A short motivational monologue (YouTube video) arguing that success is not reserved for geniuses but is achievable through ordinary persistence and hard work. The speaker emphasizes that many people fail because they quit after initial setbacks, while continued effort and pushing through obstacles leads to success.

Society overhypes the idea of success and they think you have to be some kind of genius or expert to make it happen. The reality is, for me, my life, the success I've created, I'm literally an ordinary guy. I'm no different. I'm no smarter, no more intelligent, no more better looking than anyone else out there. All I did was just work hard and when faced with obstacles, I pushed through them. See, the reason that most people fail is because they quit at the first sign of defeat. But defeat is temporary. If you keep pushing through, you'll move towards success. And that's all I've been able to do.
