Cold calling isn't just sales, it's a career. Every call trains your voice, how you talk to strangers, and your ability to build rapport. Treat it like a lifelong skill you're getting better at with each repetition.
You have to view it as your life career. What I mean by that is you're not just dialing people to sell them things. You're building skills that are going to serve you for the rest of your life. You need a why attached. So when I was doing that and the reason I was able to do so many is because, number one, I wanted to be number one. Number two, though, I viewed it as reps. Every call that I make, my tonality is going to get a little bit better. I'm going to learn how to talk to somebody from cold a little bit better. I'm going to learn how to befriend somebody via the telephone a little bit better. So I viewed it as just literally like a training camp.
