Dylan Vanas presents a short YouTube explainer of the marketing "value ladder": a hierarchical framework that maps customer offerings from free/awareness content up through low-ticket ($10–$20) items, mid-ticket online courses (~$100–$200), multi-thousand-dollar products, to high-ticket one-on-one coaching (thousands of dollars). The video outlines what each rung represents and how value/touchpoints increase toward the top.

This here is a ladder. And in marketing we use what's called the value ladder. See at the bottom is things like free products, organic content and stuff that builds awareness but no one's really paying for. One rung up are things that are low ticket products. These are things that are $10, $20 free plus shipping book funnels, that kind of stuff. Now once we go up and we climb one more rung up, we're going to be taken to products that are online courses in the range of like 100 bucks to a couple hundred bucks. Now we go one more rung up and now we're talking about products that cost a few thousand bucks. These are more serious products. And all the way at the top right here, this is the high ticket products. These are the things that you provide the highest amount of touch points on the highest amount of value, one on one coaching high ticket products, thousands of dollars where your customers get the most impact. So think about this next time you're selling your products and this is the value ladder.
