The most important part of your marketing and building your business is the hook. What are you telling people first thing when they learn about your product? Apple had one of the best hooks of all time, which was a thousand songs in your pocket. MP3 players did exist beforehand. There were Walkmans, there were tapes. There were a lot of other solutions. So why did Apple destroy all the competition? They had a product with the name explaining exactly what the product did, and it was a lot more trendy than anything else out there. You know, an MP3 player, it's confusing to just say that. So make sure that when you're marketing, when you're building your business, you have a catchy hook that helps people understand what the product does and what's so great about it.
