I've been hanging with the world's top creators at VidSummit, and being here, I've already gained some very good insight into what separates top creators from everyone else. I believe everyone in the creator world is on a spectrum between doing it because you want attention and doing it because you're on a mission to serve others. Like, when you talk to these top creators, you can tell in the way they ask their questions, the way they answer your questions, that they are obsessed with the viewer. They're obsessed with their audience. They're obsessed with Giving value to others, that rule actually exists irrespective of the industry you work in. Like, when I talk to people and ask them, what motivates you? What drives you to do what you do in your career? The people who consistently impress me the most are those where you can talk to them for 3 seconds, 5 seconds, and you immediately know that they're doing 100% of their work to serve others. This variable is a function of time spent in your career, Your age, obviously, because you care less about attention as you grow older. And so here at VidSummit, there is no shortage of people who are doing what they do with a divine purpose.
