This one tip helped me double my profits in my business. Oftentimes early in business, people end up hiring employees way too early. What you should be doing Instead of hiring people, you should be hiring partners and trying to find other agencies, other companies that you can work with to get the job done. So instead of hiring, let's say a $5,000 employee to build you 10 websites in a month, find an agency that could do 10 websites for you at 500 bucks or $400 a piece. And the only time you will actually start to hire people is when you know you could make more money from hiring an individual to do that same job and working with a partner. It gives you the ability to operate much more efficient, more lean, and make way more profit, especially early on.
