How to Create and Sell High Ticket Offers Online

A marketing agency founder builds three-tier packages for a Las Vegas attorney: Starter at $10k, Scale at $25k, and Skyrocket at $50k. Each tier bundles services like follower boosts, content creation, local PR placements in Vegas Magazine and the Las Vegas Review-Journal, YouTube verification with a done-for-you system, and a guaranteed 12-podcast tour over six months. The founder avoids itemizing individual service prices to prevent clients from negotiating line items.

Hey, what's up, everyone? Happy Sunday. I wanted to jump in here and just kind of show you how I'm building out a package. So I'm building out a package for an attorney here in Vegas right now that wants to do some work with me. And I was building it out and I figured this would actually be some good content to kind of show, like, my thought process how I'm building these packages. Because the key to having big ticket packages and making a lot of money in a marketing agency is by creating a lot of value inside a package. And so I do, I do like to take pride in the fact that I think I'm pretty good at building out really compelling offers that are highly profitable, but also have look really good to the. To the prospect and also are really good. Like, there's a ton of value in them. So this attorney, he basically asked me to put together a few packages. And so this is what I'm looking at. I'm looking at doing a 10k, a 25k and a 50k. And I kind of just this basically the way my mind went is like, I have my standard packages, but I was looking at them and I'm just like, okay, yeah, like, this isn't going to help him achieve his goals. And I was even looking at them and just like, this isn't going to get him to where he wants to be. So then I just, at the bottom down here, just wrote down like, all the services we offer. And this is like, the only reason I'm putting so much effort into this. One is because, one, I like the guy and two, I really want to lock this deal down. So my thought process was being able to actually take. Just drop all the services I know I'm capable of offering and then kind of just organizing them into packages. And so I just wrote everything down and then I kind of expanded upon them and now I'm putting together packages. So I have the 10k here. I've got Boost followers. And so rather than putting like social growth or putting something else, I just put Boost followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. And basically my thought here is we'll just give him to 10K on all the. All three of those platforms. And I explained why. And then below that put content creation for LinkedIn and Twitter. And so I noticed he isn't. He has a LinkedIn, but he isn't really posting on it. And also I couldn't find a Twitter. So I figured it could be helpful for us to just do the content creation for those two platforms and then since we're in Vegas, I'm going to give them two PR features on Vegas Magazine and Las Vegas Review Journal. Those are two PR publications I can get into. And then I want to put one more thing here. I don't know what that is yet, but you know, just roughly running the numbers, I should be at around say 5, 1500 cost there. I should be sitting around like you know, 50% margin on this, which, you know, I'm happy with. So. Okay, so I want to add one more thing though. So for now I'm going to go ahead and move down to the $25,000 package which I'm going to add all three of these actually, just for simplicity, I'm going to say everything in the 10k package plus the following. I'm just going to start mapping out what actually is going to go into it. So I am going to organize these, make them look a little bit better. But right now I'm just taking the services I have that I know will help him reach his goals and just organizing them into like the packages and then I'll make it look better before I send it off to him. So 25k, so I need at least double the value that's in here. So I've already got all that obviously, so maybe some higher tier PR YouTube verification, I can make that happen. Oops. What else done for you YouTube system? So basically for those of you that haven't seen, I've been building my YouTube channel up and I've actually been using it as a case study to be able to offer like done for you YouTube content creation, editing, posting, scheduling for my clients and I've done it for a couple clients now and we'll be doing it for more in the future. But the idea here is basically I'm just using it as a case study and hopefully in the future we'll be able to add it into agency box as a service. But right now I'm just offering it for my clients so that I would like to include in this 25k package maybe for like three months because that's how long I offered the LinkedIn and Twitter content creation for. And I saw this guy was also making YouTube videos already and so it's. But he's not posting a lot and, and he could use some help with it. He's not posting shorts, so definitely an opportunity there. All right, what else? Content distribution. So could probably do this as well. Content distribution, which is basically just taking his YouTube videos, which if we're doing the done for YouTube system, we'll actually be taking his videos, turning them into shorts and then I'll just take those shorts and post them on TikTok and Instagram and oh yeah, I was gonna get him, get him verified on TikTok. Like he doesn't have a TikTok. So I was gonna go ahead and create a TikTok for him, start it up and then go ahead and, and, and get it verified for him. So TikTok creation, creation and verification and then we can start posting the content there. So I think that's good for the 25k package. And then I'm going to go ahead and just drop the, for the 50k package, go ahead and put like, let's say everything in the 25k package plus the following. So I'm going to go ahead and put, let's say, additional pr. What else? I'm getting a Billboard feature. I'm gonna get him a podcast tour. Anything else? Top tier feature. I think that's pretty much, pretty good, honestly. So I'm gonna go ahead and do. Oh, and I'll actually go ahead and add the Google Map Pack promotion. Actually, I'm gonna go ahead and add this into the, the low tier. That's the thing that was missing. Google Map Pack promotion. So this is going to help him with actual local, let's say local traffic and promotion and promotion for the firm to, for the, the firm to help it rank higher on Google. And so I'll go ahead and put some info there. But basically what I'm doing here is I'm hyperlinking things. I'm adding samples, examples that we have, hyperlinking the articles and just making, putting a lot of information in here and putting the three packages. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to jump off, I'm going to reorganize these packages and I'll jump back in and show you guys exactly what that looks like once they're. The packages have been reorganized and look good. All right, so here I am, I'm back. So I went ahead and finished up the draft on these packages and I'm going to go ahead and kind of run through it right now. So I just started off. This is basically the email that's going to go out to him says, hey, name, hey there. Here's an outline of what we can do with different budgets. The focus of these packages help you boost your authority, drive more traffic through search engines, and help get more eyeballs on your content. I know that you've been doing YouTube content as well. So I included some YouTube services to help you scale that up. So here again, the three packages, 10k, 25k and 50k, I just named them Starter, Scale and Skyrocket. This is, you know, this is kind of up to you on naming your packages and if you have preset packages. But I like to always put a name on them just so people can reference back to them. So I can say, instead of saying, hey, I'll go with the 25k option, they'll say, hey, I'll go with the scale option. So it's good to name each package. So, so for the starter we got follower boost. So again, I'm going to just help them get their followers. And I positioned it as just like a baseline level of social proof so that people don't go look at his pages and he's got like, you know, three hundred or a thousand followers. It just lacks the credibility. And then we got the content creation for LinkedIn and Twitter for three months. So just going to help go ahead and schedule content. I did include an example of my Twitter so he can see what the content looks like. Two local PR features. So I'm going to go ahead and get them in Vegas Magazine and Las Vegas Review Journal. Those are just two local magazines, publications online that people do know about and are popular out here in Vegas. All right. And then a Google Map Pack promotion for three months. So just driving traffic to the Google Map Pack. And I included a link to the Pitch Deck where we talk about that and then scale. So then I just said everything in the starter package plus the following. So we'll go ahead and get him a premium tier one press feature. So Forbes or similar. Get him verified on YouTube. Get him three months of done for you YouTube system. So yeah, again, this is just basically what I've been doing on my own YouTube. I included a link to it, but we can actually do it for. I've been starting to do it for clients as well. And then content distribution. So actually going to take his YouTube content, chop it up into reels and then distribute it across social media and then skyrocket. So everything in the scale package plus the following additional three months of all monthly services. So you can see here three months of YouTube, three months of. Of of content creation and map packs. So we would just basically double that and do three months of it and six months of it instead of three months TikTok creation and verification. So I'm actually gonna go ahead and start him up on TikTok because he doesn't have one. And get him verified on there. And then additional tier one press feature. So success, entrepreneur or similar publication that's not Forbes and then Billboard feature. So I'm go ahead and get him on Times Square or Aria. And I included links by the way to the billboards I'll be getting him on. And I also put a line here. Imagine filming a video in front of the billboard calling you the top attorney of the year. I literally edited that. I don't know why it changed back of the year and putting it on your social media and website. So just kind of trying to paint the picture and help him visualize like why that's valuable. So for some things like the billboard, like people might not understand the value of it. And he even did tell me one time like hey, I'm not the billboard attorney, I'll do it if I have to, but I'm not the guy that's on every billboard. And so I understand and I wanted to just help him understand why that's in there. And then finally podcast tour. So I'm going to go ahead and get him on top 250 podcasts in his industry and guarantee a minimum of 12 placements over six months. Now part of the reason why I expanded the extra three months of coverage for services is because we're doing the podcast tour and it takes about six months to make happen. So I figured rather than us stopping services and just continuing on, I put that in here and then I ended it just by saying, hey, if you have any questions or if these packages are too comprehensive for you, meaning they cost too much, I'm happy to put together something smaller to get you started. And that's basically I throw that in in every deal because I don't want to out price myself. I like to put high ticket packages together. But if someone comes back and says hey, like the 10k is not really realistic for me, then that's fine, I understand. And that way at least like if someone doesn't have the budget for it, which I know isn't the case for this guy, but always throw it in just in case someone doesn't have the budget and they're too embarrassed to say hey, like you know, it doesn't work for me, or they think that you're too expensive for them, like you'll still work with them if they only have like a 3k budget or like a 5k budget, like you'll still work with them. So I want to be able to include just like let them know like, hey, I'm still willing to Work with you if you want something else. And then I said we could split payments up into monthly op, into a monthly option as well. So if he wants to go ahead with the skyrocket package and just do it over a six month period of time, then he could do that. I, I would add a little bit onto that. So instead of it being, I would make it like 10k a month so it actually end up being like 60k instead of 50k. But yeah, that's the outline. So let me see anything else I want to note on this. I did just copy and paste like kind of the outline of each service on here so I can use it again because I have another proposal to do right after this and that's it. But these packages are super valuable. Like just looking at these, look how much you, you're getting and in the way it's positioned, like I think someone can really understand the value and like where we're, where it's headed. The one last thing I'll note on this is I'm not listing individual prices on anything. The reason why is I don't want to commoditize myself. If I go ahead and say, all right, like this is, you know, this is two grand, this is two grand, this is three grand, then this is, you know, another two grand or whatever or four, seven, three grand. Then he might say, hey, I don't want this, I'll just take this or with other stuff. And so we don't want someone to go picking things apart and being like, well, I can get this over here for cheaper from someone else I know. So therefore I'm only going to buy this from you. The idea with packages is, well, technically if I were to split these up, there might be something that I'm giving to him practically at cost, but I'm actually making margin on something else. So let's say if I were to list off the prices, then he can start nitpicking things and trying to discount. And that's not what we want to do. We want to compete on value and compete on quality of service, not price. So that's my proposal process. Let me know guys in the comments below if you thought this was valuable in some capacity. And yeah, talk to you guys soon.
