If I were starting over in my 20s with no money or assets, here are the top three things I would do to get started in investing. Number one, I would open a TD Ameritrade or an E Trade account and immediately start putting in 25 to $100 a month and invest in index funds. I like Voo, VGT and Slyv.
There's actually much easier ways for you to invest and potentially make a lot of money. There's an app called Autopilot. It's one I use. You can actually go ahead and put money in. It'll follow what big hedge funds are doing. And so why would you go ahead and put money in and try to trade against these billion dollar hedge funds? You can literally just copy what they're doing and have an automated system that's modeling it and trading for you. Autopilot is the name of it. Go ahead and download it and see for yourself.
