Gentlemen, ladies, probably mostly gentlemen knowing his demographic.
Like 99%. It's literally 100% guys.
Yeah, yeah, the 4 women that are subscribed to the channel, we appreciate y'all. We just built out a nasty ManyChat automation. This is something I picked up in the trenches back when I was thumbing away in my younger days. That's the importance of stacking skills once you get in the space, because I'm gonna put this guy on a nasty rev share for So that's what we call upskilling. That's how he became who he is, and that's how I'm gonna steal his spot in the game pretty soon. Possibly next week, 2 weeks from now. He's got to buy me a Rolex first, then it's happening.
Check out the flow. Pretty good. I don't even know— ManyChat's not my forte, but this guy's ManyChat demon, so we're gonna see if it works. If it doesn't— if he doesn't have a Rolex in the next video, it didn't work. He's already getting mad and shit. So the, the problem with driving an old car besides mechanical and engine problems is this doesn't have a Bluetooth radio, so this is what we're on.
Woo!
Do you know Eminem? Do you know some of his shit? Who is this? Alright, good morning you guys. We're here at the track about to hit a little fast run here. As you can see, there's nobody out here who wants to smoke. We're just late. Everyone's already done. They have jobs, we don't. There's a couple people out here, but it's a Wednesday. We're gonna run like 3, 4 miles, pretty fast speed, nothing too crazy. Can't sprint. I'm getting over some health stuff right now. I will say this, health is wealth, because I haven't been able to really run for like the last month. I had this like musculo— musculoskeletal— I can't even say the word— musculoskeletal like chest bruise. Don't ask me how, I don't know how, but it was scary and it's good now, or it's like getting better. Now that I know that it's not a heart thing, I'm just like, whatever. Yeah, now I can like kind of run. I hit some— I hit a 4-mile like 7:30 pace again, which was like refreshing. But we got to get back into it, so that's what we're doing right here today. Besides that, rest of the video I'm going to show you some cool stuff. Sales reps recently, talk about the new business, just keep you guys posted. We'll take you along. Follow me on Strava. We're flying out here. I understand it now. I know why nobody else is out here, because it's hot. That sun. Is serious. Quick 4-mile. Let's see what we ended up at. Yeah, there we go. Oh, we were pretty spot on to what we were trying to do. 7:30 at the fastest. Something light, a little 4-miler on a Wednesday. But yeah, we're about to go get, I don't even remember what the drink is, but it's like orange juice coffee, orange juice espresso. Really good at a vegan food truck. Hear me out, it's good. So if you follow me anywhere, I probably already posted about this. You're not gonna be able to read this, but it's a transcript from Fathom. On our last community live call, a community member jumped him there, open floor, and let me know he hit his first $25K month. Real estate marketing, appointment setter, closer, sales manager, sales manager for multiple teams, just had his first $25K month. If you think about that, like, some people try to make $25K in a year, and this guy just made it in a month not having sold anything 2 years prior. That's pretty crazy. And then a year ago, we ran an interview where he had his first $8,000 month appointment setting. He's been at it for a while. It wasn't just like $0 to $25K. But I mean, this is what I've been doing for a few years now, but sometimes I really forget, like, dude, When you make $25,000 a month, that changes your life, especially the first time. So thought that was cool.
Wanted to tell y'all.
Yeah, I used to.
I used to listen to this song when I was like in middle school. I'd be like, damn, he's going through something, man. I was like, that's sad, but it went hard. Did you like, um, did you like when Eminem came out with those songs with like Rihanna? Uh, what is it? I Need a Doctor and I'm Not Afraid and shit.
Eh.
Like in like middle school era. I remember they were just everywhere, right? Yeah, they were. Like everyone was playing that shit. Yeah, that shit was tough. Um, they used it in like a trailer for something that was good. I can't remember. One thing I remember specifically, you guys let me know if you remember this, um, I think it was the Black Ops 1 trailer where they used that rolling— the Rolling Oaks, uh, Rolling Oaks.
The Rolling Stones.
That's the mall in San Antonio. Rolling Stones song. That was like the, the best gaming trailer of childhood, to be honest. Uh, I know the name of the song. Oh, Gimme Shelter.
Shit went hard.
But then like every time I'd hear that song after, it was just like, it was the song from the trailer. And then it was like not cool because I'm just listening to the song from the trailer. I was telling Tony, I'm getting good at— I'm getting more comfortable on the stick here. And I hit a double shift. I called it— I coined the term double downshift. Well, it's like, yeah, like while the clutch is in, like downshifting like twice basically without putting it back in and then like matching it. So I might have to hit one for y'all. I have to be in 4th. I was gonna say, you probably have to be going pretty fast. If you're trying to learn manual, don't ever downshift into 1st at speed. You're gonna, you're gonna mess everything up. Never intentionally downshift into 1st at speed because No matter how high you rev it, it's not going to be pretty. Oh yeah, no, definitely not. I had to learn that the hard way. It wasn't that bad, but I'm in 4th. Nah, not good. I could just do it in like a single. Yeah. Oh, check this out, guys. I, uh, this is one of the first people I almost ran Facebook ads for. I was sending manual cold outreach, hundreds per day. And like, I was trying to start a Facebook ads agency in college, and I had trials with people. Dude, I went back and forth with that company for a long time, but it didn't work because I didn't know how to run Facebook ads. I also didn't know how to provide a service and pitch it and sell people. I was so bad at sales, dude. When I first started the online money stuff, everyone's selling ads, Facebook ads, to like dentists, chiropractors, doctors, uh, mostly dentists and chiropractors. So I remember ripping cold calls to dentists, hitting the gatekeeper, hitting the receptionist, and I was just getting steamrolled, dude. Like, it was the most brutal thing. If I had tape of that, those calls, you guys would never see it because it was that bad. It was so bad. And it's just crazy to, you know, at that point and even far after that, I never thought sales was for me. Just like running, Do it, get better at it, get good enough, getting compensated for it, at least in sales. Calling the shot now, Tony and I are hitting a sub-3 hour this fall. Yeah, I don't know. Winter, I guess. I don't know if you're in still. I'm trying to run the 4 like big Texas marathons and one of them sub-3, sub-3 hours, which is like— It'd probably have to be the first one. It's not Austin.
I think it's Dallas.
Is it Dallas or San Antonio?
One of the two.
This is our stop, I think. It's a low-key spot for you guys. All right, well, here we are, the secret spot. Vegan Nam. Vegan Nam. Just hear me out, man.
Trust.
Bowie, if you're watching this, I know you're not. Sponsor me because this is my favorite drink in the world, and I would love to post about it and get some. If you're in Austin, though, they're backwards. But Bowie, sparkling agua frescas, delicious, man. I would drink three right now. But we got coffee. Well, besides Bowie, you should. Well, you should drink this. Fru frutado? Is that what that was called? Fru frutado, something like that. OJ, orange juice, espresso, vanilla cream. It tastes like a dreamsicle. Really good. But second thing I want to show you guys, just you can just see it's WhatsApp messages. This closer, newer closer that I know had a $1,950 commission day. Closed three deals. Some how it felt to make it in two hours. That's got to be a record. And he was like, pretty damn nice. I want that to be regular. So think about that too. We just talked about the $25K a month. That'll change a lot of things. But like the first day that you unlock $1,950 in a single day for 2 hours of work, like you don't go back to a 9 to 5 after that. I was also going to talk about our wins challenge. So we spun the wheel for our April wins challenge. It was $400. It was a flight or $400 credit to come down to Austin and hang out, film a YouTube video, just have a good weekend. And we spun the wheel. One guy had 62 entries, but someone who had 3 entries won. John. So in April we gave away the flight. This month in May, giving away an espresso machine. Post your wins and then win something that helps you post more wins. It's a no-brainer. Also, run, don't walk to your email inbox because, because of sales newsletter 3 just came out 17 minutes ago with the full interview. Tech sales guy, started his agency, grew to 20 clients. He is like the GOAT of B2B prospecting. First and foremost, if you're not on the newsletter, go to the description. It's going to be the second link in there, so subscribe to that. Every week we send you news, tools, updates on just sales in general, show you what's happening in other industries, and then we do a deep dive on someone who's really good at what they sell. Yeah, they're like an industry leader, we'll call it that. I was telling Tony I've been outbounding people, big names. Shelby Sapp. Shelby Sapp, if you're seeing this, let's run it. People want to hear your story. If you guys are an industry leader or you've like gotten into sales and it's helped you build a life that you really love, like financial included, but also outside that, subscribe to the newsletter. And in the newsletter there's a form to fill out to, uh, be a guest. And dude, I really don't care if you have a huge following or no following. Like if you have a sick story and you can share game, get your name on the list. So that's out now. Yeah, we're gonna sip on, uh, this for the rest of the time.
Mess up your sleep. No espresso martinis past 9 o'clock, and it ain't 9 o'clock yet, so So that means order up.
Search and destroy, bomb defuse. Bomb defuse, bro. Yeah, I don't know what's the vibe with y'all. Are we gonna actually lock in? Lock in, lock in vote.
We're already here.
Yeah, we're here.
Table no top, lock in, no cap.
Table no top right there. All right, YouTubers, we're working. It's, uh, almost 9 PM on a Thursday. On Tequila Thursday, so that's what we're getting into. Sometimes you just gotta pull up with the Brodies and get some work done. It's the reality, raw reality POV is what it takes. Hiring channel: one hour, one hour, one hour. Look, twenty-five K per month closer, twelve K per month closer, fifteen K per month closer. One hour, twenty K per month closer, ten to twenty. What are y'all doing, man? On school, this feature isn't really good for much, but the leaderboard of just like activity, how many posts, likes, comments. And we've got none other than Mr. Suit and Tie right here. This guy.
Let's go, baby!
It just goes to show, man, you like enough posts in the school group, you can make money in high-ticket sales. And come hang out with Dilly V himself.
Dylan is the man. I just liked every post in there and Ended up just working my way up. I've never had a win in there, actually. I've actually never taken a sales call. I kind of just joined and pocket watched. But—
Dude, hold the Noah Burton approach on that one. Yeah, you have to add some ums in there. Should we get some drinks?
Dylan, Dylan wants to lock in on a drink.
Yeah, it's Tequila Thursday. I just— I got a post queued up about Tequila Thursday, actually. But Tequila Thursday in Austin, we ended up We've been coworking at night a couple of times. Naturally, because the vibe is good on a Thursday evening, we just started getting some tequila out towards the end of it, and it happened a couple times. So now it's like a thing. We just go and work on a Thursday evening. Sometimes if the vibe is right, tequila comes out.
Tequila allows for flow state, for full lock-in.
Yeah, for making offers and stuff, for closing high-ticket deals. Y'all wanna run some mock calls? Run mock calls and like for every objection you fuck up on, you gotta take a shot.
I love that.
Ah dude, let's go grab a drink. Let's go grab a drink. We got this one. Check this out, the new apartment. Corner balcony view, top floor bedroom, and then the second room is gonna be a studio, pod studio and office for the YouTube channel.
That's gonna be kick-ass.
