Welcome back, you guys. Sunday long run about to go down. I do at least 10 every Sunday. I kind of want to do 12 or 15 today. It's already hot outside. We'll see how it goes. We got the fuel. Let me show you what I'll eat before I run. Got these fruit gummies that I just found, one date, and the 2 sips left of this electrolyte goated drink. Before we wrap this up, I got a gift for 5-year anniversary Garmin. Gonna test that out today. This endurance trainer. On TikTok Shop, it was $2. Literally $2. I was like, I might as well, might as well. I've heard, uh, mixed things on these. Didn't buy that with the intention of, uh, the work just being done for me, but it was $2. I was like, let's find out. And a lot of the people that join the community these days come from YouTube. One thing I started to do is shout out the new community members in the YouTube video. I forgot to do it last week. So Artemio, Valentin, welcome in, man. To both of you. Maybe that's a better angle. We got a grid going.
What?
I forgot to update you guys, but I did 12 miles. It was just about 12 miles. GPS messed up twice, didn't start, so it says like 11 or something. But it was really hot, I got sunburned. But I did download Runna, uh, I bought a plan, an actual marathon training plan. So gonna get into the thick of it here. I think we're 20 weeks out from San Antonio, I think is the first one. So we're doing San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Austin. We're gonna shoot for sub-3 hours on one of those. I don't know if we're gonna do it this year, but I'm gonna train as if it's reasonable. Anyways, today editing reels for the next week of Because of Sales content. Might start writing a newsletter today, or otherwise it's going to be tomorrow. As we're recording this, we have like 4 VIP tickets left for our meetup, and one of our community guys just set his 30K trophy touchdown. So if we get a photo of that, I'm going to show it to you guys. I don't know if you can see the But it's new, and it's 2 p.m. That's the that's the Monday that we're on. I just wanted to show you guys this when I had a podcast cancel, but I'm excited to interview this guy. He owns LeadFi.ai. It's basically a company that lets you get people's financial information when they book a call with you. It's some pretty crazy wizardry stuff. He's rescheduling, but I wanted to show you this, and hopefully it focuses. If you zoom in. And you read what the trophy says, $30,000 a month. Now, the reason why the name is crossed out, I'm not usually a name crosser outer. He actually came into the community from an insurance sales background, started working with another sales-oriented business. And so for the respect of that business, we just keep it a little bit personal, private. I will tell you this, he will be in Austin, Texas come September, just like a lot of you. He was there last year. He'll be there again this year. I have to write a newsletter. It's Tuesday. Tuesday is newsletter day. Always. Monday is reel and meme day. I do the whole week of Because of Sales content, queue it up. Tuesday is newsletter day. Speaking of trophies, got one right here for selling $1 million with one company. This was 2021. My first million dollars sold. So this is a nice trophy. All you blue collar salespeople, I was selling roofs and a little bit of solar in South Texas. So all you guys spending hours in the sun commuting, doing dangerous shit, I feel you. I don't think I showed this before, but when I went to Japan, there it is, V2 Tokyo. We went to Japan for this mastermind and it was just a lot of business owners. It was a pretty expensive mastermind just to get over there and stay where we were staying. But we all got these dog tags. We custom made them. At the bottom in Japanese, it has a line from The Wolf of Wall Street where he's up there in front of the whole business. He's about to step down or whatever, and he changes his mind. He's like, I'm not leaving, with another word in there. I'm not gonna rip the hard F-bomb on, uh, YouTube. But actually, it's funny because that doesn't translate exactly to Japanese. So what What they carved in here, and you could like screenshot and run it through ChatGPT. I think it says, I am never going to leave. So we got all the boys' dog tags custom made. Funny story, I usually just hang that in this trophy. For you blue-collar boys that are watching this, my guy Austin here— this is long, I'm not gonna put it on the screen, I'm not gonna read it all— but he's basically showing the 2-year difference between the freaking depressing room that he used to work in when he was in roofing. Check this out. You should be able to see this. No windows. It's like a shack. And now, this is super small. You probably can't see this. Takes calls from his house in flip-flops 'cause he lives in Florida, making remote money. Says, Life sure comes at you fast. 100% a TSSC, that's the Cereal Sales Community, lifer from learning how to shift my occupation. My boy Jake, JB, posted a link to his X. If we open that up, Go to it. It's public record. I retweeted this. The past 2 months working around 15 hours per week, made $10K per month, both while pursuing like another business that he wants to run. So that's what remote sales can be. It can be a full-time thing. It can be like a career. For Jake, it's cash flow to pay the bills, save a little bit, and get another business off the ground. Ladies and gentlemen, it's Wednesday. We got on the Abundance shirt, hit the track this morning, met the boys for coffee. May have convinced homie Diego to get an e-bike because he rode mine. Put the clip here. Some of those boys are moving into the same complex that we live in. Be a little e-bike gang. I got this book in the mail yesterday from this mastermind group I'm in. Professional Poker Strategies for Winning in Business and Life. I did not order this, they just sent it to me, but it's a pretty easy read. Might give it a shot, tell you guys what I learned. Besides that, Newsletter went out today. It's a banger with Marcos Ruiz. Third link in the description if you want to read that. In that newsletter, we always share like recent events, and one of the things that was recent is this door-to-door dude in solar caught a battery charge for like body slamming a homeowner. I don't know if that's the first door-to-door battery charge in history, but it's a pretty crazy story, so it's in there. And a bunch of other stuff that is actually going to help you. Today, Wednesdays are usually a little bit more of a chill day, more of a creative day. I'm gonna film a banger. I'm gonna structure out a banger YouTube video to go out tomorrow on Thursday. So if you're seeing this now and you didn't see the last YouTube video, it's a banger. I haven't even made it yet. I haven't even posted it, but it's a banger. So go watch it, especially if you want a remote sales job, make a remote income. That's about it for right now. Shout out Eric from Portugal. Just joined the community. The 2 most recent community members, both from Portugal, which is very small world. Not a common thing. Most of the people are from the U.S., but We do help people from Europe. We help people from Asia. We help people from South America. As long as you got English Wi-Fi and the will to want to make money online and sell things— like, bros, this is not some fad trending business model that relies on 100 different things to go right for you to have success. I'm talking about one of the oldest professions of all time, a sales job in the biggest market that exists today, which is the internet. It's not rocket science whether you have sales experience or not. It is Not rocket science. Like, we quite literally manufacture success for every single person that comes in. And in addition to manufacturing success, gotta show you guys this one. Shout out to my boy Franklin if he's watching. Boom! 18 hours ago. Keep going. I don't expect you to read all that. You can pause it if you want. He just had a $35K cash collected day on his first, like, legit offer in the space. Got connected through my former agency. Got in touch with them. Got hired. $35K cash collected day as an appointment setter dialing inbound leads. That is a $1,000 commission day, and it's maybe his first week, week and a half there. Franklin is about to turn 21 before the meetup. He's not even 21. Uh, when he comes to Austin for our meetup, he will be 21. It's the power of network, getting around the right people. You guys watching this who are not really in the scene yet, but you are looking like you're looking from the outside in, You guys would have never found that role. Like, it never would have even crossed in front of your face. It's the power of the community, man. We post so many jobs. I always post like on a monthly basis how many we posted on the month prior. But as I was scrolling to find that win from Franklin from yesterday, uh, 1 hour ago, our boy Sam, who I filmed a $10K per month testimonial with, he's looking for a setter for his team. And then 19 minutes ago, Jackson, our recruiter, Said on here, 12 offers hiring. 12 offers. What kind of offers, you may ask? Really quick, I'll riff off so you guys can know if you're like completely new to this. Appointment setters, $2,500 to $3,000 a month. So an entry-level role for an IG brand and monetization offer. $5K per month closer, $3K per month setter for AI systems offer. It's also a newer offer. $6K per month setters for fitness coaching. $10K per month closer for real estate marketing training offer. $14K per month setter, setter lead for a SaaS security offer. Where else are you finding that? $14K a month for setter management. $20K per month closers and $8K per month setter for Christian real estate offer. Now that's a niche. $6.5K per month setters for web design and development offer. $10K per month full cycle sales reps for golf coaching offer. You golfers out there, come on now. $10K per month full cycle sales reps for crypto coaching offer. $16.5K per month closers for e-com biz op offer. $20K per month closers for online coaches biz op offer. The coaches coaching coaches kind of thing. $4K per month DM appointment setter for crypto offer. And that's it. That was 12 offers. The one that our guy Sam posted was $3K to $5K per month for AI trading offer. How many offers did you see today, man? And how many of those were actually good? That is my question of you. I'm gonna let that sit for a little bit. I'm gonna go knock out some work. Come on, you boys. Abundance mindset. Join us. First link in the description. You guys like that one or what? All right, bros, I'm not one to hype anything up more than it needs to be. This YouTube video that I'm creating right now is going to be a triple platinum banger. The one before this, we are illustrating because people like pictures, right? I like pictures. Go watch that video. I'm teaching you how to land a sales job you're not qualified for. What I would say is more important than how much you work is like if the work is finished or not, meaning All the inbox is cleared out, the new followers are messaged, like all the things that you're supposed to do. However you feel like it's most sustainable to fully keep up with that, whether it's like doing it 3 times per day or 5 times per day. At a minimum, dude, like I would make sure there's a touchpoint. The job gets done in the morning, gets done in the afternoon, it gets done in the evening. Now, if you wanna do like more in the evening, less in the morning, more in the afternoon and less on morning and evening, like you kind of get a feel for the offer itself and when people are most active, most receptive. But usually it seems to be evening. And then from there, once you get some data on when the people are active, then refine it. Let y'all be the judge. Am I him when it comes to thumbnails? If I'm not him, who is him? So I'm just kidding. This is not even part of this. I forgot to tell you guys about something yesterday that happened first time. I was on the track running a warm-up mile or so, 7:45 AM. It's a good amount of people out there. And I'm running, no headphones, by myself, and I hear someone yell, because of sales! I was just like, huh. That's interesting. And I posted about this. I posted about this today. You know, I'm not a celebrity or anything, but for some reason the ads that I run love to go local in Austin. I've been recognized a fair amount in Austin as Cereal Sales. Yeah, a lot of people who recognize me, they'll come up to me and they'll be like, Cereal Sales? All the time. Never my name because, I mean, I post my name out there, but Cereal Sales is like the handle. So everyone will say Cereal Sales, but for the first time Yesterday, someone said Because of Sales, which is, if you're brand new here, like it's Because of Sales is my newest business. It's a sales media company with newsletter, podcast, social accounts. If that's not a sign that something is working, then I don't know what is. I mean, it's cool to get recognized whether it's Serial Sales or Because of Sales, but that's a first. For the first time, someone that I didn't know mentioned Because of sales is like the first interaction. I don't know why there's a hanger, a bottle, and some glasses with a Snickers wrapper. No laptop. Today's been a chill day. About to get into work block number 2. Went to coffee shop. This is what it's like to live in Austin. Randomly ran into 2 people that I know separate. They weren't together, but like separately, just at the coffee shop working. Went and hit some legs, just ate some lunch, and now we're gonna get into filming a ton of course content. Now that the meetup tickets are basically— the VIP ones at least are basically sold out, I can get back to business as normal. First course of action is finishing new course material for the community so we can move platforms. I've been saying that forever. It's a lot of work. Next course of action is— I don't know if I've talked about this, but on Because of Sales, we are running paid ads. It's how we get most of our subscribers. We're getting them for a little over $2 per subscriber, which is not that cheap. but it's affordable right now. And I wanna release a product on the front end that basically makes that paid funnel self-liquidating. I'm thinking $7 to $10 product. Every 1 in 4, 1 in 5 people hopefully buys it. I wanna make it super valuable so people do buy it. And that's the next big thing. I'm not gonna tell you guys— actually, I am gonna tell you guys. I'm making a resource interviewing a bunch of recruiters, all these like behind-the-scenes kind of questions on like what really dictates the salespeople that they hire versus the ones they don't. And so I wanna make it kind of like a Secret guide to like getting the sales job that you want and make it industry agnostic. So that's the next focus. I want to interview 40 recruiters. I've probably done six or seven. Why I'm at the setup, gonna put the mic and everything on is because we're doing course material. Hypothetical question for you: Can you read this? What if hiring managers from the biggest companies in the world, ACQ is acquisition.com. That's Alex Hormozi, Layla Hormozi. What if they just like reach out to you and ask if you knew people looking for work? I mean, they wouldn't reach out to you because you're probably a sales rep or like probably not someone like me who has like the network of people. But what if you could just like be on the receiving end of that, have access to those and be pushed through the first round because of the group that you're in or the community that you're associated with? That's what we do in my community. I mean, you can see the logo, right? Acquisition. I mean, they like publicly hire all the time, but you know how many applicants they probably get? You know how many of them are pushed through to the second round automatically? Not that many. So studious, man. Why is Noah looking so studious in there?
He's on like a really important interview right now.
I thought he had one on Tuesday. Is this a different one?
I think this is a completely different one.
Good morning. Say something that's gonna hype the people up.
All right, something that's gonna hype the people up. What is today? It is August 1st. If you're watching this video, that means that we are less than 60 days away from the high-ticket meetup. That is 60— less than 60 days for you to lock in, make a little bit more money so you can come out here and actually have fun instead of being homeless in Austin. Put on the spot here. For this video, my brain's getting fried by this 5G tower that's outside.
Um, Chuchong, Chuchong, how was the meetup last year?
Hey man, life-changing, life-changing. A lot of vibes, a lot of business. It was good. If you ain't there, I don't know where you at then, man.
I don't— is that— can I put that on YouTube? Yeah, last year, if you remember seeing me at the meetup, I was doing I was helping out with like tickets, bracelets, tickets, stuff like that. Me and Dylan, we go way back, so I was helping him with just kind of the operations of last meetup. This year I'm on security because the homeless people are a little bit wild out there and y'all get crazy too, so we got that now. Just know y'all will be well protected.
Brother. I feel you.
What are we fucking doing here? I think I'm just a hater, man. I don't want to be that guy. I must be a hater. Oh yeah, actually feels good.
Check me out. What'd he say? He said, I'mma eat it.
Me and the brother Diego, bunch of fruits. We just moved in. We got the we got the moving crew in here, man. You know, we're now at the the truss. I ain't gonna give you any other information of where we're at.
This looks mad familiar, man.
I think I've seen this room before. Lowkey, it's kind of the same layout.
No, I'm just gonna put the, uh, I'm gonna fast forward and put the song over it. Whoa, whoa, whoa, would you look at that, guys? Shout out to you guys for 3,000 subscribers, YouTube. I had a goal by the end of this year to hit 10,000. We're pretty far away. We were at 2,086 subscribers on January 1st, 2025, so we've gained a little less than 1,000 So far on the year, which is not bad. It compounds. Another thing, we sold all the VIP tickets for the event. I will be opening up a couple more once we get a final headcount on our team. But if you slept on the VIP tickets, that sucks for you. There's still standard tickets. You should still get those for our High Ticket Sales Meetup, Austin, Texas, September 26th, 27th. We have a lot of people coming, a lot of high-level people, people that run sales programs, people that run sales teams. You should definitely come. So it's it's Sunday. I'm a little behind on this video. I'm gonna edit this, post it up. I just got done ten miles. New training plan kicking my ass. I'm gonna go to a coffee shop, lock in, get this one out to y'all. Shout out Giuliano for joining the community. Shout out Josh for making three K in three days. Shout out Daven for having a twenty five thousand dollar commission month. And you'll see we post. Date, type of role, on-target earnings, niche, link to the job post. Look how many we shared last month. You want to know total? 355, I think it was. 353, I'm sorry. If you're looking into 1099 remote sales roles, I mean, this was last month. June, we had like 260. May, we had like 215. You want a 1099 remote sales job? What are you doing if you're not in the Cereal Sales Community? First link in the description. You can see these jobs. I'll actually— that might be the first link in the description. But that's the video this week, you guys. Let me know what you want to see next week.
Peace.
