How the fuck do I turn?
Do I just put my foot on the brake?
We got her started.
I'm keeping the fucking hazards on this.
All right, hold on.
I mean, worst possible case scenario.
Yo, that doesn't look like a Porsche badge. What's going on here?
We're on our left-wing stuff this evening or this afternoon. Subaru time.
Are we in the Subaru? Why aren't you in the?
We're learning how to drive manual. We've already learned. I basically rented it for the weekend to learn how to drive manual.
Yeah, so we fucked it up so bad on Friday. He went and got a blue Subaru WRX so he could learn.
Yeah.
All right, fellas, so audio got messed up here. Here's a quick narration. We told them exactly where to drop the car, even screenshot a map, drew circles, all that stuff. They just said, nah, screw that, we're gonna put it on the busiest street that we can. So 5 o'clock traffic. I haven't driven a manual car but once in my life, and now I'm tasked with driving a very expensive one in traffic, and I'm really stressed. I don't know if you could tell, but nonetheless, it was a full circle moment. I think this was over four years ago where I texted my now fiancée that I was basically gonna have a Porsche at some point. It was before we were even dating, and I did have a few cars between then and now. But here we are.
All right, keys to the new Porsche. How we feeling?
Let's get in. I think you were running up, but he like backed it up off the top level, and he like, bro, that would stress me out. Yeah, dude, I was watching it. All right, so bro, clutch in.
So yeah, it's just.
Clutch in, brake, put it in first, and then just feather it.
I think I'm gonna have to go right, bro. I think I'm gonna have to go right, go through the neighborhood, turn around.
Yeah.
Hopefully I don't hit the light and I could just roll through. I don't know. That's why I got the Subaru for tomorrow. Damn, full tank is, uh, 142 miles.
Here we go, put her into first.
Wait, so neutral, uh, What am I in first? You should be.
Okay, now ease on the slowly off the clutch. There you go. No, you can push on the gas. There we go. We're moving.
There you go.
All right, we're moving and grooving.
Come on, let's get through this.
Oh shit.
Um, I'm gonna go right.
Yeah, let me see.
Let me see, uh, easy U-turn. I don't know how I did not stall right there. That was crazy. No, that was easy.
That was easy.
We're not done yet though.
No, we're not done yet.
I'm literally just gonna chill in second. Oh, that's crazy, bro.
There we go.
That feels different than a Mustang. I'm gonna try to roll through this.
You're in third.
Oh, fuck, bro. All right, hold on.
This is this is not good.
So is it over in the first?
First? Yeah.
You saw it.
Brain is like not working right now. So foot. Now there's no one behind us, but let's figure it out.
So basically you want to train. You want to you want to go from having your foot. On the— all the way on the brake, onto the gas as you're releasing the clutch so you can go forward. All right, what was that?
What happened? I didn't let off the clutch.
Yeah, because you have to.
Yeah, bro, this sucks.
This is literally what I was trying to avoid. You think you could do it? You want to give it a shot? Yeah, I'll give it a shot. Look at Tony causing traffic. I'm just kidding. We're stuck on a hill right now. Fucking cop back there. This is not good. This is, this is, I mean, worst possible case scenario is what just happened.
All right, so, uh, so how are we feeling after the first little, little drive?
I'm shaking.
Yeah, that was a fun little, little go-around for sure. Hills are definitely not our friends right now. Um, does it not have keyless?
I don't know, I thought it did.
Does it not lock it?
It has a—
Well, we're still, uh, troubleshooting the car. We don't know how this thing works.
This is what happens when a Mustang driver buys a German.
We can't lock the Yeah, so we had some— we had a big week at the agency. I mean, you look to bring on some new teams, sign some new clients, so y'all were doing some interviews and stuff like that.
Yeah, we got 3 or 4 new offers that we're about to run marketing and sales for, because you can run sales for people and you can just do that, and we do just do that, but like, if you don't control the whole process, you're a little bit limited.
Yeah.
So we decided to partner up with our guy Ace on some of these. You know Ace, right?
Ace Woohoo.
Ace Woohoo, yeah. And yeah, we just run ads into our own sales team and we front the ad spend. So we got a bunch of those ramping up. I think we did in 2024, man, like $3 mil in billable commissions or agency revenue. And obviously it's like obviously not all profit. Like salespeople are high-paid professionals, so we got to pay them. But shooting for 5 at least in 2025 with these, especially with these like 3 or 4 that we just signed on where we control marketing and sales. Like we can, we can really put like fuel on the fire. They have to like— support has to be really dialed in or else like if people aren't having like 110%, the best onboarding or client experience, like that will funnel back up to like marketing and sales and kind of hurt the potential for sure. One of our teams did $53K on Friday. I don't know how much of that was one guy, but one guy had a big day. That guy, if it's the guy that I'm talking about, he did $7,000 commission on New Year's Eve, just went beast mode with it. And that team closed $112K on New Year's Eve. Like, they were closing like almost up to To the fireworks, like to the ball drop, they were closing deals.
That's crazy.
You were just showing me some of the numbers of how much y'all paid out to sales reps from last year.
Yeah.
Do you wanna talk a little bit about that?
We, so our financial guy, we have a finance guy, which like anyone who runs an agency where you have a lot of like discrepancy in billing and invoicing clients and paying your team, if it's like performance-based, we hired a finance guy who like really helps us out. And he sent us a, at the end of the year, he's getting our numbers together and sent us like a report of how much each team member made from July on. Like, we had multiple guys that like are pacing like $200K+ years with us, which is pretty crazy. Like, 2 years ago or maybe 3 years ago, it's like, that's what I was trying to do. And now we have like a lot of guys that have been in sales for a long time that are like hitting those numbers with us, which is just insane. And we're, you know, we're still running a profitable business, which is like a win-win. So be a good sales rep and get connected and you'll never have a shortage of opportunity. Join communities, like. Join a community. Yeah. Well, yeah, so we just hired 2 people from my community into closing roles that are going to be, I mean, if they perform at a minimum, they should be $10K a month roles. Check out this rough mattress. Oh, oh, there we go.
Little downshifts. Yeah, we're gonna go hit a little 10-miler here in a little bit with, uh, with the boy, um, Tech Sales Hacks. Tech Sales Hacks.
Um, we're gonna have, uh, we're gonna squash the beef basically with Tech Sales.
I'm just kidding.
I mean, you unite the high-ticket space with the tech sell— tech sell gurus.
We have a common— we have a common enemy.
We must take them down together. Must unite. Yeah.
Ah, stall number 2, dude. All I'll say is that hill that we were on on Friday, that was a steep hill, bro.
I don't even know, thinking back at it, I don't—
oh, that was a bad one. Now we got people walking by. I don't think they noticed though. I think we're good.
Just act normal.
Just act normal.
But now, actually, one cool thing that I've, uh, gotten more used to is like, re— like, if I stall, like, knowing exactly what to do.
What to do to get it going.
Yeah, like, dude, I stalled in some pretty— like, I stalled on Riverside, I stalled on South Congress twice in a row, I stalled like in some pretty high traffic areas, and I literally just go like hazards, neutral, clutch in. When we, when we picked up the Porsche, like, it was literally just thrown into it, thrown into the fire, and my brain was like— I was literally going off like instinct of driving manual one time in my life.
Dude, I went and hit, uh, me and some of the sales reps in the community, we went to, uh, we went to Lyft, got a quick Lyft in, and then we hit Mozart's after. Had a good time just being in Austin with some of the sales rep guys. Had a good time and This is what it's about, coming and chilling with some bros in a good city.
In the last 2 weeks, I think we had 1 or 2 more Austin guys join the community, or 1 guy moved down and then 1 joined. He lives on Rainey, which is like 5 minutes from me. So the community is freaking growing here, man. Like, you— I mean, you don't need to be in a certain city to do the remote sales stuff. But when you are with other people that are doing it, like, it just becomes more real. And it's no surprise that some of the guys that are here connected are like literally doing a lot better than the average person in it.
So yeah, I'll throw up some of Noah's, uh, numbers from past couple weeks on here.
Noah's numbers, Cam's numbers, Cam's numbers.
We got some good wins in the community this past couple weeks.
Diego doesn't post his. Diego's Humble, uh, a humble meme poster, but he's definitely hitting numbers too.
Yeah.
Little conversational stick shift, never, never hurt anyone. I might be able to squeeze up right here.
So we're gonna grab some food and then, uh, hit a run here in a little bit and then catch back with y'all after.
All right guys, this is not financial advice, but if you see this right here— actually, it's free today, but I'll still, I'll still explain it to you. Basically, with paid parking, it's a law of averages. You'll only really get caught like every 1 in 4, 1 in 5 times, and it's a $30 ticket. So if you think about it, you're probably gonna spend more— like, if you just pay 5 times in a row, you're gonna spend $10 each time. Or you could just not pay ever, get caught once, spend $30, and you're gonna come out on top.
So...
If you live in a downtown area where these are everywhere, what are you doing, man? Just, just roll the dice. Here we are post-10-miler with, uh, you can't see him, but he's over there, Mr. Tech Sales Hacks. We squashed the beef officially. There was no beef. And, uh, yeah, beautiful day out here. Got new shoes, just bought them. We're race ready.
Look at the bounce, pretty solid.
That's the video. So we got a car. We talked about the agency. We ran. We did some fun stuff. You want to be a remote sales rep? Join the community. Link in bio or link in description. You want to hire our agency and you want to sell more of your stuff? Link in description.
And I don't know what the next video is going to be.
We haven't talked about it, but y'all will probably see some of the Austin boys that moved down here. A lot of like. community guys. I promise we don't force people to move to Austin. We just spread the propaganda and they do, but they're crushing it, man. Uh, making good money, doing fun stuff. So you'll see, you'll see them. Maybe we'll do the— we'll get the— we'll get the Setter House boys in one of them.
But yeah, that's all I got.
So, all right, go make— go make some money in sales.
