What's going on, you guys? I'm calling in live from beautiful 70 and sunny Austin, Texas out here, and I'm making this video to tell you about my new offer. Now, if you don't know, I just sold my sales agency, which was taking up most of my time during the week. Sold that. I made a video on it like 2 weeks ago, maybe. You can go check it out if you'd like. I'm still running my sales community, still doing well, people coming in, crushing it. But I have another big project in the works that I definitely have a longer-term vision with, and I'm just expecting it to take a little bit to get where I want to be. But in the short term, I have something that I want to present to you guys that I think is potentially valuable to the right person— sales rep, business owner— and I just wanted to offer it since it doesn't take too much from me. So let me fill you in. This is going to be not a short-term thing, but I, I'm not looking to push this out far and wide to all corners of the internet. I'm I do want it to be more of a smaller scale, one-man operation, very lean. And I'm gonna take, or I'm taking some of my favorite things about the agency. I'm taking some of my favorite things about the community and I'm leaving all the stuff I don't like from both of those. And I'm gonna do this on kind of a first-come, first-served basis. I don't imagine I'd be doing this with more than like 5 people at a time. So anyways, really quick, I'm gonna fill you in on my background, why I'm making this offer and why it might make sense for you. And then I'm gonna fill you in on the offer itself. Okay, so really quick about me. Just generally speaking, I'm interested in everything business at this point, and this should be like interest or expertise because some of these I'm more familiar and knowledgeable with than others. But just generally, online businesses, marketing and sales, bread and butter, media and social media. I've been able to build an audience on pretty much every platform. Product and fulfillment, figuring out how to get your clients good results and do it sustainably for your business. I don't have too much experience in this quite yet, but software and AI is something I am stepping into. It's something that I'm very interested in getting better at and getting more immersed into. I'm interested in playing the long game and doing things that are worth doing, even if they take a little bit longer. Personal development, always been big into that, whether it's in a career business standpoint or personal relationship health standpoint. And then community building. I've built a community that I still run right now. I just got off a call with some of the community guys and I think I'm pretty decent at it. I mean, I've convinced a bunch of people to move here to Austin, Texas for the community that we have here. And so pretty decent at it. So these are some of my interests right now. So kind of the foundation here of like what we're about to get into about me, I identified my dream life really early on, which was being able to spend time with the people that I wanted to spend time with as much as possible while simultaneously being able to provide at a really high level, not having to slave away at work just to put food on the table or to pay for bills or whatever that may be. I always liked the idea of being autonomous, pretty individualistic. I got into skateboarding at an early age and I did that for like 15 years. I was just doing it the other day. I'm not as into it anymore because it's dangerous and I don't want to get hurt. But yeah, I was always into kind of just like doing my own thing. Always been like a smart and hard worker in school. I was always in like the advanced classes, but I would get the grades that I could get without studying too much. So I've always kind of rode that balance between smart and hard work. And I do just see, I don't know, for context, like I have a bachelor's degree from a Division 1 university, construction science. I used it for all but 6 months before I got into sales. So really quick, getting into like some of my early business stuff, I had many business attempts and fails between both online and offline businesses. The reality is they all work and I know they all work, but at the time of me attempting them, I either didn't have the knowledge, the time, or the resources to make it work. And most of this, I was in college as well, and time was a big restraining factor as I worked a full-time job alongside all this. I did make my first 6 figures in roofing sales, so I really stepped out of my comfort zone. I saw the opportunity in front of me that could set me up early on. And, you know, I put away that individualistic, that kind of shy skateboarder personality and just worked hard at what was in front of me. For my last 12 months in that opportunity, I was the top sales rep every single month, driving the most revenue. I was setting company records, and I ended up building social media presence that was bigger than the company itself, sold it back to the company. So I've always just kind of been figuring out how to maximize the situation in front of me. And so that was some of my early success when I really started making money. Now, what you guys might be following me for today or why you've potentially worked with the agency that I just sold or why you joined the community. I mean, I've closed quite a bit. I haven't talked about this in a while, but I've closed quite a bit myself across different industries, be it door-to-door sales, doing my own services offline or high-ticket sales. So I've been the one sitting at the dinner table getting the contracts inked. I've scaled my own coaching company to 7 figures. I scaled my own agency to 7 figures and I sold it. And I've built an omnichannel following of 60,000 people across pretty much every platform in a niche that is quite valuable to build in. So you can always, you know, blow up to some really big follower count if you're posting like comedy or controversial things or whatever. But this is within the sales niche. These are some things that I would say are quite notable that I've done that might make this offer more relevant to you. Currently what I'm doing, chilling, learning after selling the agency, working on Scaling online businesses. So I'm still working with a handful of people, including on my own business to do this. I am prioritizing work-life balance. I know that's a controversial take, but my agency, while I was running it, I really lost freedom that I got into this space to begin with for. And I want to make sure that the next time or the next business or the next things that I'm scaling up, I am not doing that. And I'm prioritizing living this life with the people that I want to live it with. So hanging out with friends, family, fiancée, my dog, and just really being particular about who I'm spending my time with because I can be. So anyways, that's about me and why this offer might make sense to you. Let me tell you about the offer. The offer is pretty much one-on-one high-level consulting. I know that Me working with people in this capacity has been some of the most needle-moving work that I've ever done with anybody. Just having that really open, free-flowing channel to communicate with someone who's been where I want to be, has done what I want to do. Every question you have, every problem you face, every connection you're going to need from someone who's already done what you want to do, it's one text away. And that's been invaluable to me. So the avatar for this consulting is going to be sales reps, business owners, or you want to market or sell more. You believe I can help you with something, even if it's like I just ran my first marathon. I did a 3:35 pace. If you hit me up and it's like, hey dude, I want to be a sales rep and run a marathon and learn how to skateboard and do a kickflip by the end of 2025, like this could be for you. So anyways, it's really open for interpretation. Just like if you watch my stuff and you think I can provide value to you in any sort of way, this is for you. The objective is to create significant impact in focus areas or just help you or your business be better. Again, really broad. I want you guys to come in and make this what is relevant to you. The deliverables— so really hosting an intro call, getting to know you a little bit. We'll do one monthly call, 60 minutes. We'll do ongoing one-on-one text thread all hours of the day, including weekends. We'll share videos, photos, voice notes, really anything to communicate to solve problems or to improve things in your business or your life. You have first right of referral within your niche for any kind of connections, business opportunities that I can provide for you. And then you'll have access to me, my connections, resources. Over the last few years, I've grown an insane Rolodex of marketers, salespeople, tax people, insurance, legal, bookkeepers, creatives, like anything that you could need to start or scale your business, I probably have a really high-level connection. And then resources as well. I mean, I've paid for so much stuff. I just, I'm really confident in my ability to help anyone who's running an online business that wants something that's not like super cookie cutter. Here's your 6 hours of video course, but who wants someone like in their corner? And I think that's what was supposed to be here. It just got deleted, but it's supposed to say, have someone in your corner or something like that. Pricing, really transparent, guys. $1,000 per month, $12,000 per year if you add it up to a year. If we work together for over the course of the year and you have something that's actually worth working on, I just don't see how you don't at least make that back one time over, and then it doesn't compound into the rest of your life going forward. It's month to month, so if you want to try it for a month, cool, let me know. No discounts or bulk purchases. I want this to be flexible for whoever might be interested just as much As it is flexible for me. So if I don't like working with you, sorry, we're out. If you don't like working with me, no hard feelings, we're done. If you guys are interested in this, just shoot me an email here, dylan@serialsales.co, subject line Start Consulting. Just tell me what you want to talk about. Tell me what you think I can help with. And yeah, I'll send a reply pretty quick on this. Make sure that, you know, I actually am comfortable taking it on. I feel like I can provide value to you. This is just a side thing that I wanted to put into the market and see if there is any interest. If there's not, Cool. Focus on the main businesses that I run. If something like this presented itself to me when I was in the earlier stage, I mean, I probably would be further than I am today. And so for any of you guys who might be interested, let me know. So again, guys, just shoot me an email if you're interested. If you're a sales rep who's not really looking for this one-on-one consulting, but you're looking for that community and the series of group calls that we've been running, the link will be in the description. I don't know if I've teased the next business the big business that I want to start, but it's going to be in the media space, media and SaaS, the sales niche. So we're going to be focusing in there. But in the short term, again, I know I have some stuff that can help a lot of you guys watching this. And I don't know, you never know who's watching the videos. So anyways, shoot me the email, guys, or talk to us about the community. And we have a cool video coming for you on Sunday. I'm excited to show you. See you there.
