In my second full year right out of college, I was on pace to make $180,000 per year. But then I quit that job for a better job. And I want to talk about where I went and why I decided on that. Quick context. I was in roofing sales. I had made $70K on the year in May when I quit, but I quit for a few reasons. One, it was dangerous. Two, I was spending a lot of time driving and not selling. Three, I was really intrigued by like online money. Four, I wanted more freedom, control over my schedule. So I have the skill of sales. So I'm thinking like real estate, tech. Lowkey, I'm seeing these guys selling stuff online, making a lot of money and having fun doing it. What was encouraging to me is a lot of those guys weren't special. A lot of them were young. You pair that with the fact that I've always been a little bit more entrepreneurial. I don't have an authority problem, but I like to be my own boss. That's why I chose remote closing. Within a year, I recreated a six-figure income while working way, way, way less. Over the last three years, because of remote closing, I've been able to build my dream life. I just posted like a twenty-minute video of me breaking down exactly how I landed on remote closing. All things considered, if you want it, comment or DM me and I'll send it to you.
