This summer, you have to remember, the Instagram algorithm, it is systematically designed to give you the most FOMO possible. So we already have the Knicks game, we already have the World Cup coming, we have all these major, major events. That means that you're watching stories and you're like, why am I not in New York? I'm missing out. Even if you're in New York, you're like, why am I not on that street? I'm missing out, right? You're seeing all these stories of all these people having fun at this one moment, and you must remember, this algorithm, it is meant to inject as much FOMO into your brain as possible. I have put a free YouTube hypnosis audio, I'm a hypnotist, and I have basically hypnotized myself to notice when I have FOMO and act on it in a very positive way, resulting in me really feeling very little of the negative effects of FOMO. So if you want the same, click the link in my bio to this free YouTube video. Literally take 15 minutes to listen to it, and then what I want you to do is go on social media and keep scrolling. Look at— really feel what you feel when you look at the World Cup, when you look at all these stuff, and just noticing that, that will be the first step to you conquering FOMO this summer.
