throw this out here because of the meeting that I just had. Doing this has made me a lot more money as a business owner and a sales rep. So I got a whole list of to-do items, right? And previously we had a booking form that was like not very good. It was like a 17% completion rate. I changed it, we went to a 43% completion rate, and our revenue basically reflected that and almost doubled. And that was one tweak where we had run like over a year worth of data through that made a huge difference. And so For you sales reps, a lot of you guys are focusing on sales training for the high-ticket space, the inbound sales space. You're doing role plays and mock calls before you ever apply to a job, ever start taking interviews. When you're focusing on these downstream funnel metrics, no wonder they're not yielding as much result because they're like— you're not even getting to the point to where they matter, right? So if your priority is getting into the industry and landing a job, why are you focusing on sales training? Like there's no interview that you're gonna go on and say, I took this sales training, and they're like, whoa, you're hired. Focus on upstream metrics because the same change that you would make down here, the same time commitment, the same effort, if you just put it up here, the opportunity that flows after that is life-changing. So stop focusing on shit that doesn't matter to you yet. Focus on top of funnel metrics. You'll win more.
