I'll break it down for you. Number one, they created a cool product. While Apple doesn't make the best phones, they're a good phone. It's a good product that people enjoy using and it's simple. Number two, they have created a really amazing mission statement. Apple started out from the beginning with the mission of challenging the status quo and they've been able to do that. They really got their people to rally behind the company and create an amazing culture and then number three they hook them in. Apple has hooked their customers in with products that like imessage, airdrop, other products that tie them to the Apple ecosystem and most people including myself will never ever change.
