Dylan Vanas argues minimum wage is misguided because the free market already pays workers based on skill level. His solution: develop real skills instead of unionizing or demanding higher pay.

My honest opinion is minimum wage is a joke. The whole idea is the marketplace, in a free marketplace environment will pay you what you deserve and what you're worth. And so if you have a $2 an hour skill set, that's probably what you deserve to be getting paid. Let's just develop your skill set. If you want to make more money instead of unionizing and trying to fight for higher pay, go develop some real skills.
