UK-Based Engineer Creates a Part-Time Income with High-Ticket Sales

Farid, a UK engineer, built a part-time high-ticket sales business while keeping his full-time job. He closed roughly $19,000 in sales with a 25-30% close rate, including deals over $10,000, by joining a community that openly shares call recordings, scripts, and checklists.

All right, y'all, we're back for another community member review or interview, I guess you could say. We've got our meme dealer, Farid, UK gentleman.
Yes, sir.
Sharp guy who also does the whole 9 to 5 thing. I mean, he does this on the side. So Farid, I'm gonna open the floor to you. Your experience so far in the community, how's it been?
Yeah, so I've been in the community for a stage of like around probably just under 4 or 5 months now. I've been in sort of many different communities before. I've sort of dabbled into the high-ticket space, high-ticket sales space for around like 5 months now. Couldn't find an opportunity obviously because I'm working a 9-to-5 as well, an engineering sort of like semi-professional job. And I was just struggling to find any direction. Got into the group and found a lot of sort of the veterans there— Danny, George, Tristan, Justin, all of the Jordan Worth, Jay, and all of these guys, like great community members. And obviously Dylan as well, who's helped me find my first opportunity. And it was quite difficult because a lot of people are not looking for part-time And people who are also doing a 9-to-5. So I was kind of on the back foot, but with the direction from the group and everything, I was able to land my opportunity within a month, one month or two to get an opportunity. Sold around sort of $19,000 worth, maintained a sort of 25%, 30% close rate since, and have basically got experience which can propel me to landing my next opportunity at a higher ticket. package and all whilst doing the 9 to 5. So it's not sort of like a lot of people say, kind of, it's impossible and you've got to burn the boats and stuff. But in my case, you know, I've just put my head down, basically absorbed all the sort of sauce you could say got from the group.
Yeah.
And just, you know, just applied it.
Cool. And so the opportunity, like we were previously discussing, the opportunity That you found yourself in was not found in the hiring channel, though you've had some interviews from there, but it was actually from like somebody, or I don't know if you reached out to him or he reached out to you, but it was a direct message within the community. Mm-hmm. And that's kind of how the stars aligned, right?
Yeah. So I was given a, um, a link to a group, obviously like the Facebook group that you get, but it was more so with opportunities that had high OTEs. So On Target Earnings.
Yeah.
And it was something where all I had to do is just literally just message the guys within it because it was— it wasn't one of those groups where it's got like thousands and thousands of like members. It was one, it was like probably a couple of hundred. So it was just about, you know, just applying, you know, whatever the stuff that I got, taking the— applying for the opportunities. And then I managed to get like 4 or 5 interviews from them, and which basically opportunity— basically opened the opportunity for me to go and get get a job because it's like, yeah, from my previous experience, not to name any names, but it's just like I've taken a lot of courses, I've taken— been in a lot of Discord, private Discords and stuff. And I think, and I know actually, not even I think, I know that Dylan is the only one who's got like a full-on pop-in hiring channel.
Yes.
Because the one thing that people don't really usually— everyone's got, feels like they've got this unwritten sort of responsibility To share source within the community. So like people from like who's making probably like appointment setters to like high 6-figure, 7-figure closers within the community are all sending opportunities and everyone's applying. It's like, it's not just like everyone's just holding their sort of source to themselves. It's just everyone's just sharing. And that's the one thing that I really like about the community.
Cool. And besides you genuinely, like I see you guys all the time on Twitter, man. Besides you guys genuinely like meeting people in the space that You know, make it easier. What's like, what's like another little side benefit? Like, I, I know you mentioned call recordings before, um, the hiring channel. I think that's like a fan favorite. Um, but what's, what's like a lesser-known, uh, benefit of the community, I guess you could say?
I think what people don't realize is that there's also the guys have their own scripts, right? So they have like people help get help with their scripts. So like a lot of, you know, communities have like call recordings and stuff like that. Like, okay, cool, what's so different about that? But people break it down. He's like, they don't just like reply saying like, oh, you just need to do this, do that. But it's also that you're able to send like your script and people send like their own script. Like Justin sent his appointment setting script. And, um, like Jordan also sent his sort of like documents and stuff, and Jay also sent his like checklist and stuff. So it's just like everyone's got their own sort of like source you can kind of take from. I keep saying source, but anyway, it's that good.
Yeah.
But it's like everyone's got their own sort of like 2 cents, and you can kind of like take a copy and stuff and, you know, make it your own sort of things. And it's not something which I've seen in other places. Everyone's just got like There's Google Doc full of like, you know, mishmash of different things from like places from like Cole Gould and Jeremy Miner. But here it's like tested on the field and vetted out, which is something which I've applied into my own sort of like closing calls. And I've closed like, you know, like over $10K. So.
Yeah. Well, cool, man. I don't want to keep you for too long. I really appreciate you hopping in. Anybody that has doubts on if this is possible during your 9 to 5. I did it. Farid is currently doing it. Um, and yeah, we, we can definitely, we can definitely help you make it happen here inside. You meet guys like Farid, meet guys like those that he mentioned. Uh, just makes it way easier. So Farid, again, I appreciate you, man, and we'll, we'll wrap it up here.
Cheers.
Take care.
All right, cool.
