What's up guys. Had some extra time, wanna be productive, film a video. I'm about to speedrun everything that you need to know in order to land a quality high-ticket sales role. All the things that you need to do, all the things that you can do to make sure that you land as good a role as possible. And at the end of the video, I'm gonna make it like checklist style. At the end of the video, I'm gonna link it in the description so you can go and grab that and fill it out and use it. But Let's get to it, guys. Um, high ticket sales checklist. That's what we're gonna call it. We're gonna throw a title. Cool. What do you need? First things, education. Um, all right. YouTube. On YouTube, high ticket closing. Honestly, you're already here. Cereal Sales, that's me. I don't know, go watch Alex Hormozi, right? Go watch Cole Gordon. Just consume sales. I don't know if you have a sales background or if you don't, doesn't matter. Learn the like high-ticket sales version of sales, okay? Also social media. You're gonna follow me. You're gonna follow a few people. Follow me and then look at the people I follow. Okay? There's especially on Twitter, there's a lot of guys on Instagram. There's a lot of guys, but Twitter is the best. Twitter or X. Okay? Go on there. Look at the people I follow. Follow them. You will be— you'll have too much to look at. Okay, it's gonna be good. Okay, so we're gonna learn YouTube, social media. Um, you need to meet people, meet people who are in this space who might know more than you. Uh, free groups, paid groups, communities, courses. Guys, if you're still in the mindset that courses don't help you, they're a waste of time. You're so far behind, dude. So hopefully you're not that person. Join groups and get connected to these people. Okay? They could be Facebook groups. I'll even throw that on here. Facebook groups. I was gonna say subreddits, but no. Free Discords, paid groups. You don't, you know, you don't need to, technically pay anybody anything to get into this, but it definitely helps a lot coming from someone who's paid other people to get into this. So, okay, so education, we got YouTube, social media, which is kind of YouTube. You need to meet a lot of people. That's it for now. Okay, then we need to position ourselves. So positioning. Right. What does that look like? Well, first things first, we need to get our resume right. We need to display value within a company that's, you know, Increases. Sorry guys, had to pause. That's increases, decreases percentages. Oh, that's not even typing. Decreases percentages. Time, money savings. Like you need to show. Hold on. You need to show tangible value, whether it was in a sales context or not. Okay. Then you need to, you need to highlight transferable experience roles. Pick most applicable parts that align with high-ticket sales and highlight them. This is gonna be customer-facing roles or support. Then we'll talk about sales experience. If you have it, make it transferable and relevant. If you have sales experience, it's not hard to get into this, but do this stuff. Let me zoom in even one more. Tie to high-ticket sales. Okay, now let's talk about your Loom video. Sorry guys, I've got a crazy puppy that's being crazy. Loom video. This is your intro video. If you don't know what that is, literally loom.com lets you send a quick recording to somebody so they can see how you look, speak, think, all that stuff. 4 lines. 1, intro, who you are. Where you're from, greeting, why you're reaching out, why you're qualified, CTA. That's it. Sub 60 seconds. Don't make your Loom video longer than 60 seconds. Resume, Loom video, messaging. Let's see, inbound, then there's outbound, right? Oops, hold on. Outbound. Okay, inbound, meaning they requested applicants. You do the same thing. It's literally this easy, guys. Hey, geez, sorry. Hey John, are you still hiring for— hiring a closer for company? Would love to chat if so. And then insert experience if you have it. Super short, guys. 2, 3 lines max. Outbound, a little bit different. Not really my game. Would rather make it inbound. But here we go. Positioning outbound. Hey John. What's the best way to go outbound? Hey John, any shot you are looking to add some more space onto your sales team's calendar? I, you would then go insert experience. Let me know either way. I would, I would end it with like a little flex emoji here. Okay. There's so many different variations of this. You can go softer, you can go harder, more direct. Doesn't really matter. I always just keep it short and direct in every sentence that you say. We don't want fluff. We don't want any uncertainty. Straight to the point. That's what a salesperson should do. So positioning resume, your Loom video messaging, then we're gonna go find the roles, right? Actually, maybe that should be up here, right? Positioning, seeking roles. Okay. Seeking roles. All right. So you don't know anybody. If you don't know anything, well, maybe you know somebody, but you're starting from scratch with no connections. Sorry guys, Facebook groups. Within the Facebook groups, you're gonna search high ticket sales, remote closing, appointment setting, inbound closer. DM setter. You're going to search all these keywords and join 50+ groups. Now what's really good about these Facebook groups is you're going to connect with recruiters and you should identify who these people are. Join pipelines, send messages, create connections, connections. Do not ask for a job right away. Do not ask for a job right away. Okay, so you join the Facebook groups, you're gonna, you're gonna see jobs and you're gonna apply to a bunch of jobs, but you're also gonna find the recruiters. Get in touch with them. Another way you can do this is, um, Twitter/X. What you can do is threads with CTAs, message profiles, find a coach agency owner, follow and message their following. You can automate This, uh, this is side note, you can automate this with, um, there's a software you can find it, Twitter DM automation, look it up. Don't burn account. You can actually do that on Facebook too, but I don't even worry about it. Focus on the recruiters. Then we're gonna go Instagram cold outreach. Search niche coach example, fitness, real estate, crypto, e-com, et cetera. I don't really like Instagram outreach that much, but again, this is assuming you have no experience in high-ticket sales and not really any connections. If you do have connections, then we're gonna go network. Honestly, for me now, and a lot of the guys in the space, network is the top. Comes from groups, live calls, DMs, and honestly just helping people out, being the one that's thought about when a role opens on their team. It's that easy, guys. That's how, like, in my community, so many guys get hired just from being in contact with others that are on these good teams. So first you need to learn, then we're gonna look for roles, then we're gonna position ourselves for the roles. We're adding onto this now, interview, right? Interview, ask key questions around data. Plus numbers. This is going to be revenue, cash collected, sales team earnings, top and bottom, top, bottom, sales team tenure, client success rate, time in business. There's a bunch of these guys. If you wanna look like you know what you're talking about, tech stack, KPIs, key performance indicators. It's basically measuring success. It's like the bare minimum, honestly. Tech stack. And then just general interview questions that they want to hear, like, well, what are your top, what are the Common traits within top performers. What are the, you know, what do you find the guys that don't make it in this role? What are their flaws? Right? So interview, you don't ask the questions in the beginning though. Being interviewed, look good, sound good. Smell good. Doesn't even matter. Um, quiet room, good connection. Get a mic. Don't be a bum. $40. Get a mic. It makes a big difference. It's not even about the audio quality. It's about the perception. Get a mic. Um, decent camera. Don't be on phone. Don't have messy room. Be knowledgeable. Know who you're talking to. Do as, as much research as possible. Okay, so here we are. We're going to learn. Then we're gonna go ahead and find these roles. Guys, I'm hopping around here, but Google recruiting sites, platforms. That's about it. Speaking roles, positioning. Let's even go one step further here. Social media. Don't be a degen. Clean profile and profile picture. Not too personal. Facebook can be somewhat personal because that's normal. A lot of people do this stuff on Facebook, but oops. Yeah, Facebook can be somewhat personal, but look like you know what you're doing, kind of. So guys, this should be like This should be $50. I'm just kidding. Okay, so you do all this stuff, then let's say you get some offers, right? Vetting. How do you vet your offers? Well, actually, it's a lot of Oh yeah, a lot of this stuff. Okay, but there's really a few things that you need. Okay, revenue. Um, hold on, I'm trying to remember exactly. Give me, give me one sec. All right, here it is, guys. It's gonna look a little different. Setting. I don't know how this is going to paste. Link to spreadsheet, paste on links. We're gonna— there you go. Setting, that's what it looks like. This is everything you need to know. Closing, screenshot this, put it on your own document. Give me a sec, hold on. The closing one's even easier, check it out. Hold on. This isn't right. One sec. No, I lied. It is right. Sorry for all the pause and play. The only difference here is number of setters versus number of closers. All this is the same base pay commission percentage. The only difference here really is the pay per booking. This doesn't account for bonus structure or anything like that. This is just based on the data. Is— are the, uh, projections realistic, right? So vetting, let me put a little thing for you guys here. Here you go. Closing, a little thing for you guys here. And shoot, guys, this is, this is about it. That's, that's the video. So, um, If you want help doing all this, getting a bunch of eyes from people who have made $5,000, $10,000, $15,000+ per month, setting, closing, if you wanna make sure that your jobs are legit, if you wanna connect with people that might be on these jobs, if you want us to help you rewrite your resume, help you film your Loom video, prep for interviews. Get connected to these jobs. So you don't have to worry about any of this. And you literally just go to a hiring channel in a community. You don't have to worry about any of this. You just go to a school group. All this is in a school group. You don't need any of this. Well, actually the network, it's in a school group. We do all this. I do all this one-on-one with everybody in the school group. This is one-on-one in the school group, and then we help you vet your offers and we help you track your applications. So if you want help, guys, cerealsalescommunity.co. If you've seen a few videos now and you just want to book a call because you know this is what you want, go to the description. There should be a link to book an application call, and you'll either speak with me or somebody on the team. And that is the video, guys. So made it this far, appreciate you. I'm gonna put again, uh, I'm gonna make this shareable right now so I don't forget. Okay. High ticket sales checklist. Cool, cool, cool. And go to the description, get this, and then book your call and we'll talk soon. Peace.
