A salesman left to open a gym. His former boss became the business partner and saw revenue jump 200% compared to corporate work. Small businesses with strong sales talent generate outsized returns.
My most skilled salesperson that ever worked for me was buff. I mean, jacked out of his mind. And this guy wanted to start a gym and I was like, I stepped in kind of as the business side partner. And I noticed very, very quickly that the results were even more dramatic in a small business than they were in a corporate side. On the small business side, I could see a 200% increase in revenue. For me, I was like, okay, this is a path that I can provide a ton of value.
