Camilo joined a sales community and landed an appointment-setter role in three hours. The community posts 2-3 job opportunities daily and members vet each other's offers to catch scams. He spent four years trying trading, copywriting, and agency work before finding this path.

Yeah, not a problem, man. Not a problem.
So I, I wanna, I guess I wanna open it up open floor style. Uh, when you think of the community, man, what comes to mind?
What comes to mind? Help, man. I mean, you know, this high-ticket sales stuff is it's pretty broad for people that are just coming in new out of the gate. You know what I'm saying? I mean, when I joined, I had a little bit of experience, but I didn't know how to navigate the space at all. And I found you on Twitter. I started seeing your tweets. You know, much of them resonated with me, and I DM'd you. You know, I asked you a couple questions, you got back to me. I joined the group, I think the next day after our conversation. And then, you know, just like 3 hours after, I was already on a job, like right out the gate, same day delivery as Amazon. You know what I'm saying? So yeah, I mean, it's just, you know, you gave us the blueprint to navigate the space. You, if people are coming, you know, new, It's, you know, the easiest way to get an entry-level job. If you already have some experience, then you have some connections and you can make some intros for people to, you know, get started on big opportunities. So yeah, man, it's the end-to-end solution if you wanna navigate the high-ticket sales space. Yeah. Just if you're new, then get started. If you have experience, then you just get connected and get going.
Yeah. I forgot about that. The same-day delivery Amazon thing.
Yeah.
Yeah, you came, you came and you had tried a few different like make money online things and you said like you had been trying for how long before like you actually like got paid out from that first job? How long?
Um, a little bit around 4 years. I tried, you know, almost everything that was under the sun. Um, trading, agency, copywriting, everything, you know what I'm saying? And, uh, you know, as soon as I got started with you, You know, it just, everything made sense and, you know, straight line ahead and, and here I am. Cool.
Yeah, obviously the high ticket sale space, it's very fast-paced. There's ups, there's downs, but the important part, the important part is having the community around the guys who have been through it before, uh, who can help you navigate, put you in touch with people who need other people, like who need appointment setters and stuff like that. I mean, trying to navigate this yourself, it's possible. It's just way harder.
It's way harder. Yeah. Much, much harder. And, and the thing is, you know, with the Facebook groups and, and everything, you know, there's scammy opportunities. You know, when you are in need of a job, you just, you know, have, you want to jump into, into everything. And you're, if you, if you don't have fun, if you don't have much experience, you, you don't bet. Correctly did the opportunities and you end up wasting more time.
Yeah.
As in, for example, when you have access to a community like this, you just take a screenshot and say, hey guys, I'm, you know, I came across with this opportunity. I'm, you know, texting with X people. What do you think about it? Do you know them? XYZ. And there is always someone that has gone through a similar experience and they give you the yes or no, Brian, run away from that. That's a scam. So that's like the biggest part inside of the community. And also like the hiring channel, there is always 2 to 3 opportunities popping up on a daily basis. I think someone brought up that and I just saw your messages, Will. That's like the most moving hiring channel every other group when it comes to sales. So imagine that.
Yeah, man. I guess last thing I want to ask you. Because I get it often. Oh, I'm in South America. Can I do this? What do you say to those people?
100%. As long as you have internet and attitude and you have, and you're fluent in English, of course, because if you don't speak, then you have a bigger problem. But if you know how to speak English, you have internet and you're willing to put in the work, 100%, you can do it. Cool.
Yeah, man. Just tell them you're from Miami. Yeah.
If, if, if you don't want to tell them that you're from Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, tell them you're from Miami and it's the same thing.
Yeah, basically time zone, time zones line up pretty nicely. So anyways, Camilo, man, I appreciate you just showing up here, but also like showing up in the community all the time.
