A short how-to YouTube tutorial (by Dylan Vanas) describing a three-step process to use AI for content creation: (1) feed the AI detailed company/material information via pasted prompts; (2) ask the AI to summarize that material into a concise 2–3 sentence outline to ensure understanding; (3) instruct the AI to generate deliverables (emails, scripts, copy) using the supplied information.

Here's my three step process to turning AI into a kick ass content machine. Number one, I educate it. A step that most people overlook is actually feeding the AI information. So if I want to have it talk about my company, I'll literally copy and paste all the information on the website and I'll drop it into the AI system. Right now AI is not connected to the Internet so it can't pull that on its own. So I'll feed it 2, 3, 4 individual prompts with information and then next I'll actually go ahead and ask it to summarize. I'll say, hey, go ahead and provide a summary of what my company does and I'll make sure that it understands exactly what I'm doing in a short two or three sentence outline. And then number three, I'll prompt it to do some work. If I want emails, I'll tell it to actually go ahead and write, hey, act as a marketing copywriter and write me three emails. If I want a script for something, I'll ask it for the script, but this way it's using information I educated it with to create the end result.
