This is an amazing book that I recommend every single person who wants more in life. Read the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. It's not a business book, it's a life discovery book. It's how you find who you are and what you want to do. Now the Alchemist follows the journey of this boy basically through years of his life, different places he goes and different things he tries to do, really trying to find who he is and what he's really all about. The journey is a necessary part of the end result because without the journey, without the ups and downs, but dude, without the rock bottoms I've had in my life where I've been on the verge of tears, I wouldn't be the person I am now who can actually motivate, elevate, coach and work with people. Even though we don't need the journey to get to the result, the journey makes the result all that much more better.
