Dylan Vergara shows how five salespeople using the same script get different results based on how they say it. Speed, volume, energy, and tonality matter far more than the words themselves. Conviction in your voice is what actually moves people to buy.

How you say something is 10 times more important than what you actually say. Imagine this scenario: 5 sales guys each get 10 sales calls. They're all going to use the same script word for word. Assuming all of these guys have the same competence when it comes to sales, most of them are going to close about 2 to 3 deals out of 10. Okay, some will get zero, others, couple outliers, might get 4, even 5+ deals. Same script. Factors like speed, volume, energy, emphasis, tonality, cadence— they're all going to play a role. But the muscle of speech is 100% malleable. I'm speaking from experience. Simply put, if you can make a conscious effort to improve how you say things, assuming you're selling something worthy of buying, more people will buy it. And it's because conviction sells. Tactical speech is probably one of the biggest levers you can pull when it comes to transferring conviction to your prospect. Now watch this video back, watch within each frame how I say things in order to get this message across to you. Nothing is a coincidence.
