All right, you guys, quick video here on how I vet high-ticket sales opportunities. I've made a similar video before, but just wanted to make an updated version for 2025, May. So I'm going to show you here a look into our community, and I'm recording on Riverside right now. And hopefully this works well because I don't really do the screen share often. We're going to hope this works. But this is from our hiring channel 6 hours ago. Recruiting partner here posted 4 offers, and I kind of want to break down how I would look at these. Now, because they're in our community, they are vetted to a certain extent, but I just want to run through some of my thoughts as I see these and kind of what I would be considering if I'm an appointment setter, closer, etc., looking for one of these roles. So we're going to just talk about these 4 offers in this post here. As you can see, there's a lot more frequency That's being posted in here, but we're going to look at these 4 and yeah, let's get into it. So I, I'm going to show you the links. Like, look, dude, if you want to go type in the links and YouTube and go apply to these, or I'm sorry, YouTube and LinkedIn or Instagram or wherever they're at, go apply to them. That's cool with me. We post probably like 200 per month right now. So it is what it is. But anyways, first offer here, $8K per month closers hiring for fitness coaching offer. Luke Briggs. I don't know who this is. TotalLifeFitness.co offer fitness coaching offer predominantly for middle-aged women and some men. Closers, $5,000 to $8,000 per month remote, but they want you to be in Wisconsin. That's a little bit out of the ordinary. Anyway, so I'm seeing this. I don't think the screen share is going to work. Actually, it will. Check that out. So this guy has a Smaller Instagram following, a lot of posts, which, you know, just by the following alone, it doesn't really mean too much, but a lot of posts looks like value posts, definitely gets results for people. Cool. Let me go back. So let me go to his website. They look pretty trustworthy. They don't look to be on some like new age fitness, weird stuff that some of these guys are. Looks pretty straightforward. Cool. So my main consideration Let me go back to the school thing. Is $5K to $8K per month. I want to know data. I want to know how much revenue. So some of these actually have revenue, some of these don't, but how much revenue? What does the existing sales team look like? What do the sales metrics look like? What are the expectations of the closer who comes in? The main thing that we're looking for, even if this is a lower on-target earnings, let's say it's $3,000 per month, we just want to see data that backs up $3,000 per month. And if it's not there right now, What are they doing in a different department of the business to make it the $3,000, the $5,000, the $8,000 per month role? Are they doubling ad spend so that the closer can make more money than they're currently making? 'Cause that's one thing we see a lot is like, hey, our current closer does $5,000 per month. We're looking for another one. And they don't intend on doing anything differently with the ad spend. So if you bring on another closer, that's splitting the opportunity in half. So you wanna make sure all this is backed by data. So you don't see it here because it's here. This has been vetted as like a role worth posting for people to look into, but what I would do is I would click the application. Actually, let me click this. It's a Typeform. So maybe it says something in here, maybe it doesn't, but on the interview, and as I go through that process, I would definitely get clarification around those things. Next, $17K per month closers hiring for management SaaS. So this is software. This is coming off LinkedIn. Grin.co. I'm not familiar with these people either. Discover brand champions. Influencer marketing software. Okay, unique. Cool. Switch back over here. Let's see this guy's LinkedIn. Senior director of sales, Tampa, Rin. How long have they been around? Four months. So it looks newer. But this guy, I know Procore. Shout out Tech Sales Hacks. If you guys know Tech Sales Hacks in Austin. Okay, cool. This guy can obviously sell here and there. I guess maybe this is his. I don't think it's his company. Cool. So for this one. Offer 3K plus 3K. Okay, it's software. So 3K per year offer for creator management platform. They do $4 million per month. That is a big-ass company. So this as a closer with a 6K base. Yeah, this is a good role. It's 12 times 6. What does that come out to you guys? It's a lot. That's a good base, good commission. They probably have an existing sales team. So what I would look for here is, you know, just ask them, make sure this is real, make sure there's not a typo, ask them about their current sales team KPIs, the direction the company's heading in. And honestly, this is a really good looking role right here. And 1099 contracted remote. $23K closers and $7K setters hiring for SaaS. So another SaaS offer. Let's check out this LinkedIn. I'm not familiar, familiar with this lady, but head of sales dev at Webflow, sales dev at Webflow. Used to work at DocuSign. Shoot, this is for Webflow. I didn't even realize. Okay, yeah, Webflow is a huge company. 15 mil per month. 15 million per month. This is pretty insane. Setters and closers both. So yeah, these are definitely like Webflow is top 5 biggest web hosting website building platforms. Oops, I was not on the right screen. So yeah, guys, this is Valid, right? Closer, setter, apply here. There's not too much due diligence needed because this is Webflow, huge company. Let's go down more. Let's see here. $10K closer, $5K setter for wellness offers. So this definitely falls more in that like standard high-ticket niche. I am not familiar with either of these people. There's an email, social. Let's check this out. Okay. Big audience. She's definitely pushing some, some impressions. I always like to see— I'm following a lot of business owners and stuff. I like to see who's following them. That's cool. All right, cool. So she looks like she's probably a content creator. She has a sales manager on the back. Let's check out their website really fast. Clean site. The longer I'm in this, the less interested I am in selling something that's just not straight up straightforward. I mean, it's always been that way, but even more so, like the fact that this isn't super Flashy, making claims, guarantees, all this. Like, I, I like that. Let's go back over here. So offers, $2K to $6K tickets for holistic wellness offer for professionals and adults dealing with anxiety and trauma. This, I actually was speaking to someone who runs a similar offer. This is a really big market. Hiring closers and setters, closer $5K to $10K, setter $3K to $5K. This is a pretty big range here. I'd be interested to see what their current sales team looks like. And where a lot of those people are falling. So there's no revenue listed here. So I would want to back up these numbers with revenue, sales team, the number of the salespeople in each role, the earnings of those salespeople, where the average is. They're preferring a female working PST to EST, closing experience needed. You know, Webflow over here is low-hanging fruit, man. You get in with Webflow, you're set. But yeah, fitness coaching is really common. Most, like most of these are pretty solid. And again, guys, like See how many of these we have. 5 offers, 3, 6. I don't know. Like you tell me. That's pretty good. The hardest part about all this, you guys, is just getting like the first 50% of this, like the heavy lifting, getting these good offers in front of you before other people see them. If you can do that, the applications, like if your resume looks good and you know what you're doing, which is what we work with people on, like it's easy. But data, remember this, guys, data. I will share one more thing here before we wrap this up. Let's see here. Again, I'm new to this on Riverside here. Yeah. So when this is for appointment setters, when, and you guys steal this, these are the things you need to validate earnings for an appointment setting role, or not just earnings, but like legitimacy. It's not so much about, you know, every run needs to be a home run offer because you might not be ready for a home run offer, or someone might not be ready. It might be their first sales job, but is this what they say it is? And will it be that for the foreseeable future? Because if you commit, you want it To be for the foreseeable future. Setter, this is the data you're looking for. Write this down, take a screenshot. Closer, this is the data you're looking for. If you have all this, you can, you can massage the numbers to figure out a lot of stuff. As you can see here, the only difference with the one in Setter is sometimes they'll do pay-per-booking. So we look at that and then that's pretty much it. Expected calls per day on Closer side, like how many bookings they have, and then expecting expected bookings per day. Like what's the KPI for the setters? That's pretty much it. So guys, data, numbers, it's really easy. Get the numbers around the revenue, get the numbers around the sales team, and don't join a team because of hopeful projections. Join a team because of what is currently happening right now or what is about to happen. Like the fact that they are on Monday going to double the ad spend, hence needing another closer with this on-target earnings. That makes sense. Only do things that make sense. If you want access to all these roles multiple times per day, like $150, $200 per month. Link in the description. Thank you for watching this video. Peace.
