A short YouTube talk (by Dylan Vanas) listing three customer-acquisition strategies that the speaker credits with generating millions: referrals (networking + referral kickbacks), live webinars/trainings (free high-value sessions with an offer at the end), and live events (hosting/partnering, delivering value, then presenting an offer). The piece is tactical and example-driven, focused on providing value and converting attendees.

These three customer acquisition strategies have made me millions of dollars. Number one, referrals. For a long period of time, my entire business was built on referrals. I went out and networked, found some people that were interested in my stuff, had them buy from me, provided an amazing experience, and then gave them a kickback on sending me referral deals. Number two, I've made millions of dollars off live webinars and trainings. I ran these free 1 hour, 45 minute trainings where I'll get a few hundred people to jump on a call, I'll go ahead and give them a ton of free value, and at the end I'll go ahead and give them an offer to work with me in some capacity. And then number three is live events. I've hosted my own live events and partnered with other people who've had live events. And I've shown up and actually talked to the audience, given them value, and then offered something at the end. That's the whole idea is like, how can I give value, provide? And then if people want to work with me at the end of it, I give them the ability to do so.
