Dylan Vanas explains the growth fulfillment paradox: the tension between scaling a business and delivering quality services. Solo founders need to pick which one they're stronger at, then outsource the rest.
Starting a business is hard. Growing it and making it a success is even harder. In fact, there's this thing I call the growth fulfillment paradox, which basically says that it's really hard to grow the business and fulfill the services you're selling at the same time, especially as a one person or a small team. And so how do you solve that problem? Well, the best thing to do is identify what you're best at. Is it growth or is it fulfillment? Focus on that and then find a way to outsource or pass off the rest of the work to other people, other teams, other employees, whatever you can do actually make your business succeed.
