Fernando landed a sales job earning $4,000–$5,000 monthly just three weeks after entering the field. The hiring CEO chose him over 15 other applicants because his application mentioned the community and Dylan's name. He joined the community two and a half weeks before getting hired.

All right, y'all. I have got Mr. Fernando here. He's been in the community for about 2 and a half weeks. Wanted to hop on this call with him and just quick 1, 2 minutes, uh, talk with him about his experience. So Fernando, you've been in for about 2 and a half weeks. We've had a lot of back and forth. Can you tell me about your experience so far?
My experience so far, it's only really good things, honestly. I've been in this like sales space for maybe 3 weeks, been in the community for 2 and a half weeks and already have a gig that's gonna make me $4,000 to $5,000 a month. So, and I couldn't have done it without, without this group, honestly. Honestly.
It's amazing. And what is like, what kind of background do you have again? In terms of sales? Yeah, just like career professional background.
So I don't, I've worked the typical 9 to 5 and everything. In terms of like sales, sales, this is my first sales gig ever. I've only been in the sales space for a month.
Okay. So, and you, you mentioned that by being in this community and being able to say you were in this community, that person was like, oh, I know what that is like. Yeah. And not saying by any means that that was the reason you got hired, but it definitely like gave you. Um, a little competitive edge maybe against some of the other guys, right? Oh, for sure.
He had a, the guy actually told me, the CEO that hired me, he actually told me there was like 15 applicants and he saw that number one, I had a really good work ethic, but I stood out with him because your name was on there and the community was on there. And that's why he picked me out of the other 15.
Dude. Yeah, I actually didn't know that until I just asked you. That's crazy. But, um, shoot, man. Well, I appreciate you hopping in. And, um, yeah, we'll, we'll wrap it up here. Of course. Thank you.
