What's up guys? I just had a call no-show, part of the game. I'm going to use this time and be productive and film a video over something that's top of mind for me lately. And it's how to provide more value as a closer and create more opportunity for yourself, work with more people, and I don't know, not be easily replaceable. So If you're watching this, you're probably into the high-ticket closing or you're about to be, or you're really focusing on sales and landing a good sales offer. And that is, it's a good thing. Like you should be doing it. You should try to get an inbound closing role. Some of you guys now are getting to the point where it's like, okay, I've got this down. Like what's next? So this is something that's top of mind. I just wanted to I don't know, riff off some of the thoughts, but you probably know sales. You probably know how to manage a pipeline. Easy. Just don't be an idiot. Do your follow-ups, update your CRM, all that stuff. Maybe being in sales, like you're learning the sales funnel, you're learning like, you know, how the leads come in and how they're qualified. And then you have the call and then they're on board. Like you're learning all that stuff. If you want to separate yourself from all the other good closers in the marketplace, you need to learn a complementary skillset. And that can be a few different things, but lead generation is probably the top one. It's the one that can drive revenue to a business. It's the one, you know, bad market or not, you can add a lot of value upfront quickly and you'll get paid a lot more for it. So What do I mean by lead gen? Now, it depends who you want to work with, but it's usually cold email, cold calling, or paid ads. Okay. You know, B2B business is going to be cold email, cold call, could be paid ads. B2C, maybe you want to get into like writing content or paid ads there, but I'm going to just talk about each one briefly. And this is something that I'm helping other people build out in addition to the sales stuff right now. So top of mind, I just wanted to rant and be productive when I had a no-show. So you can use it for yourself and you can use it for them, but depending on who you're working with, who you're working with, who you want to work with, different skills are going to apply differently. So like instead of taking 10% as an inbound closer, Learn cold email and take 35%, 40% of something that's already proven. That's a big thing. No matter, you know, if you're considering doing this with somebody, offering it to somebody, their offer needs to be proven. You don't want to run all this traffic and put all this, you know, potentially upfront cost to you in financial and time, and then the offer sucks, the fulfillment sucks, and it doesn't turn into the opportunity that you want it to. So cold email, guys, is like the easiest one to get into right now. If you are a good sales rep, you have to have at least a room temperature IQ. You can figure out cold email in one single week. Go follow Black Hat Wizard, buy his— or Cold Email Wizard, buy his Cold Email Mastery course and learn it there. There's a lot of other free resources. It's the cheapest, it's the most time efficient. And it can scale quickly. Okay, so it's really simple, guys. You buy domains, you get a sending software like instantly, you get contacts, you validate them, build sequences, basically the emails, and write like 3 to 5 out follow-ups, and then just press start and then manage the inbox from there. Book your own calls, take the calls, 30% commissions, 40% commissions. This is like I don't know, almost any B2B business can benefit from cold email. They're probably not doing it right. Like most people are not. Next is cold calling. This is more time intensive, but faster feedback loops. You buy the dialing software, you buy contacts, you validate them, and you dial. If you are already in the position where you're making 10, 15, 20 grand a month, unless you're selling something that is you know, has a huge upside, this is probably not going to be a good use of your time. Maybe you contract somebody who's newer to dial for you, and then they set appointments and you take your own calls. That's an option. Otherwise, guys, you can get into ads. These can scale quickly, but they will be the most expensive, and there's— it takes longer to set up, it's more difficult. You got to learn copy creatives, you got to learn ad strategy, you have to learn how to test and scale. And then you have to learn how to build the funnel on the back of the ads. So if you're a closer right now, or you're about to be a closer, you should get good at closing. But a lot of you guys are in the position now, it's like, okay, I can close. I want to have more control over the opportunities that I have. And this is an easy way to do it. A lot of these B2B businesses don't know what the hell they're doing. When it comes to cold email, cold calling, anything like that. And this is an easy skill that you can stack on and you can charge somebody upfront for that. You can charge somebody $10,000 to set up cold email and cold calling, and then you charge them a base and a retainer, or I'm sorry, a retainer that is a base and a rev share to manage this and to do it. So I don't know, guys. Top of mind for me here. There's still a lot of money to be made in inbound closing, but it's a lot of people coming into the market. You learn these complementary skill sets, or maybe you go and learn how to like, I don't know, do something else that's behind the sales piece. Lead generation is just the go-to because you're already in sales, you're already pushing new revenue through. Why don't we just take more control over it, get really good at it, become specialists, and offer that to other people as almost like a productized thing. I think that's gonna be it for this video. If you are in the high-ticket space, or you want to be, I run a community, serialsalescommunity.co. Get blasted with social proof. All we do in there is find good offers and make commissions. And I want to start doing more around the full cycle thing because I'm recently seeing the potential that That can be huge. And there's guys inside that are crushing it that are looking for the next thing. And I think it's fun. So if you made it this far, I appreciate you. I am still trying to upload twice per week. I should have a new video coming Monday. And if you have questions about the community, shoot me a DM on Instagram or Twitter or TikTok. I'm everywhere. I'll talk to you there. Peace.
