A short YouTube monologue about how fear of judgment from people who know you (friends, classmates, family) prevents creators from publishing videos. The speaker describes 'false evidence appearing real' as the thought pattern and shares a practical solution: delegate content posting to a team member so content goes out automatically and reduces personal friction.

I bet there's some people in this room, including myself, that have some videos that they filmed, spent a lot of time on and never got out. Why? We're scared of the people who know us from our high school, from our childhood, from back in college. It's all the false evidence appearing real that's going through our mind. You got to post. You created this content. We have to reduce the friction. I still struggled with that. So what I did is I just have one of the girls on my team. She just takes the content. I don't even see it. It's like the lottery. I don't know what's going to be posted. When I approved all the content, I saw it, I wrote a caption for it. But now I can't stop it because it's just going out whether I like it or not.
