A short YouTube video (by Dylan Vanas, uploaded April 4, 2023) recounts a humorous TikTok incident where a Walmart shopping cart was found in a Target parking lot. The clip describes a playful back-and-forth between Walmart and Target in the TikTok comments, framed as a corporate 'brand battle' leveraging platform creativity.

There was a Walmart and target battle on TikTok, a Walmart shopping cart in a Target parking lot. And one of the employees takes a video. He's like, I got this Walmart shopping cart in my Target parking lot. The war is on, or battle's on or something. And then, like, Walmart comments on the video the guy made and saying, like, the cart may be yours, but, like, the price battle's on us, or something like that. And then, like, Target responds, and then Walmart responds, and there's, like, literally this corporate brand war on some dude, random dude's TikTok video. And they're all, like, leveraging this, like, creativity of the platform. It's fun to see.
