The speaker recounts discovering and running a "flying squirrel" business in their fourth year, quickly earning more than college instructors and claiming that the first six months running the business taught them more about operating a successful business than three years of college.

I went to college, and I dropped out twice. I went for three years. It was what I was told to do. I went to business school, but in my fourth year, that's when I was presented with the flying squirrel business. I actually started running that business and started making money. And I'm like, holy crap. I just made more in my first couple weeks of running this business than these teachers do in an entire year. And I'm supposed to learn how to run a business from these people? I can say in the first six months of that, I learned more about actually running a business and being successful than I did in the three previous years of going to college.
