How you get Meta to pay you to run ads. Have you heard of this? No. It's a self-liquidating offer where you sell something for a low-ticket dollar amount that covers the cost of ad spend. A friend of mine who's a client named Christian Osgood, he runs a company called Multifamily Strategy. He made all his money through DM closing. We added webinars that added, I think, an extra, let's call it $60K a month. Then we added self-liquidating offers. It's a $7.99 mini course and it's called Get Your First Property. As soon as people go to buy, there's a couple order upsells. Our $8 mini course, our average order value is over $100. And he sells it for like $49. And then now it might be a little bit cheaper. Essentially, that one low-ticket product covers the ad spend, but then now he still has the opportunity to get the client as a buyer or as a mortgage client. So like you can sell information plus you can get clients. It doesn't have to be like one path or the other.
