Motivation is a feeling that comes and goes, and it doesn't matter whether it's there or not. Discipline is infinitely more important. No matter how you feel, get up and do what you're supposed to do. That's it. And that's discipline. It's not motivation.
So Today is day two of 144 of training for an ironman. Those that don't know an ironman, you swim for hours with no breaks, you then bike for hours. And with no breaks, you then go run for hours. So with that being said, I'm not going to sauna today. I'm going to jump in my hot tub. It's not hot right now. It's freezing. It's 50 degrees Fahrenheit. So I'm going to jump in, and you can watch me. S all right. So with that being said, we'll see you guys tomorrow.
