High-Ticket Sales Jobs Tier List

In this video Dylan Vergara walks viewers through a rapid, opinionated audit of eleven high‑ticket sales job postings he captured from various Facebook groups. He explains that he simply scrolled his feed for five minutes, screenshotting any sales‑related offers he saw, without deep vetting, to illustrate what newcomers might encounter on social media. Vergara establishes a tier‑ranking system (S‑F) based primarily on transparency, realistic on‑target earnings (OTE), lead quality, and overall credibility. He then evaluates each posting in turn, flagging buzzwords (e.g., “passive income,” “tax write‑offs”), vague compensation promises, and insurance‑style language as red flags, while praising roles that provide concrete lead flow numbers, clear commission structures, and reputable brand names. Notable positive examples include a stock‑trading AI bot with $130K ad spend and 400 inbound leads per day, a high‑ticket appointment‑setter role tied to book‑publishing guru Travis Cody, and an investment‑banking coaching closer position linked to Zach Brown with documented success rates and transparent commission tiers. Throughout, Vergara contrasts “good” versus “bad” postings, assigns each a tier (e.g., A‑tier for the AI bot, B‑tier for the Travis Cody role, S‑tier for the Zach Brown closer, and F‑tier for several insurance‑style offers). He concludes by noting that only a minority of Facebook listings are worthwhile, encourages viewers to apply the same vetting criteria, and plugs his own sales community that curates vetted opportunities and provides outbound systems for members. The video blends entertainment with practical guidance for anyone considering high‑ticket sales positions.
Chapters
What's up guys, back with another video. Wanted to make something kind of different this time around. You've definitely seen the tier videos going around, and probably not for something like this, maybe for like best chips or best Call of Duty or something like that, but figured I can make something, uh, that's, you know, halfway entertaining while still helping out you guys who are newer or considering hopping into high-ticket sales. So You'll see down here, and let me kind of make myself smaller. You'll see down here I have 11 roles. So what I did is I went on my Facebook homepage. I've joined all these high-ticket sales Facebook groups. I'll link it below where you can join a bunch of them as well. And I just scrolled my timeline for like 5 minutes and screenshotted everything that I saw. I didn't really dig into it. I didn't vet it. From what I know, I don't really know any of these people or these roles. So I'm just gonna give, you know, a genuine, honest run-through on what I think of some of these roles, because Facebook, despite what some people may tell you, can be a very good place to find jobs if you know what you're looking for and if you stay away from the stuff that you should be staying away from. I know a lot of guys personally that are making great money off of these roles. So without taking too much time on the intro here, let's get right into it. So Caleb Patrick Roll— I put Kale Patrick on accident, but Caleb Patrick Roll, uh, let's, let's look at this one. Okay, so he's looking for setters and closers for a high-ticket opportunity, massive company, an amazing compensation plan, get paid off commissions and passive income. It's kind of a yellow, yellow flag. Passive income, gotta watch out, buzzword. Uh, opportunity to make $10K a month. Okay, doesn't really mean anything yet. $340 to $1K per sale starting out, but increases the more sales you make. First 4 sales will make you $2K to $8K in commission, which if you look back at that first line or the line right above it, if you're making potentially $340 per sale, you make 4 of those, it's not $2K in commission. It's kind of Uh, kind of gray. Tax write-offs. So with the tax write-offs and the passive income, I'm kind of getting the impression that this might be an insurance sales job. Passive income is because of the residuals. Tax write-offs are because of, um, the ad spend. Okay, or it could be other things that they write off. You get the freedom to work and earn from anywhere and be your own boss. Outbound and inbound lead system. No dark, no door knocking, no cold calling. You get a free training and coaching from seven-figure mentors, so no experience required. Yeah, this is this is insurance stuff, guys. So be careful with this kind of stuff. U.S., U.K., Canada, or Australia preferred. That's interesting. Usually insurance is only U.S. Must be fluent in English. Must be hungry, coachable. And want to succeed. Comment win. So I'm not, I'm not sure if this is insurance, but this is like a— there's a lot of gray areas here. I'm not really liking it. Like, me personally, if I was— even if I was a beginner, it, it's just, yeah, it's not terrible. Like, if I was a beginner, maybe, maybe I would message him and I would learn, right? Uh, honestly, by the way, guys, me ranking these roles, it's going to be relative to what they are. I'm not gonna put one in S tier because it's like a certain niche or a certain, you know, it's a closer role, not a setter role. You know, a setter role can be S tier, a closer role can be F tier. So it's going to be relative to, you know, the, the job at hand and also based on transparency. If it's extremely transparent that they only have a super realistic OTE of $4,000 a month, I'm putting that up higher than something where it's like, oh yeah, make $20K a month, you just gotta find— figure out how to do it, you gotta grind and work hard. Um, so yeah, I'm just gonna base these off of like transparency and just the overall feel that I get from them. So this one, guys, Mr. Kale or Caleb Patrick Uh, I would do like a C-. Just throw it a D. I don't like it. There's so many roles out there, I wouldn't even bother with it. Uh, stock trading AI bot. I think they're looking for a setter here, so let's pull it up. Okay, appointment setting opportunity whale alert. Offer: BizOp stock trading AI bot for passive income. $5K price point. $6K to $10K per month. Sales team: 6 closers, 0 appointment setters. 400 inbound leads per day. $130K a month being spent on ads. So this one, there's not as much information, but I'm liking what I'm seeing here. Um, I can tell you right off the bat, stock trading AI bot for passive income, it's different. And I could imagine that this is printing money. Uh, OTE $6,000 to $10,000 a month is fair. I also like the fact that they have 6 closers and 0 appointment setters. It's— that's strange. It's not very common, but you, you have 6 calendars to pack, 400 inbound leads per day. So this is off somebody's personal brand. Uh, and they're spending $130K a month on ads. I like this one. You know, there's a— there's still a lot that I would need to find out, but this is one that I would absolutely— if I was an appointment setter looking to start, I would absolutely get in on this. Um, just because there is some unknown, I'm gonna put it at A tier. But yeah, I would, I would. And guys, you, you see the groups here? You see the names, message these people. I don't know when this will be posted, probably a day or two after recording. So these are recent opportunities, like I saw them today on my Facebook. So that's that one, pretty solid. I like what I see there. Let's go Marvelous number 2. So I'm pretty sure this girl, I came across 2 roles that she had posted. Uh, on Facebook. So let's, let's look at this one. This is the second one. Stay at home with a lot of exclamation points, full-time slash part-time position available now. Just off these 3 lines, it's like, what are you, what are you doing? Nothing against her, I don't know her. She could be ultimate businesswoman for all I know. But stay at home, full or part-time position available now, start as soon as tomorrow. Pay $634.90 daily, Monday through Friday. Great for retirees and young adults. No experience needed, we train. Bonuses paid weekly via direct deposit, check, depending on your choice. Full benefits. Full benefits. 5 days work in a week. This is, this is a weird one, guys. I see a lot of these opportunities immediately, I'm just like, nah. Onto the next. $634.90 daily. It's oddly specific. Great for retirees and young adults. It's very like needy. It's like you can start as soon as tomorrow, no experience needed, we train, bonuses. I don't like— it comes off— this is one of those where it looks better than I would assume it probably is. Um, it doesn't sit that well with me, and for that reason, I'm putting this in D tier. Next one, Tyler Baines' role. Pull this up. All right, so Looking for 3 outbound setters before the end of August. Okay, it's like in 2, 2 or 3 days. Uh, quick requirements: English, availability throughout the week. He has lists, tutorials, scripts with software in place for you. Just have too much volume to keep up with everyone currently. Have all the systems in place for you to be successful, including automation for email, WhatsApp, SMS voicemail drops. You can additionally do any other places you'd like. We pay commission plus bonuses currently depending on the channel you book the appointment from. Our offer ranges from $1K to $3K per deal. We are, we are a fairly established company with client testimonials to be used. Due to the sheer number of requests we get from these posts, please message me, outbound setter, for more details and to set up a time for us to discuss. To discuss the next steps. P.S., we are hiring people in the next 72 hours, so please be quick when responding. I don't really like it, guys. I'll be honest with you. Sorry, Tyler. I don't know, Tyler. Could be— this could be an amazing opportunity for me. Let's, let's walk through it, right? For me, it's not, it's not that great. 3 outbound setters. First off, Outbound setters is like, it's a rough job, man. It's a rough job. Now they already have this stuff in place, which is, you know, more than some will offer. Why be an outbound setter when you can be an inbound setter? They're both— they both don't require experience to start. So, uh, I do like that they have the list and tutorials and scripts. There's nothing about any type of earning potential here. Um, you can additionally do any other places you'd like. Really, like, it sounds like they don't have lead generation dialed in, um, and that's why they're hiring someone. They pay commission plus bonuses, but their offers range from $1K to $3K per deal. So at this price point, guys, it's going to be hard to make decent money. Like, if you sell something for $1,000, how much, how much can they give you? $100? And you're gonna go outbound and like, you know, approach a cold audience and nurture that and, and like put all that effort in for $100, maybe $200? I don't know. I'm, I'm just like thinking in my mind right now, but I'm seeing it as it is. Like, it could be an amazing opportunity, but based off of this alone, I don't really like it. Um, also I didn't like down here where it says, for more details and to set up a time for us to discuss the next steps. As in, like, we're already talking about next steps? Like, we didn't even, uh, we didn't even interview yet. So I'm gonna put this one, guys, in It's not looking good, y'all. D tier again. I'm, I'm waiting for something else to put it to F tier. I don't know what yet. I just feel like it can, it can get worse. Um, so let's go to the next. But you guys are seeing on Facebook there's a lot of stuff that's kind of like smoke, but then this one up here, it's like, dude, the numbers check out. The, the job post was short and sweet because they don't have to sell the job. It's like, here's the stats, apply if you'd like. That speaks, speaks volumes. So let's go to the next one. Transforming Lives Setter/Closer. Okay, seeking passionate setters and closers for one-of-a-kind offer. We're on the hunt for visionaries who are passionate about transforming lives, unlocking optimal health and financial prosperity for families worldwide. Right off the top, this is, this is interesting. Visionaries, passionate. Usually when people are using words like that, they're trying to sell the opportunity, right? But Transforming lives, unlocking health and financial prosperity. What, what could this be? No upfront payment for those who qualify. Start earning immediately. I don't like that. Start earning immediately. It's weird. An ideal fit is someone who is highly driven and has a high willingness to learn. That's fair. Able to firmly and compassionately help people overcome limiting beliefs. Okay. Business owner mentality, employee mindset, building your own dreams rather than someone else's. I get the idea, but like, you're literally getting hired as a sales rep here, so I don't know, maybe poor execution. Full-time, part-timers all welcome. Very vague. I think you guys are probably catching up on that. What to expect: amazing work culture, Packages sold from $5K to $17K, commissions keeps going up. Commission range, $1K to $7K net per transaction. It's decent. Unlock a highly leveraged compensation model, ongoing increase in commissions, big bonuses, and lifetime monthly royalty payments. Hmm, lifetime monthly royalty payments. Free guidance and ongoing weekly live training calls by our verified 6 and 7-figure earners. Health and wellness niche. Join a legacy company that stands the test of time, 50+ years strong. This is very interesting. Like, I, I've seen hundreds of these job posts. I don't know if this is like insurance or if this is a fitness program. I don't like it, guys. Sorry, I'm just keeping it real. I don't like it. It could— like, if I was brand new and I was looking for that first role, maybe I would apply. Um, I think— let me, let me walk through this a little, a little bit to see some of these things here. So, you know, starting from the top again, no upfront payment for those who qualify, start earning immediately. Didn't like that. Uh, business owner mentality, all this like verbiage, visionaries passionate about transforming lives, full-time and part-time welcome. Uh, No. 50 years strong here, down here at the bottom. 50 years strong, the company. That would— that's what leads me to believe it might be like insurance or something strange. But I don't really like it, guys. I'm gonna— I would put this at D tier. I'm gonna put it at C just to kind of switch it up. But if I was looking for the first roll, maybe I would check it out. Maybe. Okay guys, uh, Mike Barron role. Here we've got Anthony saying, looking for determined high-ticket closers and appointment setters at an Inc. 500 company, 100% guaranteed pay. Like, if that's— if that's in your first or the second line, 100% guaranteed pay, why, why is that there? It's just weird. You know, um, and maybe, maybe I'm reading into it too much, but usually if they're gonna put 2 dollar sign emojis and put 100% guaranteed pay like the first thing that they say, maybe it's not 100% guaranteed pay. I don't know. It's like in the sales call when you, you know, an objection is going to come, so you try to like pre-handle it. That's what I feel like is coming on here. But 10% commission off deals ranging from $3,500 and $7,500 and more. That's standard. Requirements. See, like, the requirements list here is longer than the information on the role. Anyways, must be coachable and willing to want to learn more. Yep. Come in every day with a good mindset and eager to make some money. Yep. Must reside in US, UK, Canada, or Australia. Don't miss out on joining us here at Limelight Media and Mike Barron and the rest of the family. Makes sense, guys. It makes sense. You are serious. Here is the place to be at and truly achieve those goals that we make become reality only with your commitment and motivation. I don't know what the hell that means. I've heard things about Limelight Media and Mike Barron. It It might be a little bit pyramid scheme-y. I know there's people that like hate that, like they hate that group and they like will talk down on them. I don't know anything about it. I've had people from Mike Barron's team or his program or his whatever it is like reach out to me and try to recruit me. So yeah, probably a little MLM-y here. Not 100% sure, but just the vibe I'm getting. If you're ready to get the ball rolling and want to meet the team and get onboarded as soon as this week, comment let's go or DM me. I will get in contact. Thank you. Especially that last line. What the— what is that? You are ready to get the ball rolling and want to meet the team, get onboarded. It's like, it's too needy, man. I'm actually— hey guys, we got our first F tier. We got our first F tier because I think I can put this one in F tier because I know enough about the role, and then I associated the reputation that I have. The other ones are, are D tier and C tier because they're just a little vague. F tier is like, I wouldn't even— I would read like half of this and keep scrolling, or as soon as I saw like Mike Barron, probably keep scrolling. I don't know anything about Um, what they sell or anything like that, but based on what I've heard from other people and how they've reached out to me, yeah, not for me. Next one, Marvelous Udo Roll. This is her first roll, and I'm hoping, I'm hoping we get some better ones here, y'all, so you can see. Because Facebook groups, I mean, this is a pretty Trans— uh, transparent, uh, you know, review of these roles. It usually is— there's a lot of shitty ones, but there are good ones, and you just have to go through it. And to be honest, I, I think I said it in the beginning of the video, I spent like 5 minutes scrolling on Facebook just to find these. And so, you know, if I can get 11 roles in front of me in 5 minutes, then, you know, you, you can find the good ones. You just have to do volume. So let's talk about this one. Marvelous's first role, looking for high-ticket appointment setters, opportunity to make $6K to $8K per month. We've worked with some of the biggest names in the marketing industry. Okay, those are big names. Price packages $3K to $30K, 10% commission per close. Company owned by the book publishing guru, Hollywood screenwriter Travis Cody. Travis Cody. Who is this guy? I don't know who Travis Cody is, but so far this is decent. Usually when they drop a name in it, it's pretty solid. Uh, it just shows a little bit more transparency, I guess, with that. So this is solid so far. Uh, part-time, full-time, flexible schedule, 100% DM setting, no calls required, inbound warm leads provided if dedicated and my team sees you're crushing it, potential to earn into a closer manager. Requirements: no experience, only need a phone or laptop, speak and write fluent English, attend meetings and receive daily mentoring from our my team meet minimum messaging and follow-up requirements per day. Okay, Marvelous. Marvelous kind of came back with this one. I'm not gonna lie, y'all. I'm not gonna lie. Um, if I were an appointment setter looking for my first role, I would, I would inquire on this one. I like the fact that they tied it to this guy's name and they threw it in there. Um, I, I didn't, you know, really do research on this guy. I'd imagine he has a big audience, maybe on multiple platforms. This is, this is transparent. Marvelous came back. I think relative, like, for what it is, this is a solid, like, B-tier setting roll. It could arguably be higher, but just at first glance, I'm gonna say B-tier. The only reason it's not higher is because I don't personally know about the opportunity or anything. Okay, next one, y'all. Investment banking coaching closer. What a niche. What a niche. Okay, so Zach Brown Facebook group OG, he's, he's always got good roles. If you made it 22 minutes into the video, go add Zach Brown on Facebook and apply to his roles. They're usually really good. But let's dive into this one. Hiring a closer for a coaching offer with an 85% client success rate. Because this is Zach Brown, I like that that's there. That's a green flag because I know who he is and he's reputable and he works with reputable companies. This isn't like one of those cases where it feels like they're pre-handling an objection, because a lot of sales reps, you know, when it comes to making cash, they don't really care about success rate. But I think this is good. It attracts the right people. So top closer earned $25K per month. They're hiring for closer. Overview: company provides coaching to college students, grad school students, as well as some recent grads. To land high-paying jobs in investment banking. What a niche, man. On-target earnings, $15K to $20K per month within 60 days for a high performer, with first couple months ramping up to that. Higher ceiling is possible for a top closer. Core offer, $7,800 to $10,800 program that helps college and grad school students land high-paying jobs in investment banking. Phone and Zoom calls via warm inbound leads. Full-time preferred with high standards and accountability. Expected 9 to 5 US. Weekend not necessary but would be a plus. So far this is good, y'all. This is good. 10% on all cash collected for normal sales. For income share deals where the client puts down an initial payment upfront and an additional payment in the future, Upon getting hired. Commission is 10% on the initial payment and 5% on the results-dependent payment. Interesting. Bonus, $1K bonus on every $100K in revenue generated per month. I don't— so there's some things missing. There's some things missing here to know that this role is a good role, but as far as it being advertised as something to interview for, yeah, this is a good opportunity. It's a really good one. I like the niche. The further I get into this stuff, it becomes less about the role. Well, no, that's not true. It becomes more about the niche, meaning I wanna sell things to people who have money. I wanna sell expensive things. I wanna sell things to people who like to buy things. Selling to people who don't have money, who are afraid to invest, to do all that, it's tough. Selling to someone who's already spent all this money on college and now they're like, you know, kind of scared and they're— they want to make sure that they land the job that they want. I like it, man. I like it a lot. So as far as, uh, a closing roll here, because it's Zach Brown too, I'm gonna put it S tier. Could be A tier, but This is a good one, y'all. Let's get on to Hungry Setters. Okay, pull this up. Looking for some hungry setters? Incredible opportunity to earn $10K to $20K per month. Generous commission between $340 to $5,000 per transaction. This is insurance. I don't have to read. I don't have to read anymore. It's insurance. I think I'm, I'm being kind of ballsy with it, but let's, let's keep reading. Get paid through direct and indirect sales. Oh, oh brother. Oh brother. That's insurance or it's an MLM thing, but $340 at the lowest is, is a weird number. The same as the one that we saw before. Uh, adaptive, adaptable working hours for your convenience. Take advantage of tax write-offs. Take advantage of free mentoring. Okay, this is like the same role that I had earlier, it looks like. Uh, excellent English skills, motivated and focused, dependable internet, coachable and willingness to learn. Boo! I'm putting this one on F tier just because we already saw it and because it's This one is clearly insurance with the indirect sales thing. As if the commission range and the write-offs wasn't enough, they all— insurance people always say, take advantage of our free coaching, no experience necessary, shit like that. This is F tier. Boo. All right, let's look at Bernadette's role. Okay, Bernadette is looking for setters and closers for a high-ticket opportunity. I've generated 7 figures in sales in the 7 years I've been doing this. Oh, that's really low. Don't tell me this is insurance again. Oh brother. I've generated 7 figures in a massive company, an amazing comp plan, $340 to $1K per sale. First 4 sales make it to the AK inbound lead system. No door. Oh brother. See, and this, this is a genuine— like, I went on Facebook, screenshotted the first, the first things that I saw, and, uh, genuinely, this is F tier. Sorry, sorry, Bernadette. And guys, a lot of these groups that you're gonna join I think I just hit a hot streak of like insurance roles, but that stuff usually isn't really allowed in a lot of them. And some groups are better than others at monitoring that. But anyways, let's go on to the next. Please, let's end on a good note. Attention, seeking for DM appointment setters and phone closers. Offer price, $3,000 to $5,000 on target earnings. Current DM setters earn anywhere from $4,000 to $8,000. Current closers between $8,000 and $15,000. Lead flow, no outbound, no cold leads. All of our leads are warm inbound leads. So far, guys, I love it. Our current DM setters are making this. Our current closers are making this. I love that. This is not a cold calling position or a new offer. We have a team of 20+ and looking to expand even more due to the increase of lead flow. So far so good. Must be a team player. We all work as one big team and push each other to succeed. Must have high work ethic. We are looking for people who are ready to make a difference. You must be able to commit to at least 2 hours a day. That's kind of a red flag right there. We have multiple weekly trainings to go over closes and sets to ensure you are improving Constantly, we have team incentives and bonuses for top performers at the end of each month. We have happy clients with the best results in the game and have done over multiple seven figures. Even if you have a nine to five, even okay. Twenty years old plus in Australia, U.S., Canada. All right, this bottom part of it just kind of threw me off. Not even gonna lie. But everything up here looks like if he just ended it. Like right in the middle could have been good. Uh, he's selling it too hard down here. I do like the fact that he said our current sales team, it's not a cold calling position. They have a team of 20+ looking to expand. Uh, when it said 20 years plus old or 20 years old plus at the bottom, not really a fan of that. Man, I wish I could have— I wish I could have rated this one higher. I wanna— I almost want to put it at C tier to kind of level it out, but not this time. Sorry, y'all. So 30 minutes in now. Um, hopefully if you guys watched this far into it, I don't know if this was Educational or entertaining or both. That would be cool if it was. Um, but this is realistic of, of what you can expect in the Facebook groups, right? For every 10 rolls that you see, you know, 2 or 3 of them are going to be pretty decent, right? The other ones, it's like, it's genuinely not worth your time. But because, you know, would you look— would you look at 100 rolls to find 20 decent ones? I would. I mean, that you go on indeed.com or LinkedIn and look at normal jobs, it's the same thing. So you guys saw here first, Zach Brown's the guy. Go connect with him. Um, and hopefully, hopefully you guys like saw some of the things that I look for to kind of determine if these are good or not. Uh, but by the way, guys, While you're here, I have a sales community. If you don't know about it already, we kind of help you skip all of this and just get the best ones in front of you daily, whether they do come from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, from me personally, my sales agency, from, you know, the network, from other members. And we do set you up with some pretty badass outbound systems. So that you can target coaches and agency owners and create your own opportunities. So you don't have to go apply to a role like this from Swarm. No offense, Swarm. This could, this could be decent, but me personally, I wouldn't apply to it. But, uh, yeah, guys, if you like this video, again, trying to make more YouTube comment or trying to make more YouTube content, comment, like, subscribe, do all that YouTube stuff. And if you have ideas for future videos, drop them, drop them below. I'm happy to listen to what you guys want to see. So if you made it this far, thank you. Uh, check out all the links in the description and see you guys on the next one.
