Decided to film a quick video because it's been a while since I filmed a quick video. Right now I'm in Tampa, Florida. Just landed on a quick little boys trip, if you will, here for 4th of July and then one of the homies' kind of late birthday celebrations. But the reason why I thought this would be cool to make a video on, one, it's just kind of a little bit different style of content, but two, the sales agency stuff is really, really cooking right now. And so this next like 3, 4 days, I'm really going to be juggling running that at a high level and trying to enjoy my time in Florida with the boys. Just last night I was up until 1 AM basically working all night trying to like get things to a point where I could take the morning off. Had to leave for the airport at 3:15. I slept like an hour. I had a flight at like 5:50 or something from Austin to Atlanta because if you fly Delta from Texas you always have to go to Atlanta. I don't make the rules. Uh, it kind of sucks but credit card points, you deal with it. And then from Atlanta to Tampa. I turned my phone off of airplane mode when I landed in Tampa and I'll throw it up here. I might blur some stuff out but check out these notifications I got just from a A one-hour flight from Atlanta to Tampa, and I'm not saying this to flex or brag, but just the reality of it right now. Agency stuff is doing really good. It's requiring me to be in the freaking trenches. But also what was cool when I got off the flight from Austin to Atlanta, one of our sales teams already closed like three deals, which is like I don't know twenty-seven, twenty-eight k in revenue and cash collected. So that gave me an idea: make a video and basically in the title put the number like revenue-wise what our sales agency. Closed on behalf of the clients while I was in Florida. Thankfully, the sales agency is at a point where we have 7 active clients. We have good rev splits on them. We have managers in place and we have like 30 people working under the agency now. And it almost feels kind of fake to say the numbers that we're doing, like the numbers that we did last month. So I haven't been posting too much about the numbers, but yeah, I just wanted to document this and try to be transparent. We'll see how it goes. My boy Tony, he's flying from Houston. I flew from Austin. He's gonna touch down in like 10 minutes, get his bag, and then I think one of our other boys, Alec, gonna pick us up because he lives here. He's also a Texas boy, but he's here. Known these guys for a little bit. I actually met them both through the like remote high ticket space, both in my community at one point. Yeah, just some solid dudes. We're gonna have some fun. I think we're gonna have a few other people meet us in Tampa. Other Florida boys might drive up or down or wherever they're at, and we should be able to get a nice little squad together, a little Fourth of July festivity. Eat some good food. Got a cool Airbnb near the beach. So we'll have some fun, close some deals. Yeah, I'll take you guys along for it. Let's go. Also, you guys let me know in the comments what you're thinking. I got the first pair of Air Force 1s, a little bit of a different colorway. Are they fire or nah? I think they're pretty fire. Y'all let me know though. I won't lie though, I kind of messed up. Forgot to close off my calendar. So I have a community member one-on-one call that I have to take from the airport, a community live call, which that's always there at this time. So I just kind of took that one. But yeah, taking a couple calls from the airport, then we're out of here. Also, when I got to the airport at 5 in the morning, I put together a map for the, uh, event. You better come to the event. Austin, Texas, September 27th, 28th. High-ticket sales meetup. Remote setters, closers, aspiring setters, closers, business owners. By the time this video is up, those tickets will be live. There's only 95 of the VIP ones. If you're coming, you want the VIP ones. Talk about that more later, perhaps. Also check this out without showing too much. Looks like up till today we are at $419,240 completed We launched this offer not even 2 weeks ago and we actually had to pause it because we broke it. So yeah, that's crazy. Disregard the dirty screen, but check this out. Posted this job in the hiring channel 9 days ago. Best closer does $15K, OT is $8,000 to $10,000. The guy I just spoke to just accepted this job and he's like 2 weeks in. B2B sales background. Let's go, dude. You're just mad. Here we are, Tampa, Florida. We're with Tony waiting for Alex to close his deal, walking to get some food. What happened with Betsy, bro? Dude, Betsy fucked us over. She decided to cancel our shit without telling us, and now we're here, no Airbnb. We're homeless in this terrible, this terrible place. What's your favorite Jackass. It's 4th of July. I'm currently in Alex's apartment because if you saw from the last clip, the Airbnb host canceled on us without canceling on us. It was a really messed up situation. So we drove all the way back into town, stayed at Alex's. But literally as I'm recording this, I see a Stripe notification. Jake, partner in the agency, set up a recruiting deal. We just closed it. DM setter. We're We're going to be hiring one of you soon in the next, I think, 5 to 7 days is the timeline on that. Going to go down and get some coffee. Everybody's out right now. I was waiting for my 4th of July outfit to unwrinkle. Yeah. So woke up to a deal on the 4th of July, paid out one of our sales teams last night, probably like freaking $30,000 for 2 weeks or maybe 40. Let's see what we get into today. And also the tickets for the High Ticket Sales Meetup literally just went live this morning. I just made the tweet and the Instagram post. If you're considering going to that, do not wait. There's only 95 tickets. A bunch of them already sold. 40 people from all over the place doing all different things, awesome things, locked in, making a lot of money. You want to meet those people, you meet me. Let's go buy a ticket, it's in the description. Had to bring the Austin to Tampa. This is the perfect 4th of July fit, check it out. Red, white, blue. You guys will see it in the final tally though, but our teams went freaking crazy yesterday. Like, one team collected I think 50, one did just under 50, one did at least 20 to 40. Like, just deals getting closed all around. It'll be in the final tally. We'll see what— we'll see what kind of damage we did. Probably about to go on a little walk. Got us an iced Americano as per usual. It passes the the test. It's pretty good. This hotel is freaking sick. I'm not staying here, but just got this coffee here. Really quick, going back to paying out our sales team yesterday, we decided to round our appointment setters up to the nearest thousand. That put one of our appointment setters at back to back ten thousand dollar months. It's like his third month doing this from being a bank teller before, and the other guy got bumped up to. 7. He's a little bit newer than the other guy. We're running a bunch of sales teams and some of them we're more hands-on with than others, but I feel like it's just little stuff like that. Like some of the closers will throw bonuses for doing awesome stuff, like showing up to the meeting. Only hiring people who can take accountability so that way you don't have to have the hard awkward conversations. I mean, it's going to happen eventually with certain people, but when you vet who you hire and you just like, you have fun with it, then you reward them. I don't know. I mean, I'm not a perfect sales manager. And to be honest, I don't do much of the sales management of these teams. It's my partner Cole, which if you're going to our event in September, Cole will be there. You can meet him. But yeah, anyways, I thought that was cool. We just rounded him up like, uh, I don't know, $200 so he can hit the $10K again. And let's hit it again this next month. On a side note, I have no idea where I am walking on this trail near some body of water. Super, super nice. But I almost moved to Tampa in 2022, '23, like a year— no, like a year and a half ago. And I had my plane ticket booked to come to our apartments, and then that's when the big hurricane hit Tampa. My flight got canceled. I ended up going to Austin in that time. I had been to Austin a bunch before, but I went there with like a different lens of like, hey, I'm considering moving, and fell in love with it. And so in hindsight, I've been to Tampa— this is my second time now. Tampa's cool, it's a really nice place, but I feel like there's so much to do in Austin, and being closer to friends and family is definitely not a complaint. But yeah, Tampa's cool, but I do not Regret the decision to move to Austin instead of Tampa. That's just me personally. Like, don't get me wrong, bro. This is cool, but it's not Austin. This is a lifetime group. Okay, so you're gonna have lifetime access to everything. How many seed oils? At least 322. Tell us about the meetup last year. Great experience. If you haven't been, you have to come. You can network, get some good food, have some good times. Austin's a beautiful city. We hope to see you there. Let's go. So you have to build. Step 1 is build again. Step 3 is you need to build. Step 2 and a half— forgot about step 2 and a half. Most people do. Lock in. And then once you lock in, then you can build again. And then as a result of 1 2 2 5 3, you get hella money. Step 2.5, brother. Do I have to get the ball? Oh, I got— bro, this is crazy. I got another ball right here. Yeah, he said you have to get the ball. It's kind of a vibe. Smells like cigars. Trip is coming to an end, y'all. It was fun. Here we are, guys, at Benu, back in the city finally. So really quick, I had probably the worst flight experience I've ever had in my years of flying. Went from Tampa to Atlanta, Atlanta to Austin. There was a storm in Austin, flew around Austin for I don't know how long. It started to run out of gas, so we had to fly to Dallas-Fort Worth. And then once we got there, they were like, it's still storming in Austin, can't go back, we're gonna sit here. And they just kept delaying, delaying, delaying. Delaying, delaying. I sat on the plane in Dallas for literally 3 hours doing nothing, staring at the freaking back of the seat, and then they finally take us back. And that ate up half of my Saturday that I was going to use to be productive and film this video. Anyways, guys, I did run the final tally on what our sales team was able to close from Wednesday to Saturday when I was gone, and it was $198,000. $198,900. $6,000 of that was new business, a recruiting client for the agency. $193,000. $900,000 of that was what we closed for our clients. Wednesday's a normal business day. 4th of July is Thursday. Friday is like questionable. Some people work, some don't. And then Saturday. So like some pretty slow days, able to close just under $200,000, which I think is freaking sweet. And it's pretty crazy to say because all of this agency stuff has been happening really, really fast. I feel like I'm really figuring it out as I go, which is how you do anything. But I know that looking back, there's There's going to be a lot more valuable lessons that I can share with you guys, and I guess once I feel inspired and I have the time to do that, I'll share those lessons. For the time being, content has been a little slower. I'd love to, you know, keep it consistent. I just don't know what to post. I don't want to post like basic sales tips, how to handle objections. I mean, I've done it before, but I feel like it—I don't know—it's a dime a dozen. So I want something different. For now, I'm going to focus on the agency and the community. Again, we got our event coming up. Actually, I think today. My boy Dobby, who just got second place in the freaking school games, like Alex Hormozi school games, is locking in his ticket to be there. So if you want to meet him, you want to meet all the partners in the agency and sales reps doing $20,000, $40,000 a month commissions, and people just starting just like you, let me know. Let me know in the comments, what do you want to see? What kind of content you want to see? What you like to see? What you like to hear? And we'll take it from there. Peace. Peace.
