One of the things that we've done that has improved our success, hiring people is actually hiring in pairs. It's worth paying two people to do the same job for a short period of time. You'll find out really quickly if the person who in the interview is the same person on the job. Oftentimes the person who is the best at the job isn't the best salesperson. It's not until you actually see them work where it actually makes sense. When you put the people that you're hiring through a trial process and you hire in pairs or test them, it gives you the ability to have way higher success and longer retention.
