The best and worst high ticket offers to sell (tier list)

Dylan Vergara ranks 30 high-ticket sales niches from 676 job postings, placing agency coaching, AI offers, and commercial real estate in the top tier, while flagging mental health and solar as lower ROI. He evaluates each by market size, money availability, competition, and current demand.

What's up, you guys? Welcome back to another video. In this video, we are ranking 30 niches, types of offers to sell as a setter or closer. And these are coming directly from the community that I run. And I'm actually going to be evaluating these roles directly from the jobs that were posted in June 2026 from the community I run. Here's a quick list. You can see all sorts of roles, OTEs, offers, and it just keeps going, right? The total count was 676, which puts us at a little over 8,000 jobs over the last 12 months. If you need Job Flow and you're not inside our community, I don't know what you're doing. So I basically took that Excel column of all the niches. I put it into this random generator and we have all of these offer types that I'm just going to pick randomly and we're going to throw it on a tier list. Now, here's our tier list. And on the right side here, you can actually see all the jobs. They didn't even fit. I couldn't fit them all in here, but that's all the jobs. And the last thing, here's all the criteria up here on how I'm going to be evaluating the job. So how big is the addressable market? How much money is in the market? How do we quantify the value of the pain? Well, it's probably how much people are willing to pay for it. So how big is the market? How readily available is the money to a provider that can solve the problem? The historical success of both the offers and the sales reps on similar offers, the competition as it may exist. This can be both a good sign and a bad sign. If there's no competition, that's kind of weird. If there's too much, that's not so great. And hot or not, there's certain offers that just right now, man, they are selling like it is so much easier to make $20K a month selling an offer that's hot Versus one that's not. By the way, if you're looking for this job sheet, it's like the 5th link in the description. It's a Google Sheet. You can see all the jobs that we're posting. This is going month to month to month to month, just public records here. But let's get into the video now. As I load this up, you guys, in case you don't know who I am, my name's Dylan. I've been in this industry for 4 years now. I went from closer to manager. My first full year as a manager, I took home over $400K. I quit a high-paid roofing sales job to get into this industry, and I never looked back, and it changed my life. Anyways, random picker number 1. Let's see, what's the best way to put— we have agency coaching. This is super vague. This is basically an umbrella term for a lot of the offers that we're gonna get into. And these are like live from the sheet. So some of these we have more information than others. Some of them, they're hiring many roles. So not all of them are gonna be super descriptive, but agency coaching. I mean, if it's agency coaching, that's actually a really good one. Selling to business owners, selling to people who already have a business, but it's probably small, but those people like to spend money to get bigger. I'm gonna assume it's Agency coaching, and we're going to put that in like A tier. I know some offers that do a mil a month plus selling this, multiple millions per month, especially if you intertwine AI with it. Hard to beat. Next, I don't know if there's a better way to do this, guys, but I'm going to do this the most intuitive way it comes to me. AI, crypto, or investing. Huge niches. It sounds like they're hiring for multiple offers. All of these AI, crypto, and investing separate. Are big money niches. People are spending a lot of money to solve these problems or take advantage of AI, crypto, or investing. If we put all these together, you're getting into the types of offers that people are making $20K, $30K, $40K, $50K a month on. You find a good one that has a good reputation, good product, good service, you can charge a lot for this. It's a fast sales cycle. It's a broad market. You'll make a lot of money on this if you can find a good one. Next is commercial real estate. So this is another one. A lot of these are going to fall into either low-level B2C, B2B, or prosumer. Prosumers are basically people that have careers or success in business and other things, and then they have expendable income. So it's like a B2C purchase, but it has the price point of like getting into B2B products. So the speed is there, the price point's there, and the market is usually very addressable. Commercial real estate— if you can find a great offer, commercial real estate is definitely up here in S tier. I know some people doing really well. Now commercial real estate is kind of broad, but if you find the right kind, this is definitely an offer you want to sell. Oh, and for the sake of the example, this could be coaching in that space, it could be agency services in that space, It could be software. It could be a community. Like the niche doesn't define what the service or the offering is. The niche is just the market that we're going after. That's a good one. I got a juicy one for you guys right here. Sports betting, hot topic. This is hot right now. I don't know. All these gambling apps are blowing up. This kind of falls into the area of like the whole controversial OnlyFans management. Is it moral? Is it not? I guess that's up for you to decide. I lean towards the offers that make the world a better place. Sports betting. A lot of these are a little bit shaky too. But it is hot and the market is addressable. I don't know, maybe this is a naive take. I'm just not very convinced that anyone truly has like extreme alpha that they can pass to other people that makes them win more times than not over the long run. Like not enough time has played out for me to be like, okay, this person is the GOAT of this and it works more times than not. For that reason, I'm actually going to make like rankings within the rankings. This is going to be like B- tier. So you guys, you see the vertical stuff that I'm doing here? The higher it is in the thing, the better better it is. Maybe I'll leave some room here. It could get better. Who knows? Agency coaching definitely is somewhere there. Let's keep it moving. For our next one, we've got service biz marketing. What is this? This is marketing, potentially lead gen, potentially LLM, SEO. Lead gen can look so many different ways. It could be organic content. It could be Facebook ads, Meta ads, Google ads, Bing ads. But this is a good one because you're selling to like a lot of smaller businesses. The sales cycle is a little bit longer because it's technically B2B. But this is one like where if you know something that other people don't as a marketer, you can really clean up and there's a recurring component of this. Now, as a sales rep, the recurring isn't always yours to keep. As a contracted sales rep, you're not generating the lead. You're just taking the sales call and closing it or setting it. You're usually not paid on recurring. For that reason, I'm probably going to put this one like B tier and a lot of it's going to come down to the offer structure. So like if they run an offer structure where it's like a big upfront and you get a big commission, cool. But some of these service business marketing, like example, they do Facebook ads for roofers. They're going to charge like really, really low. They're going to charge like $1,500. $2K per month. And unless you're paid recurring or the client retention is good or they can generate a ton of leads, it can be tough to make some solid, solid money there. I'm actually going to move it down here to like this. Also, another caveat to add here, D tier doesn't mean it's a bad offer. D tier just means like historically, all things considered, your likelihood of success is lower on this kind of offer. You can definitely make $10,000 to $20,000 per month selling into a D tier niche with a good offer, good company, good founder, all of that good lead gen. So let's keep it going. Oh, okay. Okay, we're getting into a new category here, you guys, kind of. And the formatting on these is a little bit weird, but like done-for-you TikTok. First off, what does that mean? We know TikTok is hot. I'm gonna guess it's some sort of like e-commerce, CPG, selling products, maybe some UGC stuff, and it's done for you. So done for you, you can always charge a lot more. Done for you is usually gonna be for a company. Like think about it, for consumers, what is done for you for consumers? Nothing, right? So this is probably like, hey, we run an agency and we're going to help your brand blow up posting 10 short-form videos a day with 2 creators. Okay, so done-for-you is good, but when you get into this more service-based, it's harder to scale fulfillment as a sales rep who's paid on an upfront sale. That could be not good. Like, done-for-you is definitely a recurring model, and if you're a sales rep, you're not paid on recurring many times. It's going to come down to offer structure, but generally speaking, these done-for-you service agencies, unless they're big— I'm gonna put it down here— done-for-you service for like this type of niche. This one, some of these companies can get the right offers to like get a lot upfront and it's more of like a DIY, whatever. But whenever it says done for you and it's a traditional agency model, I'm assuming probably going to be harder to make a lot of money here. Up next, another hot one. This is a little bit vague because AI slash growth slash agency, comma, agency, whatever. Anything with AI is just hot right now. Like anything with AI is so easy to sell compared to things that are not AI. There's a lot of FOMO going on with AI right now. That's in all industries. The way that I'm reading this is this is an agency that helps companies grow with AI. By default, agency models are harder to make money on as a commission-based sales rep. There's that fulfillment bottleneck. There's also the bottleneck on the volume of the leads and the speed of the sales cycle. And most agencies operate on that recurring structure. So because it's AI, I want to put it in A. Because it's growth, I want to put it low A. Because it's agency, I want to put it in B, and I almost want to put it in C because they've flat out said that. The thing with this is. I can't tell that it's an agency. This could be like, hey, pay $20K and we'll install this system in your business in 45 days. As a sales rep, 10% of $20K, sign me up, dude. That's $2K a sale. If they can generate leads, boom, let's run it. AI growth agency, we're going C tier. All right. Another very interesting niche, guitar coaching. I like this one because market is very addressable. But here's the thing about guitar coaching. Musicians are broke. I hate to say it. Aside from the top 0.01%, musicians are broke. Okay. And musicians Don't like people that sell programs. They don't like courses. They don't like education. It's funny, right? So that being said, some of these offers, like I've seen guitar coaching do over $1 million a month, like $2 million, $3 million. But generally speaking, historically speaking, this one is a tough one. This one reminds me of another one, which is like marathon coaching or golf coaching. It's like they're in categories that don't drive financial ROI. So all of these that we've talked about so far, financial ROI is a very easy math equation. If someone has money and they're going to make more money, you don't don't have to think about it all that much. Guitar coaching is like, this has to take priority over other things in your life in this increasingly expensive world, so much so that you're willing to pay like a high-ticket price point. Generally, non-financial ROI offers selling to a broke demographic— sorry, musicians— is going to be tough. Now, personal brand can really carry here. I'll put it at about C tier. That being said, there are some guitar coaching offers when we're looking at the offer specifically that I would put in S tier. So it's not just the market. It's the offer, the owner, the lead gen. It's everything like I told you before. All right, next up, done-for-you wholesale real estate upsell. Sounds beefy. Let's break this down. Done-for-you— what does that tell you? Recurring agency model, hands-off. You're probably selling it to a business or someone who has money. Done-for-you pricing is usually not in your favor. Ongoing services means ongoing pay. Ongoing pay means retainer. Retainer means lower upfront in most cases. Now wholesale is another niche of real estate. Pretty hot, pretty big addressable market. It's a market with a lot of pain. Cold calling sucks. A lot of people are bad at it. I'm thinking that maybe this is like a call center for wholesale real estate. It says something upsell. So maybe it's like you're selling the ascension of a cold calling center. Upsell stuff is always going to be a little bit harder. It's lower volume. Now you're selling to a very qualified buyer. I don't really like this one all that much. I'm not too crazy about it. We're talking ongoing payments, probably lower payments that you're being paid off of. Ascension, which is lower volume. Now, if they're really good at what they do on the front end, that could be awesome. Ascension could be awesome. Generally speaking, Ascension could be a little bit tough. We're going like, if this were a grade in school, this would be a 76. Still passing. For our 10th one, we've got a good one. Super hot. AI e-com dropshipping. People still love dropshipping. No matter how many bad players are in the space, people still love dropshipping and people still make a lot of money with dropshipping. When you tag along AI into that, we're in a different ballpark here in terms of what you can make as a rep, because this is one of those that blows up on social media. Like they get one influencer who does this thing and maybe they're not an influencer, maybe they legit just do this and they can grow fast online because they have the laptop lifestyle or whatever. Could be really good. Now I'm going to assume this is like a coaching program because it doesn't imply anything done-for-you services or anything. Coaching is super scalable. Not as much when you're a commission-only contractor paid 5 or 10%. You want scalable, you want volume, you want biggest price point up front. AI e-com dropshipping. I'm going to put it under here. Now, this is usually a B2C sale, but there's a financial incentive. I would say generally agency coaching versus AI e-com dropshipping, you're reaching a more serious person, probably someone with more money. It depends. Agency coaching could be, hey, start your agency. Like their marketing could literally be like how to start an agency with less than $5,000. That's not a good person to sell to. This could also be like, hey, your agency is at $100,000 a month and you want to get to $250,000. We'll teach you the system to do that, right? So like 2 different people depends on the offer, depends on the marketing, depends on the leads. AI dropshipping though, more times than not you could do well there. So that's our first 10. I hope you guys have taken away a little bit so far. We still got a little bit to go, but if you want my help vetting offers like this, like we're just looking at niches right now and there's so much nuance. Like imagine when you start getting numbers and offers and you're comparing team sizes and revenue cuts and percentages and history of an offer. Like there's so many components to where it If you make one bad decision or you overlook one part of it, you're cooked. So if you want help doing that, you want to make it easier and you want access to the best offers, go down below to the first link in the description. I will help you do this hands-on personally. I speak with every single person one-on-one that comes through here. I don't think there's a better place to do it. Anyways, first link down below, work with us. Otherwise, keep watching. All right, we're gonna switch colors for our next batch of 10. Unfortunately, I don't think it'll let me choose white. I was hoping it'd let me choose white. Oh, okay, boom. This is a good one. Personal branding, super hot right now. Everyone wants a personal brand. Why? Well, some people want it because they want to be popular. Some people want it because you can make money, you can replace an income, you can have a side income. It can unlock financial freedom for you. Personal branding applies to everybody. Anybody who's scrolling on Instagram knows what a personal brand is. And I would argue personal brand is the platform to do so many awesome things. It's been that for me. Like this community that I run, that I've been running, wouldn't exist. The agency that I built up, signed clients for and sold wouldn't have— I mean, maybe it would have existed, but like it would have been so much harder. And because it was so much harder, would it have existed? I'd like to think so, but you never know. So personal branding, if you have a good operator, a good personal brand to get behind, this is definitely up there. The only thing with these offers is the tap can start to run dry. You can work through somebody's personal brand pretty quick. Like if someone bounced up to 300,000 followers and now they show people how to grow an audience and sign their first brand deal, you can tap out someone's audience pretty quick. So they need to have paid ads. They need to know how to get clients that don't know them and convert them, which usually comes with an offer, hopefully with a financial-backed incentive. Like, we'll show you how to sign your first brand deal. We'll show you how to cover your rent. I don't know. Like, obviously there's claims in there you want to be careful of. But like, for the most part, if you catch one of these at the right time, you can do really, really well. And I don't think it's going away, especially if you pair like AI with that. It's not going away. Oh, you guys are going to like this one. Mental health. First off, what does that even mean? There's so many things in that umbrella. A lot of them, I'm just going to start moving down this way, you guys. What kind of person books a call about mental health? As I move this down, just keep envisioning. It's not good. It's really not good. This actually might be our first D tier. I'll put it high D tier just for the sake of not being a total asshole. I think mental health is important, but shit, man, I don't know how else to say this. Like selling to people that are booking a call about their mental health, unless you have really strong brand reputation or you market specifically specifically to like high-income W-2 earners. One, this is a non-financial ROI offer, which falls in with guitar coaching, which falls in with personal branding. Why I like personal branding so much more is because this has like a virality component, right? Like people with personal brand live a sick life, they do awesome things, they attract more people, and then it's a huge market. Mental health is like, you really have to be going through some shit to admit that you want to book a call for something like this. And that kind of person that's going through that shit, are they in the right mind space to make a decision that gets them out of that? Are they in the financial position because they've maybe been able to or not been able to focus on their finances. So generally speaking, guys, this is a generalization. Mental health offer, stay away. Another hot, hot, hot, hot, hot one right here. I've been seeing these pop up. There's some sales reps that make a lot of money selling these. Nutra and peptide offer. I've heard of Nutra before. It's something in the health space, but I know what peptides are. Peptides are the hottest thing since sliced bread right now. I actually don't know anyone personally who's on any offers like this, but I've heard of people doing really big months. The companies do incredible numbers, but the sales reps as well. Now again, without knowing offer, without knowing products, without knowing reputation, based on what I've heard, based on how hot this is, I'm gonna put it like high B tier. Let's go like right here. That feels about right. This is a big wave right now. It's like the AI wave. Like anything in it, for the most part, unless you're doing bad business or you're really messing something up, it's hard not to make money doing this. Now, commission structures may be different. I don't really know. Again, I don't know anyone in this, but I've heard of people doing well. Another banger here, voice agents. We've all seen them, right? Especially if you're a business owner, we've seen them. It's hot. It's a thing that's easy to make right now that most business owners don't understand how easy it is. The only thing is the reliability. How much of a— this is not really relevant to the sales rep so much. I mean, I guess it is, but like, what does the upkeep on those look like? Because I haven't seen any that are really sticking around all that long. I have seen people ripping the offers And making a ton of money and signing all these clients. But I haven't seen anyone do it long term. It is a newer thing. It is part of the AI wave and it is selling to people with money. With the right offer structure, this is definitely going to be somewhere between like mid-B tier and low-A tier. Now, if it's like ongoing MRR play, it's definitely going to be lower. If it's like an upfront install it, we don't touch it ever again, you're going to probably charge $12K for that and that can rip. It's a super sexy offer. It hits on paid ads. Just for a generalization, I'm going to put it like right right here. Next up, HTS coaching, high-ticket sales coaching. This is my world, except I don't do the sales coaching so much. We focus on jobs. I'm a little indifferent about this right now. It feels like a red ocean. I know a lot of people who do it who crush, but I think— I genuinely think a lot of this comes down to the founder and their personal brand and their ability to cut through the noise and resonate with certain people. This is not a new thing anymore. I feel like the general public is starting to catch on thanks to Shelby up. I would probably put this in terms of offers to sell, I mean, somewhere in here, probably like low B tier. It's a potential C tier. I mean, really, it's like, I can help you handle objections better. No, I can help you handle objections better. The only way they cut through the noise there is like they start offering income claims, they start offering guarantees about job placement and all that shit. It's a slippery slope. High ticket sales coaching can sometimes be predatory too on like young people because it's like young people who make $10,000 in a month and then go and like show people how to make $10,000 a month. So like, I just don't know too many people, like legit offer owners that are running this super, super, super legit, appealing to an older audience with money. For that reason, as a sales rep, you know, this is a B2C sale. If it's a mass market, you're charging $4K, $5K, $6K maybe. It's a little hard to make a lot of money selling at $4K, $5K, $6K. Now, if it's advanced high-ticket sales coaching, lower volume, but you're charging like $10K, $12K, $15K, that could be good, but it's hard to get the volume. Volume to make it worth your while. So I'm going to stick right here at B tier, a little under the midpoint here, but that feels right. I might move it later. We'll see. All right. Up next, this is a banger offer if you can figure it out. But as a sales rep, it's going to depend on a lot of things. We're talking about legal lead gen. I know somebody who sold a company in this space. If I'm not mistaken, man, lawyers will pay up to like $400 for a sat appointment on their calendar. Some of these companies are out here generating, you know, lead gen companies, not for lawyers, but like just in general, they're generating like 30 appointments a month. Like, that's not to mention a retainer, it's just performance. So like, it depends how they structure it, right? If it's going to be an upfront, you're probably going to have a better time. If it's pay per lead, it might be tough. As a sales rep, commission only in this space, I don't like basing my pay over client retention because if I have no say in that, like, it's very out of my control way to make money. I'm just gonna try and remove myself from thinking about the specific offer type and generally say lead gen offers that are done for you or done with you are harder to make a lot of money on. Now coaching lead gen, you can make a lot of money on. I'm gonna put this somewhere in like high C tier. Okay, we got a common theme here but a little bit of a different one. AI leadership. This could mean a lot of different things, but I'm gonna assume it's helping people in leadership do more through AI. Leadership is a really good niche to sell into because they make a lot of money, and depending on how it's positioned, this could be a write-off for the company that has It could be something that you see as a leader and you take it to your company and say, hey, this looks awesome, let's do it. And it's like free. It's like, hey, we're going to pay this in taxes anyways, we might as well. I like this one. This is one where you're selling to sophisticated prospects. It could be mass market, could be B2C. It's probably a fast sales cycle. AI is the wave right now. It's hot. Everyone wants it. This is going to come down to how can we generate good leads? How many leads can we generate? How qualified can they come? Are we serving a specific market? AI leadership is an A-tier. Year for sure. Up next, I'm surprised we haven't got this one yet. The old tried and true fitness coaching. One of the most popular offers to sell, one of the biggest offers. Now it does fall in that non-financial ROI and you are quite literally selling action to people that don't take action. They are on the call because they don't take action. For that reason, it's a more difficult sale. There are some fitness offers that do multiple, multiple 8 figures per year. There's others that don't even do $10K per month. Generally speaking, this is a really good opportunity to get good. Because if you can't lean on the logistics and the analytical side of some money making more money, it allows you to sharpen the blade a ton on the emotional sale. I sold on a fitness coaching offer early on in my career. I swear it helped me get so much better. And I sold on a good one. I also think it's important that you sell on a good one. So generally, I'm going to just say because of the size of the market, there's a lot of these. Everybody in the US is fat. Everybody in the Western world is fat. I don't think that's going away. I mean, dude, death, taxes, fitness coaching. You can't go wrong if you find a good offer. You just have to find a good offer. All right. Another good one here. I've seen some people do really, really good on this. Career coaching. For the most part, people that are buying career coaching have a career. It's not really like people that want a career who buy career coaching. So you're probably selling to someone who has money. You're probably selling to someone who has a resume. A lot of the offers that I know in this career coaching niche do really well, whether it's helping someone secure their next role or helping someone do more in the current role. I know people that if like we've had community people in some of these teams like 2, 3, 4 at a time that are all ripping $10K+ a month commissions. It's definitely falling somewhere in A tier. It just has to be the right offer. Usually it's going to be like a founder who went and did this awesome thing and now they show other people how to do it. They probably generate leads on LinkedIn. LinkedIn leads tend to have a little bit more money than TikTok leads. This is probably if it's selling to like C-suite and up, it's probably $8K to $10K+ price point, high volume, short sale. B2C sale with the upside of like $150K, $200K per year salary, it's like a, it's a pretty small price to pay. And right now the hiring market is brutal. So there's some definite pain here that people are willing to pay for. We got one more here for our green batch and that's going to be real estate lead gen. So super, super, super broad down here. We're talking about done-for-you wholesale. We got commercial real estate. Generally speaking, I like real estate. Real estate Real estate, it costs a lot of money. Mistakes are expensive. For that reason, people will pay a lot of money to avoid the mistakes, to make things faster, to make things more profitable. So real estate in general is up here. But when we get into lead gen, remember what I told you guys? Generally, real estate is up here, A or S tier. But once we get into lead gen, which just sounds like an ongoing service, we're moving down, right? There could be pay-per-lead, then it's lower, but it's ongoing. And sales reps aren't usually paid on ongoing. You guys have heard heard this before. It depends. It's probably done for you. It's probably not lead gen coaching. I'm gonna put that somewhere down here because you know what, there's a lot of these and there's certain niches, wholesaling being one, where the line kind of gets blurred between like wholesaling sales and like high-ticket sales. Real estate lead gen, the line can get blurred a little bit. Sometimes that happens with like insurance stuff too. I don't know how. But anyways, real estate lead gen is like, I've seen more people churn out of those offers than do Well, have you guys learned anything yet? If you have, I'd invite you to go to the first link down below and book a call to learn more with us, with me, with the team. We've been doing this since 2022. We've helped so many people get jobs. Go down below, first link in the description. I'd love to have you. All right, you guys, last batch here. We're gonna pick a new color, see what we get. Looks like we're going with orange. All right, what's this offer? Our first offer of the orange batch, fitting with the color, is Amazon FBA. Everybody knows what Amazon FBA is. It's been around for a long time. There's a lot of bad players in the Amazon FBA space. Amazon is a subcategory of e-com that is particularly difficult because Amazon has a lot of restrictions and they don't take bullshit. So these offers, if they get really big, they tend to blow up. Anything done for you Amazon, don't touch it with a 10-foot pole. If you wanna see the highest concentration of FTC and SEC lawsuits from the info space, look at done for you Amazon, Amazon automation, those kind of things. Don't touch 'em. It's not worth it. I know people that really regret touching those. If done right, ecom is a mass market. It's high paid. It's not going away. It's still growing years and years and years later. I'm gonna put it up here, high B tier. I think people are a little bit scared of Amazon right now, especially with the uptick of UGC and how it's free and anyone can do it. Amazon's not the hot sexy thing like it used to be, but everyone knows it's like, it's a legit option if you do it right. So this one is a little bit different here. This is basically a job post that you would be working for an agency and the agency would give you, you know, potentially a handful of opportunities to select. Now, a little bit different because Like this is not the offer that you're selling, but I wanted to include it just to share the thoughts. So generally selling for an agency is a good move if they're good, because if you can prove yourself in the agency, you now have an additional safety net should that offer not pan out in the long run. Because if they can see that you're badass over here and they have this account over here that needs a badass, it's an easy plug and play. It's always easier to pick someone that you know is good and put them somewhere where you need them versus go and find someone else who is hopefully good. You get into a good sales agency, I mean, there's really no bad moves that could be made inside of a good sales agency. Now, getting into a bad sales agency, bad idea. But I'm going to put this low S tier because it's just adding into that security. You still want to do the due diligence on the offer as you come in contact with them. But there's really not too many downsides of being a legit person in a sales agency. Sometimes they pay a little bit less, but they usually compensate for getting higher volume leads, better accounts, bigger accounts. So just make sure the numbers make sense. If you need help with that, let me know. I'll help you. All right. An exciting one here. And it's got one of our favorite keywords, automation. Automation is the best thing to ever sell on the internet. It sells to everyone. It's the sexiest offer. We got AI, big wave keyword. We've got YouTube. Everyone knows it. And automation. Now, what does this mean? Is this AI YouTube automation, I'm going to sell you a $50K thing and run a channel for you? Because that's freaking hard. As a sales rep, you'll make a ton of money, but it'll probably be short I think this is probably teaching people how to do YouTube automation with AI. Traditionally, it's kind of a joke. It's like, yeah, we teach people how to put like 10-hour-long rain sound compilations on YouTube and earn passively. But now with AI, like, dude, I mean, you could go on YouTube right now, see a video with 3 million views on your home screen. It's like, how did Steve Jobs really die? And it's like all AI and it's actually good. And there's photos and videos and narration. So I feel like a lot of the market is a little fatigued with YouTube automation. But if done right, I mean, there's still opportunity. This is definitely something that can sell mass market, but there's a lot of fatigue. There's a lot of bad players. I'm going to probably put it like right here, like lower mid B tier. That is a B2C mass market. But generally I like selling to more serious people. Like you don't have anyone that's rich and loaded who wants to do YouTube automation. They want to do commercial real estate. Okay, another one. Notice how there's a theme here with some of these done-for-you webinars for real estate agents. This is a tongue twister, okay? Without seeing the offer, this could mean a lot of different things. Done for you, sometimes good for the sales rep, sometimes bad. Webinars are pretty hot right now. Webinars can make people a lot of money. It's like a cash injection. Real estate agents are skeptical buyers because everyone wants to sell to them, and a lot of them are dead broke. So between everybody wanting to sell to real estate agents and them being skeptical, between the done for you— webinars are good. I'm gonna put this more down here, to be honest, unless they're Signing big upfront deals, it's hard as a sales rep to make a lot of money. If there is a rev share, you're probably not making money on it as a sales rep. And that would make sense if it's webinars and they, hey, you make this much money at the end, you pay us a little bit. You don't get paid on that as a sales rep. I'm going to stick this like right here. Ooh, this is a hot one right here. Relocation. I know some people that have done $20K, $30K, $40K months selling relocation, especially with the current state of the American government. But I've also seen people selling this into other countries. So basically what what happens is somebody gets elected, someone is so upset about that election that they literally want to leave. They want to give away their residency. They want to move and become a citizen in a different state. And that's an expensive and lengthy process. And people will spend money to get help with that to avoid the pitfalls. This is definitely A-tier. This can be marketed through personal brand, but it could definitely be a Google SEO play. There's a lot of like, not that it matters so much to the sales rep, but there's a lot of like backend affiliate commissions that can be done. Like you put them in touch with an immigration lawyer, You put them in touch with, I don't know, something else, right? So these businesses, like, they become very robust, like they can last. So relocation, it's up there. It's high A tier. There's not as many of them, but if you can find a good one, you can do really well. Another banger here. We've got another banger, finance. This is probably like personal finance coaching, and this applies to everybody because nobody has enough money. It's probably not B2B. It's probably B2C. This is definitely going up towards the top. This is going like low S tier just because it's not a hot and sexy thing like AI and crypto. But dude, personal finance will be here until the end of time. Death, taxes, fitness coaching, personal finance. Now, some of these personal finance offers are marketing to a really down bad crowd. You probably don't want to get on one of those, but I know offers that do over a million a month in personal finance, and I know closers that do $20,000, $30,000 a month consistently selling this. So you get on someone or get on a team with someone that fulfills, you won't regret it. Infinite lead flow, financial ROI sale, mass market will be around till the end time. You'll enjoy yourself there. Ooh. All right, guys, here we go. Woman's relationship. What does that even mean? Is this for lesbian couples? I don't think so. I think it's probably just for like women in a relationship that want coaching. Very emotional, non-financial ROI. This could be mass market. You're selling to someone's pain versus gain. These— I feel like a total not good person for having mental health and woman's relationship down here. It depends who they're marketing to. Like, if If they're marketing to women with career success and money, it's a totally different story. But if we're looking broad, relationship coaching, whether it said women's or not, relationship coaching is— actually, I'm going to move this up because relationship coaching can be decent. It just depends. But a lot of— what I see a lot of times with the marketing for these offers is they're pulling on people's emotions in a way where they show up to these calls in a not so ideal state. I'm going to put it here low. C tier. I can't put the— can't put that in D. But generally speaking, if you sell relationship coaching to the men, they're going to be, I guess, more likely to make a big financial purchase right then and there, which is what we want to do. But generally, like, relationship coaching is a— it could be a tough one. Okay. We got another big one here. Book writing and publishing. This is really hot, especially with AI. Spoiler alert. There's a guy out there. His name rhymes with Shmormoji. He runs a really big company in this space, perhaps his biggest portfolio company. You didn't hear it from me. They do a lot of money. I also have a buddy who is the top closer on one of these. He did like $45K in commissions recently in a month. A lot of people are sold into this not because they're passionate about writing books, but because they're passionate about trying to make a side income. It's very easy for old people that have time on their hands and they're passionate about things. I'm gonna move it down, down, down. It's gonna go right here. It's a good one. I know people that run these offers that just caught the absolute wrong side of the market and now their entire funnel's filled with people from less fortunate parts of the world. But if you can market to the right people, it's definitely something that can work. I mean, it's proven. There's many 7-figure offers. You know what, guys? I'm actually really glad this one popped up. Solar. For the most part, solar is not high-ticket sales. It's one of those things where you're like at surface level, it is high-ticket sales, but here's why it's not. Solar is a physical product. Solar requires requires people to go to somebody's house, get on the roof, potentially damage it, install things, hope it doesn't leak, put a warranty on it. If any of you guys have ever sold solar before, you know how much of a pain in the ass it is, right? And it's kind of like anything home services, door-to-door. I mean, this isn't door-to-door, but it's remote. It's tough, man. And bringing back the remote aspect, this is usually cold calling. Cold calling for solar is brutal. It's brutal. And I'm glad this one came up so I could make a point around it. This might be one of the worst offers we've posted. Solar offers. But I've never in History ever seen people make good money selling this kind of offer. Do whatever you can. If you're going to sell solar, like sell it door to door. Don't sell it remote. It's the hardest thing ever, and it's not really truly high ticket sales. I know it's high ticket, but like it's not what you're here to do. All right, guys, we got one more, and that'll make thirty. I'm going to do this last one, and then I'm going to kind of look holistically and see if there's anything I would change. But let's roll the dice here. Oh yeah, we got a good one here. B to B tax reduction. Now I already told you it's a good one, but. Think, stop and think before I describe this to you. Why is this a good one? Break it down comma by comma. B2B tax reduction. B2B money. Okay. They got money. They got money to spend. Tax means everybody because everybody pays tax reduction. Who would say no to that? Right. So this is like a mass market direct financial ROI to B2B. Now, B2B might draw out the sales cycle a little bit, but generally this is something where they're going to be upfront charges. It's going to be a lot of money because if they're going to pay a lot of money, they might as well pay it into their education, into a service. B2B tax reduction is up here. I'm actually gonna— I'm just gonna like barely put it over agency. And that's the final list. Now I feel like doing one more. Let's do one more. Okay, okay, I got one more for us. This is good market data for you guys. We got looks maxing coaching. You guys know what looks maxing is? Just look up clavicular on any social It's like this whole thing about— I feel like an old man explaining what looksmaxing is. It's about men trying to look better, and that could be their face, it could be their body, whatever. It gets a lot of hate. It also goes really viral. It's also big amongst the, like, young crowd. A lot of the people that are interested in this have no money. One of the premises that this is built upon is like, if other aspects of your life aren't maxed out, you can do this and increase your odds of success in life. They probably don't have that much money. They're probably sitting around watching like Kick streams all day. I want to put it like right here, but there's no room. Maybe I'll put it right here. Right here. That's just tough, guys. Like, it's gonna have to be big volume, hot personal brand. If you're not with like the top 1, 2, 3 biggest players, like, what are we doing? Is it gonna last? Nobody knows. Just go sell B2B tax reduction. Please do yourself a favor. All right, guys, that was the bonus one. Let me look holistically, see if there's anything else I would change. If anything, maybe bump done-for-you sales agency up because I don't know, there's bad offers in the agency, but generally it's a good spot to be. All of these check out historically. These are all great offers to sell for. B tier is like hit or miss. It usually depends on the offer a ton. Agency, a lot of these you'll see done for you, right? Done for you, done for you, non-financial ROI, done for you lead gen, lead gen. So everything where it's like you spend money, you make money, it kind of concentrates up here. This is like done for you ongoing services or non-financial ROI offers. And you can kind of see if you're just applying to these, you have a higher propensity to earn well. I'm leaving everything else as it is. That's going to be the video. I honestly didn't expect it to be this long. But it's important that you guys know this stuff. There's a lot of nuance here. And again, if you want some help getting eyes on offers, I mean, we source all these offers and then you can get them. But then we get into the numbers and the interviews and the contracts and all these other things. It makes it pretty complicated, but it's very achievable whether you have a sales background or not. So if you want to do that with us in your corner and you know you're the kind of person that can make $5K to $10K per month and you're not doing that, it is actively costing you money. You are wasting away your potential. Not to be dramatic, but yeah, you're not doing what you know you're capable of. That is wasted potential. So if you're interested in that, first link down below. Comment what you thought of the video. Comment if you think I was totally wrong about any of these niches. And there's gonna be a playlist up here in the corner of all the interviews, all the people we've worked with doing awesome things. So thank you for watching this video. Like, comment, subscribe, and we'll see you next time.
