Perks of joining a legit high-ticket sales community

In this informal vlog Dylan Vergara (joined by Noah Burton) walks viewers through a series of updates and anecdotes that illustrate the benefits of being part of his remote high‑ticket sales community. He opens by mentioning a recent coffee with a salesperson who closed $10 million for a major brand and hints at future appearances. The core of the video is an update on the community’s job‑posting engine: since June 2023 the group has posted roughly 1,200 vetted 1099 sales roles, averaging 40‑60 per month, and a new recruiter partnership just posted 71 jobs on day 1, prompting a planned four‑fold increase in listings. Dylan shares personal business milestones, including opening a new business bank account and joining a scaling program, as well as a sizable personal investment of $60‑80 K in training over three years that he claims has yielded strong ROI. He recounts a recent eight‑day mastermind trip to Japan, noting cultural differences, networking with high‑earning entrepreneurs, and the inspiration it provided. The vlog also highlights community engagement perks: monthly giveaways (AirPods, standing desks, microphones) and an upcoming flight‑credit prize for a weekend in Austin. Finally, Dylan and Noah capture casual Austin footage—purchasing a fridge for a new “truck guy,” grabbing burgers at a local spot, and discussing sales rituals like pre‑call energy‑drink routines and filler‑word reduction techniques. Throughout, the tone remains conversational, promotional, and personal, aiming to showcase the tangible value and lifestyle benefits of the high‑ticket sales community.

All right, guys, there's a couple of things I want to talk to you right now about.
Sorry, sorry. Don't worry about it.
We got 2 new videos. One thing I want to talk about is I had coffee with this guy today that closed $10 million for like a really big name. He might make an appearance later in this video. If not, he might be in the next video. Closed $10 million for a big name, now working with an even bigger name to scale his offer. He's been in the space for 3 years, and so not a lot of people can say they closed $10 mil on the same team. And then the other thing I wanted to talk about is this new update in our community. So You can see here, you might be able to see a little bit. Since June 2023, we've been tracking how many jobs we post in our sales community. These are remote, high-ticket, usually coaching, consulting, service-based 1099 roles. On average, like 40 to 60 jobs per month for the last almost 2 years. And we were posting before that too, just on a different platform. 1,200 jobs in that time. We're about to literally 4x that. So 40 to 60 per month. I just hired someone to come in and host calls and work with the guys that last month they generated 140 high-ticket opportunities setting Closing management. If you're in the community, get ready for a lot more job posts. And if you're not in the community and you're looking to be like 1099 remote setting closing, get in there. Ask this guy. So this guy, if you go back on my channel, 4 days ago posted an interview with him. Long overdue. We're building cool stuff out here. We also got some updates with the new business because of sales. Start plugging that a little bit more. Just opened business bank account today. Going through a program now to like start and scale that. So working with this guy who Was a founding member of a company that sold for like $27 million or $20 million or something. So working on that. Besides that, I don't know what the video is going to be about, but I hope you enjoy it. Let's go, baby!
Join Cereal Sales.
All right, you guys, so it's probably a little over 24 hours since the last clip. We're at beautiful Barton Springs, the free side. Hey, it's closed for cleaning. This is like the Wild West over here. There's like alcohol, like any kind of drink, anything you want to smoke, music speakers. It's a little crazier here, but we got a good tan on. First thing is, because it's 24 hours later, we officially started with those recruiters that I was literally just telling you guys about. They came in and posted 71 jobs on day 1. Not an everyday thing, but average monthly revenue of the companies they posted is $600-something thousand. Average closer OTE was a little over $11,000. And An average setter was five thousand something, obviously lower and higher from there. Seventy one jobs overnight, all vetted. Ten ninety nine. That's just the power of a community or a hub for this kind of thing. You don't need to go out and send wishful cold DMs to people with blue check marks that they're never going to reply to. Get connected to the right people. So that's a little update for you guys there. And I wanted to talk about the Japan trip as well because I went to Japan for like eight days. My first international trip for a business. Mastermind hosted by Eli the Travel Guy on Instagram. So he hosts these like international retreats for business people. Super cool. Definitely be going back. But Japan's crazy, bro. So much different than the US in a lot of ways, both good and I guess bad as well. But the main— some of the main things that I noticed about Japan versus the US is like people seem to take a lot more pride in their home and where they live and that kind of thing. And Super clean. There's no trash anywhere. Even the homeless people, there's not that many of them, but very clean, very tidy. Everybody's quiet, respectful. They're very like considerate of not being in the way, not being loud, not being a nuisance to like other people in public, which I like a lot because I'm kind of like that. In the US, it's totally opposite. Yeah, Japan was cool. I made a lot of connections with guys who do like 6, 7, 8 figures in online business and just traditional businesses. One thing to kind of like tie this together is I've invested— someone asked me the other day on Instagram, like, how much have you invested into training or courses or whatever? And I was like totaling it up, and it's probably been around like $60K to $80K over the last 3 years since I've been like in this space. And I've ROI'd on it so many— I've ROI'd on it so many times. I remember my first investment to quitting my roofing sales job to get into high ticket. It wasn't even a sales course. It wasn't a sales community. community. I got into that shortly after, but I paid $5,000 to someone to help me grow on Twitter. And I did grow on Twitter. And that $5,000, it was, it was almost like a commitment to myself to actually make this work, to like not let it fall to the wayside or like not just let it get away pretty much. And here we are 3 years later. It worked. People follow me on Twitter now. You might be watching this because you found me, you found me on Twitter. I don't know, investing in myself, and I've seen it with other people firsthand, like just how fast that can exponentially grow you as a person and your financials and your business and all that. So especially if you're 1099 or business owner, if you're going to pay it in taxes, like pay it to pay it into your education, pay it into your network. Is this video going to come out before the 15th? Yeah. Hopefully you're paying taxes like basically now, or hopefully you've paid them. You're probably paying a lot of money to Uncle Sam. I am. If you're a 1099 sales rep or a business owner, like, why did you not spend that to like increase your network, get around the right people, learn more, and not pay the government more? Unless you just like paying the government, which that's a different problem in itself. So anyways, the recruiters, they're about to change the game. We're literally about to 4x the number of jobs we post. Japan is super cool. I have a lot of things to say about Japan that I'm not going to say in this video. Not bad things, but overall it's just a really cool, respectful place. Biggest city in the world, People think New York City is so crazy because it's so big and just naturally gets out of control. Tokyo is more than twice the size of New York, and it's more than twice as orderly, respectful, and just like an enjoyable place, a safe place. The subway in Tokyo versus the subway in New York City is night and day different, so I might have to move there. Just kidding. We got our boy Burton coming into town tonight. He's gonna be our truck guy here in Austin because we don't have a truck guy, and, uh, we're probably gonna go get him a fridge in the next clip or two. So see you there. We're driving back from Barton and Tony and I see a sign for $7.49 quarter-pounder burger, fries, drink. So what did we do? We did that. I already finished mine, but you've got some work to do there. Or I'm almost done. $7.49, was it worth it? Yeah, dude, Sandy's So if you're in Austin, Sandy's. Whataburger's right there. Oh, uh, right there, right next to Whataburger. Biggest burger spot in Texas. And this place has been here since like 1946, so it has to be good, especially if they charge $7.49 on Thursdays and Sundays. I'm trying to think of a rating. It's like 8.7 out of 10 for a burger. It's a good burger. So—
Hell yeah.
If you're not ripping Vanilla cones with the boys on a Thursday at, what is it, 4 PM, 5 PM?
Almost 5.
What are you doing, man? You're not living the high-ticket dream. Yeah, high-ticket sales, bro. All right guys, so we're gonna have Tony work some magic and flash back to spring break. How long ago was that?
Uh, 3 weeks. 3 weeks ago. No way!
Oh man, we got Noah Burton over here. What what are you? What are you stocking the fridge with, Mr. Burton?
Um, probably Don Julio.
No, you can't. That's against the rules. What's your next choice?
Probably the Pedialyte for sure for after the Don Julio.
Perfect. Well, well said. Three weeks ago, this guy actually intro this guy.
What's going on? Put on my best Dylan fit today. Can we get it up and down real quick?
This guy copied my shoes. Moves to my city, copies my shoes. Except I need some cleaner ones. So, but anyways, he's here. Won the fridge. Now that he lives here, we're gonna go get him the fridge and we're gonna fill it with water because tax season just hit. We don't have money for anything else. So that's what we're on. You guys are gonna come. That hurt, bro. $149 down. Look at this guy, he's a real Texan right here. Real Texan. Our truck guy has hit the scene. If you're in Austin and you ever need a truck, we got you. Just hit Dylan's DMs and we'll get you set up. Yeah.
Are you still rolling? Hey, what he just said about the truck is cap. Don't ask— don't ever ask me to use this truck, please.
Sure not. Yeah, yeah, no, deadass, do not ask me shit about this I actually got those, uh, shitty patio furniture that I sent you. We gotta drive an hour outside to go get that.
To where?
Manor. Oh, it's only like 20 minutes.
What for?
Just patio furniture.
For you?
Yeah. Oh, I'm trying to recreate my patio, trying to reinvent it. All right, so, uh, what are we doing now? We're gonna get some drinks. For you, for the fridge, or yeah, no, I had to clarify for the sake of the video. We definitely need to get some drinks for the fridge, but I don't know what we're about to get into.
Tony, this might be more of a you question. Where would we stock this up at?
Well, what do we want?
I mean, probably energy drinks for the most part. That and then like some kind of like hydration drink. Pause. I don't know if it caught the hand motion I just did.
It hit the South Congress one, the new one.
That'd be sweet. I gotta buy a toothbrush too. I forgot mine.
All right, H-E-B we go. Peanut Picante Modelo.
You ever drink aloe? No. This shit bangs because there's like little chunks in it. It's so good. Is that Foz? I don't know that's Foz. It tastes good. I drink these. More than anything, so I don't kill myself.
Get a variety, bro. Just get one of everything. How many are we allowed, Dad? Let me send a picture. I don't know, dude. Send her some water with all that energy drink.
Yeah, I don't really. I don't even know. Now, what's kind of counterintuitive about this? A very important part of my day before I start taking calls is I walk to the 7-Eleven. I've been doing this. I've been doing this since I got into sales. Before I do anything sales related, I'll go to a 7-Eleven, I'll get an energy drink, and it's like a pregame ritual that I go through. And this negates my pregame ritual.
That's for the ice bowl, the morning— the new morning ritual. Replacing 7-Eleven runs with the Saratoga banana runs. Banana runs?
Too much potassium.
Too much water can kill you too. Ponder, ponder, Maxime.
Yeah, that's how I spend most of my life.
Are you a prickly pear guy?
I haven't lived in Texas in so long, I don't think I've encountered prickly pear flavored anything in a long time besides lemonade.
It's gonna be a 3-part series.
Yeah.
With how many ums and likes I got in this video.
Damn, I did it again.
I need your whiteboard. At all times.
Yeah.
Did you get his whiteboard on camera? He took a picture of it. We can get it when we go back.
Yeah. Now that was the thing David Hess put me on, long-time community member. If you— I don't even— what's it called, like a verbal— like what is it?
It's called a tic.
I don't have Tourette's. No, what is it? Like it's a filler word. If you use a filler word too much on your calls, one thing that somebody recommended to me is you take like a sticky note And you put it up on the— you put it up on your screen, you put it in front of you on Zoom or wherever you're looking when you make your calls and essentially seeing it in big bold letters crossed out, it does something to your brain that makes you stop saying it and I did it earlier today.
You did it just now.
Yeah, it's not working for me but it's because it's not in front of my face, that's why for sure. These cans are textured and those cans aren't textured.
It's a basketball, bro.
For real?
Yeah, look at it.
What does a peach have anything to do with a basketball?
I don't know, dude.
I think she quit. Yeah, she quit.
She saw us coming. Yeah, the Goon Squad.
Now they're really serious about the 15 items or fewer. I think this is like 18.
Gotta get the B-roll added to the energy drinks. You putting this in a bag or not? Uh, sure. Does it fit in that one or no? Sacking groceries. This is not part of the winch challenge.
So recently— I'm not gonna say, I can't say it.
So here's the whiteboard we were referencing. The, um, like man who says, um, like.
Dylan put that part on there. That wasn't a reminder to me.
I think it was, but besides the point.
Actually, this is going on Dylan's channel. This guy right here, I think this is somebody from the community that I'm about to hire for a team that I manage, and I'm almost entirely only hiring him because he's in the community.
Get tapped in with your boy.
Are we rolling?
We're rolling.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, this is the reward for all my hard work. The one win that I posted in the month of March. This is it. Load it up. Come on now. Probably good enough. Dylan Vergoldstein over there, as some may or may not know him. That's it, that's the fridge. There will probably be a TV where all these boxes are eventually, so it'll fit in the, uh, the new crib very well as we look out.
I don't think we should just do that.
Yeah, never mind.
We'll put the— we'll put the Corona Light sign over the fridge for the vibes.
Now Dylan told me that when he hits 2,500 subs, it's gonna be kind of like a celebration between me and him. Because I've commented on all his videos for so long. I've really boosted the algorithm. You know, I would say that if we're giving anybody credit for any of those views and subscribers, it would come to me. Dylan told me that he was going to give me one of his Rolexes. So whenever y'all see that on my wrist, just know it came from Dylan.
We're still at the same 24.
Are you serious?
Let's let's out to it. We're not there yet. Out to the video.
Spin it back. Spin it back. Spin it back. Please subscribe. For the love of God, subscribe. I need to get a watch.
I rate that. Yeah, subscribe. Haven't done a hard CTA in a while, but down below, first or second link, it's a page. It has a video on it. The video is long. It's like 40-something minutes. Any kind of question you could have about actually getting into remote sales and getting help from someone who's done it and worked with a lot of people, the answers are in that video. Besides that, every month we give away something cool like that that could be nice for remote salespeople to win or to earn. That was for March. The month before, I don't know, we gave away like some AirPod Maxes, did some AirPod Pros. We've done standing desks. We've done— oh, the mic. Yeah, we did a mic with a boom arm, like top quality. This month is a flight credit or a flight depending on how far you are to come to Austin, Texas for a weekend and hang out with me and whatever that looks like, whether that's like working on something, just chilling, relaxing, taking a break, and hanging out with me and some of these guys that you've been seeing in the videos, the remote sales guys who are also in the community. So anyways, just so happened that they live close now and we're able to get this fridge in person. Usually we'll ship it out, but there's going to be more content with these guys soon, so stay tuned.
