It contains a monologue discussing the unreliability of most advice found online, particularly in blogs, and suggests that observing successful practices is more effective than following generic advice.

99% of the advice people give is terrible. If you go and Google any subject and you say, hey, how do you do this? How do I grow on social media? How do I do anything? You're going to find hundreds of blogs about this. But guess what? Majority of those blogs are written by who? They're written by interns that work for some company that's never done any of this stuff before. And so they're taking other blogs they read, regurgitating the information and spitting it out. All you have to do to be able to find something and know if something works. Instead of following advice, just copy what people do and what's working.
