How to get free sales coaching from whoever you want with AI

In this 30‑minute tutorial Dylan Vergara shows viewers how to create a custom AI sales‑coaching assistant for free using publicly available content. He starts by selecting a target expert (Alex Hormozi) and explains how to locate, download, and format transcripts from YouTube videos and podcasts into plain‑text files. He then walks through uploading those TXT files into ChatGPT’s custom GPT builder, crafting the bot’s system prompt (role, purpose, target audience, key capabilities, tone, constraints, and example conversation starters), and configuring the model’s capabilities (web‑search, file upload, etc.). After creating the “Alex Hormozi Sales Coaching Bot,” Dylan tests it with objection‑handling, framework explanations, and scenario‑based role‑plays, tweaking the prompt to make the bot speak in first‑person as Hormozi. He repeats the process for a second bot trained on the Serial Sales Community (high‑ticket remote closers earning $10K+ per month), demonstrating how to pull interview transcripts, upload them, and generate a knowledge‑rich assistant that can answer roadmap, resume, and mindset questions. Throughout, he highlights practical tools (YouTube transcript downloaders, ChatGPT $20/mo plan, mobile voice interface) and encourages viewers to replicate the workflow for any sales mentor or niche. The video ends with a call‑to‑action to download the two bots, share custom GPTs, and subscribe for more remote‑sales content.

What's good, you guys? My name is Dylan, and in this video I'm going to show you how to get free sales coaching one-on-one from whoever you want, so long as they publish their thoughts online or anywhere. So they have books, blogs, podcasts, YouTube, short form, mid-form, long form, pretty much anything. You can make an AI sales training bot using that information that's been published online. Today I'm going to make it for none other than this gentleman right here, who, if you're watching my videos and you don't know who he is, I don't even know how you're here because he's kind of a big deal, but this is my best impression. Give me one sec. All right, please tell me you know who I am so I didn't put this on for nothing. That's right, I'm Alex Hormozi. I'm gonna go put on normal clothes. So when I was done with roofing sales, I got into remote closing in 2022, and Alex Hormozi was one of the guys that I really like to use his frameworks, methodology, objection overcomes. He kind of leans more on the logical side, which Felt right with me and I prefer to sell that way. And so I used to go through a lot of his stuff and AI didn't really exist back then, at least in the capacity that it does now. And so in this video, I'm gonna show you how I would make an Alex Hormozi AI sales training bot so I can literally just have like a soundboard to talk with Alex Hormozi. Is it 100% accurate? No, but it's really close. And with the way that AI is advancing, I think just having the foundational skill of being able to do this is gonna be really beneficial to you if you're in sales. So if you stay towards the end of the video, I'm going to give you access to the sales training bot that I built. I'm going to build it in real time. I've never built this before, but I know how I'm going to do it. And so I'm going to show you in real time what it takes and then I'm going to give you access to another one. So if you're in the remote setting or closing space and you want a bot that has been trained on the information of people who have only made $10,000 and more as a remote setter or closer, I built one of those. I'm going to give you access to it if you stay till the end. All these people are part of the Cereal Sales community and they've been able to go from $0 to $10K per month. And it's a pretty cool tool that you'll also have in your pocket. So without further ado, guys, let's get into it. I'm just going to basically take what's in my brain and dump it onto this Google Doc so you know what we're about to get into. It's really quite simple. The first thing we're going to do is find the data. So that's why I said as long as they have their information somewhere in the world and you can grab it and format it in the right way, you're going to be good. Alex Hormozi has so much content, infinite content, and so it's going to be really easy to build it around him. So number one, find what you want the brain of your model to know. Then you need to download the data. So download it to your computer, download it somewhere so that way you can upload it somewhere else. Before you upload it, we got to make sure we are formatted in the right way. Pretty simple. If it's an online format, like downloading a PDF is not hard. I'll show you how to do it if you don't know how. Then we're going to upload the data. Then we're going to build the model. I think this is what it's called. This just goes to show how much I actually know about AI here. I know enough to know that this is going to work, but I think it's called building the models. You know, now that we have the brain, we're going to tell the brain what it should do and what it should not do. And then we're going to test the model and make sure that it works as we want it to. We'll give it some prompts. And again, you'll have this you can use yourself at the end of the video. The tools that we're going to use for this, pretty simple. YouTube, some type of YouTube downloader. We are going to use ChatGPT. I have the $20 per month plan. I think you can do this on the free plan. I'm not sure. There's also plans that far exceed the $20 per month plan from a capabilities perspective. So this, you know, there's a lot you can do branching out of this. And then we might use social media because I saw something the other day that I want to go back to because it was really interesting and it might help us build this. So again, I'm building this in real time, guys. I've built other models, but this one I'm doing it in real time. It was an idea in my head. Now it's a YouTube video that you're watching while you're eating dinner. Here we are, Alex Hormozi's YouTube. Again, if you don't know who this guy is, you actually live under a rock. The reason I picked him, uh, you can see he posts just like really long deep dives. Like this one's an hour, 42 minutes, 56 minutes, an hour 32. Like the guy is the king of content right now in the business niche. I'm just curious, like I'm looking for sales. How to be a billionaire. Alex Hormozi, how to be a billionaire bought. Maybe the next video. In the trenches sales. Check this out.
Wow.
Okay, so one, we have 26 videos down here. I'm going to click on the playlist. Look at all these, man. They make it way too easy for guys like me and guys like you. The only thing is, the only issue I have with this is these are all old. You see this? This one, most recent one's 2 years ago. What I'm actually going to do to find the most like popular and relevant is Alex Hormozi sales training. I'm going to see what comes up. I am going to filter by— can I filter by like popular? No. So Guys, I'm doing this in real time. Okay, the best sales training on the internet. So this is one. I'm just going to open these up in tabs. My best sales tactic. See, this one's not long enough. This one's 31 minutes. I like that. The best sales training on the internet. 30 minutes of sales training that'll explode your business. This is 3 years ago, but I'm going to do this one too. 3 simple steps to close any sale. How to sell better than 99% of people. This one, honestly, this one would be really good, but this one might blow my computer up for the sake of the video. So Not today. Sales was hard until I understood these 9 concepts. I like this one. I like this one. Depending on what you want your bot to be good at, like if it's frameworks or objection handling or pre-selling or whatever it might be, I mean, find those videos, but I'm getting a nice mix of different videos here. So there's 3, all these people using Alex Hormozi's name. I'm actually, I'm actually just going to go back to, I'm going to go back to the sales playlist and just grab 2 just because I know they're sales. But pretty much like I want to see the most popular videos because a lot of times Those are the most valuable to people watching, and I want to build something that's valuable. Sell anything to anyone with this unusual method. Just a little short. I want the long stuff, guys. If I'm really staying sales focused, there's not as much long form that's like sales only, except that like some of these really long ones that are going to crash my computer. So I'm going to go this one, even though it's a little shorter. I just know that it's like specifically sales and I don't know. This one, it's 18 minutes. There's probably a lot of good stuff in here. We have, you can see up here, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Alex Hormozi sales videos. These are really good. If you haven't just watched these videos, you should. Anyways, the next thing that we need, now that we have 5 videos that we know have meaningful sales information from someone who we know, like, and trust and want to learn from, then I'm going to go to YouTube Downloader Transcript Downloader. And I know some of these are like free, some are not really free, some give you limits. So we're probably gonna have to use a couple different ones here. Get this one here. So here we are. Look at this. And this is an hour-long video. Like, check this out. Boom. And then download. So there's one. I'm gonna back, grab the next video, backspace, put the new one in, get the transcript. Boom. This is working way faster than I thought it would. Download. Let's see if we can do more than, uh, 2, because I think there's a limit on some of these. The next video, download. Thank you. 1, 2, 3. Next one, go back, download. And the last one, go back. So if you're anything on YouTube or podcasts, you can usually download a transcript using a third-party tool. You can also download videos. I don't know if you'd want to do that for this, but you can. So anyways, you see here in the downloads we have 5 folders. Now, cool. I also noticed that those are in TXT files. So first thing I'm going to do is, do you accept TXT files? You can talk to this like it's a person. Yes. Okay, cool. Just to make sure before we get too deep into things. So I'm going to go over here to my GPTs. I'm going to create a new GPT. And honestly, guys, the more data that you can feed it, the better it's going to be. For this specific video, I just want to show you how to do it. If I were really building this to be the most valuable tool that I could build, then I would give it a lot more data. From what I know, Create is kind of like the auto version of doing this. You want to configure this, so configure gives you a lot more control. All right guys, I'm moving myself to the other corner here so we can get active over here. I'm gonna deck this out, you guys. I promise it's for the, uh, it's for the bot, bro. It's for the bot, bro, I promise. So we're gonna name this Alex Hormozi Sales coaching bot. And I'm going to make an AI Alex Hormozi. So this bot is an AI version of Alex Hormozi that you can train with 24/7 to get better at sales.
Cool.
Now. Instructions. What does this GPT do? I know that this is the easiest part to mess up. So what I'm actually going to do— well, it's the easiest part to mess up. I know it's also the most important part. So it actually does what you want it to do. I'm going to ask ChatGPT how to best prompt ChatGPT. I'm building a sales training custom GPT. When I'm in the configure tab under instructions, what is the best format to enter the information to get the outcome I'm hoping for? Does that even make sense? I'm building a sales training custom GPT. When I'm in the configure tab under instructions, what is the best format to enter the Instructions to get the outcome I'm hoping for. I don't, I don't even know if that makes sense. We're going to, we're going to try. So you might just have it build this for me. Like I would previously just write this myself, but I might get some help. Just give it some time while we wait, you guys. It never focuses, man. If you don't have one of these, Cereal Sales Community Yeti. What are you doing, man? Could be drinking hot coffee out of it as you watch this. If you're not eating your dinner. Formatted for copy and pasting. I'm going to take it. I'm going to edit some of this. Take that. Instructions. What does it do? It does this. This is the general format that you want to use. You want to give it role and purpose and you want to segment these parts out. So role and purpose, target audience, key capabilities, and make this bigger. Some like personality stuff, constraints. Okay, so this is the general format. I'm going to customize a little bit of this. You are a sales training AI that helps users master remote high-ticket sales. You provide frameworks, scripts, role-play exercises, objection overcomes, and feedback to help users close more deals. Target audience. Your users are sales reps, consultants, coaches, and agency owners looking to improve objection handling, lead generation, and closing skills. I'm going to take out lead generations because, I mean, could be helpful, but not right now today. I don't know if this makes a difference, but ability. Key capabilities. Offer detailed sales frameworks from the uploaded TXT files. From the uploaded TXT files and from Alex Hormozi Closer. So the cool thing about Alex Hormozi having a ton of content online is like even if I upload the TXT files, The internet knows who Alex Hormozi is, so it's going to go and grab other stuff as needed. Create custom roleplay scenarios for cold calls, discovery, and closing. Cool. Generate— I'm going to take this out because we're not talking about cold email today. Generate sales scripts, rebuttals, and email SMS replies if that's useful. Act as a prospect to let users practice handling objections. That's good. Give direct actionable feedback to improve tonality, messaging, and delivery. Yep. Good. And then this is where the formatting got messed up. So the style and tone: be direct, practical, and no BS like a top sales trainer. Act like Alex Hormozi. Again, because he's a huge name and he has a ton of content, like it'll know what to do. It should kind of help by including that. Keep responses concise but impactful. Use real-world examples. Expected interactions: give me a rebuttal for I need to think about it. Yep, that's good. Constraints: do not provide legal or financial advice. I like that one. Avoid generic answers. Always provide specific practical and proven sales insights. I like that. This is pretty good, you guys. For the sake of this video, I think it's, it's good. You can always beef this up a ton, but this is going to get the job done today. So close. So we got that now. So we got our photo, we got our name, we got our description, instructions, conversation starters. Can you help me overcome this objection? So that's one. Another one is, can you help me come up with a better pitch? Another one could be, how can I get people to make a faster decision? So how do I one-call close this? What's the best way to find a buyer's real pain? So just some general stuff I'm going to throw in here. You can also just ask it any questions you want. And then guys, we get into the knowledge So knowledge is where you upload your files. Now we're going to upload our Hormozi files. Here we go. I'm just going to highlight, open. I don't know if there's a limit to files, to be honest with you, but I know that 5 work. So capabilities, web search, yes. Canvas, I think so. DALL-E image generation, sure. Code interpreter, we're not doing that. Actions, I don't even know what that is. Use conversation data in your GPT to improve our models. I'm down with that. That's cool. What is an action? I have no idea what that is. Let's get out of here. Okay. So create. I'm going to give you guys access right now in real time here. So then we're going to view the GPT and here we are. So Alex Hormozi sales coaching bot. What do we ask it, guys? Alex Hormozi is known for his closer framework. So out of these videos that we pulled, he had to have talked about the closer framework before we get into these. I'm going to ask it about the Clojure framework. So this information, again, it's blasted all over the internet. I— it's hard to tell if it's pulling from the TXT files or the internet. It should be able to do it from both, assuming he talked about it in one of the videos. So this is the Clojure framework. Now from here, as it loads, like, what do I do with this? The cool thing about AI and ChatGPT is you can literally do anything with this, like anything. You can ask it to build you a sales pitch. You can ask it to refine an existing sales pitch. You can ask it based on this market, this product. When I'm looking at labeling them with the problem, how would I actually call out based on their unique situation? Like you can get really, really, really intricate here. If you know about it, then it's pretty self-explanatory. If you don't, like this is really solid. And then it always asks you a question at the end. Would you like a custom script using this framework? Not right now today, but you guys can do that. Let me go back. I'm going to reset. Alex Hormozi, can you help me overcome this objection? Well, sure. What specific objection are you facing? Let me know. I'll give you a powerful rebuttal based on Alex Hormozi's sales principles. So one thing that I'm noticing already that I want to change is I want it to talk like Alex Hormozi. Like, I want it to speak in first person. So role and purpose: you are a sales training AI that helps users master remote high-ticket sales. You provide frameworks. You think and speak in first person from the perspective of Alex Hormozi himself. So sometimes it picks it up well. Sometimes you really have to work at these prompts, but let's just update really fast. Okay. Now I'm going to ask it the same question about the Closer Framework. Alex, can you share what the Closer Framework is with me? Come on. Let's hopefully it works. Okay. A little bit more personable, I would say, giving you examples of things that you can ask people. Would you like a script example based on this? Let me see. I'm going to, I'm going to really test to see if it is pulling from Alex Hormozi's knowledge base. Can you share an example of a time you used this in one of your businesses and it helped you close a sale? So this is where it's probably going to pull from the TXT files if it Does. Yeah, Gym Launch. So obviously in one of those videos he's talking about Gym Launch, but like it's pulling the exact situation. I think in that longer video it is going through the Closer Framework, the hour 30 one that we pulled. Check this out. So let's say, you know, we now know that we're talking to Alex Hormozi. Let's say I'm selling— this is gyms. Let's say I'm selling e-commerce coaching. This might, this might drop us a lot of information here. I'm going to start typing before it even finishes. Can you share with me how I'd use this framework if I'm selling high-ticket e-commerce coaching to business owners already doing over $50K per month. And boom, now you have it specific to your situation. It's always, guys, it's not going to be perfect. But I mean, the framework is pretty simple. It's going to print this out for you. So that's one thing. Let me refresh here. I don't want to spend all day long just like generating these responses. Let's talk about an objection overcome. Can you help me overcome this objection? So it's again, it's speaking in first person, I, which is good. That's what we wanted. I can break it down and give you a direct rebuttal based on proven sales frameworks. Let's see what's like— what's a crazy one? I can't do this right. Now, because I crashed my car yesterday and my head hurts. Okay, this is kind of a crazy objection. Let's just see what it says. This is a valid objection. Interesting. I'm not going to read all this to you guys, but you can read it. So, okay, guys, honestly, this is kind of a tough situation, right? Like if someone has a head injury, read the room a little bit. Let me, let me try a different one. What about I, I need to sleep? On it? Oh, I messed up the question mark there. This sounds like what Alex Hormozi would say. Yep. This is an Alex Hormozi line. So I know it's actually pulling data. This isn't going to be perfect again, guys, because it's taking context from 5 videos for the most part. But I mean, this is really valuable, like especially if you're newer to sales or you're entering a different industry, it is going to help you a ton. So this is the Alex Hormozi sales chatbot. You can ask it any question under the sun. I'm actually going to ask it a question to see how much it actually knows. Tell me the story about when Layla said she'd sleep under a bridge with you. If you guys don't know about this, Alex Hormozi, one of his businesses went bust. He was already with Layla, his now wife, and she said— he says this a lot on a bunch of different videos— really tough time. He was like, you can leave me, I'm a failure, whatever. And then she was like, no, I'd sleep under a bridge with you if it came to that. And that's when he was like, she's my girl, my ride or die. Let's see if this model knows that. Okay. It's messed up now. I mean, it's got the story, which is good. I'm really just testing to see how much it knows about Alex Hormozi and like his perspective, but it's telling it in third person here. So again, I mean, this is just, you would want to fine-tune this right over time, make it better, feed it more stuff. I did this in, I don't even know how long this video is going to be. Yeah, it was fairly quick. So, so this is the Alex Hormozi sales coaching bot. This is how I scripted it. If you want to get access to this, there's a link below to get access to it. And you can build this for anyone like Jeremy Miner, Cole Gordon, myself. There's other methods out there like the Sandler method. You can do this for B2B, B2C, certain products, certain industries, as long as there's information that you can put into a file format that ChatGPT likes. And you might be able to use Claude if you're familiar with Claude. It might even be better. I don't know. I've built a lot of these now. I'm just messing around. I don't like save them all. What AI can do is insane and it's been a focus of mine to learn it lately. Now I want to show you guys one that I built not too long ago that's specific to the high-ticket sales niche that is trained. It's trained on information, long-form YouTube-style interviews from people who have made over $10,000 per month in remote setting or closing only. It doesn't know anything outside of making $10,000 per month in remote setting or closing. So I'm back in the corner here, you guys, and we're going to talk to successful TSSC members. If you read it here, I might be able to even zoom in. So this is talk to successful TSSC members. That's the Serial Sales Community. It's a community I run in the high-ticket sales niche. This custom GPT has been trained to think, act, and help users from the perspective of the high-ticket sales industry's top performers and specifically members of our community. All of its knowledge comes directly from the most successful members earning over $10,000 per month inside of the Serial Sales Community. At minimum $10,000 per month. Let's see, what are the common roadblocks faced? And again, this is specific to the industry of high-ticket sales. Move my head down here. So this is based off of all these long-form interviews. So I'm going to let that generate. I'm going to go to my channel here. I'm going to go to playlists, community member interviews. I'm going to go here, click on the interviews. So I have, I have 42. Videos of people who have all done really well. Some doing $10,000, $20,000, $30,000 per month. Some doing $5,000, but doing this part-time. Like there's all different situations here. And so I basically took the best of the best and fed it into this model. So you can talk to people that are in the high-ticket sales industry that weren't in it before. And in these interviews, if you haven't seen any of them, it's not like, oh, tell me about the community. It's like, tell me about how you went from point A to point B. And what would you tell yourself if you had to do it again? And now knowing what you know, what would you do differently? Like asking questions about the journey and the process. And so, you know, common roadblocks here based on some of these guys' experience: struggling to find the right offer, lack of sales experience or confidence, inconsistent income, financial pressure, time management, lack of networking and community support. Would you like specific advice on overcoming any of these roadblocks?
Yes.
I work a demanding in-person job that takes 50 hours per week. How can I find the time to break into this industry? And this again, it's going to pull from the interviews. Several community members have done it while working full-time jobs, and here's a roadmap based on their experiences. Realistic timeline. Look, it even has dates, which is awesome. Time blocking. Smart. This is definitely something that we talk about a ton. Network is huge. We talk about flexibility during transition. Smooth transition. These are all things that we focus on. So it is actually pulling from what we do in our community. Keep your mindset strong. Yep. So one thing that we really hit on is resumes in this industry. So I'm gonna ask it a resume question. Can you give me tips for building a quality high-ticket sales resume that stands out? From, stands out from the rest. Yup. Dude, this is, I say this many, many, many times per week. Unlike corporate sales resumes, offer owners and high-ticket sales care more about results, experience, and mindset than formal education and generic job descriptions. This is like, I've said this many, many times, so I know it's pulling the right data. Keep it clean and simple. Yes, we want to go like keep it pretty black and white, cut and dry. Strong opening summary. See, this is where I would probably, this GPT isn't trained like specifically on resumes. Actually have a separate one for that. Sales achievements, add skills, video introduction. So these are kind of separate, but absolutely, dude, this is, this is exactly like the framework that I tell people. Introduce yourself, why you're, why you're reaching out to them, why you should be considered, call to action, 45-60 seconds max. This formatting is all funky on the sample resume. It's still going. It can help you build your resume. I'm going to move myself back up. I'm struggling To push through and land a role. Can you tell me a story of someone else who struggled early, but was able to eventually find success? So Jared, if you've seen the interview with him right here, Jared, former enterprise account executive, he actually came in and like landed a quality role pretty quickly and then quit that Enterprise role. So I think, you know, I could have prompted this better. It was talking about struggling in like enterprise opportunities. It did take him a little bit to find the right opportunity, but when he did, things moved quickly. Being part of that strong network accelerated his success. He transitioned strategically. He did part-time. Jared honestly had a really good transition, man. Like he did $9.8K part-time alongside his other job. And that's when he was like, oh yeah, this is real. Let me go all in. And so then he did bet on himself. He quit a really comfortable corporate role. And there's a lot more stories like this. So If you guys go to the link below to get the Alex Hormozi bot, you're going to get this one as well. If you want to use it, feel free. If you don't, disregard. But that's pretty much this video, guys. So AI is scary powerful now, and if you don't learn how to use it, even in a sales context, you're going to be left behind quite literally. So I use it a lot, even from like a data perspective, managing numbers and sales metrics, having AI build formulas for me in Excel so I can get certain metrics has been super, super useful. You can like take a screenshot of the sheet, say in this column, this row, I want to do this, and it'll give you a formula to copy and paste. So it's insane what it can do. But yeah, actually there's one more thing I want to show you. I don't know if it's going to work, but I'm going mobile. I have our handy dandy Alex Hormozi sales training bot right here. The cool thing about mobile is I can do this. Hey Alex, what should I do if my prospect says they want to go talk to a competitor before they buy?
If a prospect says they want to check out a competitor before buying, you need to isolate the objection and reframe the conversation. First, acknowledge their thought process. I totally get that. It makes sense to compare options before making a decision.
Okay, so I interrupted it. I told it to stop. I think you can toy around with this. You can change the voice. I don't know if you can speed it up. Alex Hormozi talks a lot about isolating objections. First thing it said was you can isolate the objection. It would get into it. And so if you're asking a shorter question like that, You can also do the voice feature, which is pretty cool. That's the end of this video. If you want access to the 2 bots that were shown in this video, go down to the description. Hopefully you can take this and go run and build awesome things with it. If you do make something cool, go in the comments and like make the custom GPT and feel free to like share the link to your cool custom GPT so other people can check it out. So I can check it out. That'd be awesome. And let me know what you guys want to see after this, guys. Go in the comments again. We're going hard on YouTube. Likes, subscribes, notifications, all that stuff is super appreciated. Got another video coming for you in a few days here. And we're just gonna keep it rolling, man. So if you guys are interested in remote sales, this is the place to be, man. We show a little bit of everything, help you get better. We help you find jobs. We help you break in sustainably. Go down to the description, look at the community that I run. There's a whole video there. You don't wanna do any of that yet? Just follow along for the new videos. I'll see you in the next one.
Peace.
