaways and campaigns where they come to your page and they may become a fan, they may unfollow, but that helps build social proof. So it's very important to have a baseline level of social proof. People don't really care about what you have to say until they know that worth listening to. So you do have to kind of build that. But once you're past that, just posting good quality content like reels will help you do that.
