So my favorite suggestion I've given to someone under hypnosis to improve how they view a situation that was negative in their life is called the movie method. So what I have is I— well, after I put them to sleep, I take them in their imagination into this huge, huge movie theater, and then they sit down in the movie theater, have popcorn, whatever, and they watch the screen, the movie screen that is their life, right? So they're watching the scene from their life, and I say, pause. Whenever the bad thing happens, they pause and they can observe it from that third-person perspective, right? From that movie theater. And then I basically show them a Okay, now you see all these little parts in the movie where you can learn something and you can bring them to your body. You can bring the learnings to your body. And so what happens is I— it's great because I see them start to smile while they're in trance as they start to bring the learnings. And then as a result, I have them say, okay, resume the movie. They play the movie again and then they replay it and then all of a sudden they don't feel that pain anymore. And this works very well. It's just like 5 or 6 minutes. And yeah, I've gotten people to get like over their exes or their negative relationships through that. There's one moment where a lady came up to me, said she was having a really bad day, and I just had her go back to that one moment during the day, all the learnings that she can take into her future life situations, and then I just had her replay the day. She felt amazing. So that's probably my favorite suggestion to do, the movie theater, and then you being able to look and observe and then take the learnings and take that into the future.
