Here's one skill set that I've developed that's been responsible for a lot of my success. Relationship building. Some people, they become hermits and they go sit in their closet and they just work all day long. That's one way to do it. A lot of business is made over a handshake. It's made on a golf course. It's made over lunch. It's made over a deal. I love connecting with people, building relationships, and trying to add value to everyone. Ultimately, you end up working with your friends.
