5 Amazon FBA PPC hacks to increase your sales in 2025. And if you guys don't know who I am, I am Iman Los Angeles, and I will currently do $5 million in revenue for all of my brands put together in 2025. Obviously, revenue does not equal profit, but any information that I'm going ahead and putting out on YouTube is based on my experience. It's not based on theories or me trying to go ahead and sound smart for— to get views, right? I'm actively in the trenches with Amazon FBA. And if you guys don't believe me, I spent over $3,000 per day on Amazon PPC, over $90,000 per month. And here is the proof. You can see Maverick, which is one of my brands, which I own Maverick, I own Factory Lace, I just purchased NutriLabs. So I'm an open book. You guys can go ahead and search up all of my brands and see as far as what I'm doing in these actual businesses. But you can see over the last 30 days, I have spent over $90,000 worth of advertising spend, which sounds ludicrous to me, but I have also made over $400,000 in revenue. You see, when you're actually going ahead and doing advertising, you make more in revenue, but the most important thing is actually staying profitable, right? So what are the first hacks that I'm going to go ahead and go over? And again, I have 5 hacks and I'm also going to give out a bonus. So go ahead and stay until the very end of this video, because if you do, you're going to be ahead of 99% of Amazon FBA private label sellers, right? So hack number 1, Know your profitability, right? Most sellers chase revenue and ignore the real profitability. You see, revenue is just a vanity score, and Amazon has done a great job as far as going ahead and trying to beat month on month, week on week, day by day type of revenue figures, right? Revenue really doesn't matter unless you are profitable. So maxing out revenue, low profitability, right? A lot of people go ahead and get stuck here. Max profit, you have low growth. So you must know tacos. And again, what is TACoS? Well, TACoS is basically taking your overall how much you spend per month in advertising costs divided by what you make per month in advertising costs. With my TACoS, I'm around 20%. You talk to any Amazon FBA agency or PPC agency or any form of Amazon FBA, and they say that 20% is very, very high, or over 25% is very, very high. At the end of the day, we're actual brand owners. All we care about is the profit coming into our pocket. Each and every single month. You see, I will spend $90,000 a month gladly on Amazon PPC if that means that I'm going ahead and making $80,000 in profit, right? So again, don't listen to those people because I, for one, am— I am a brand owner like you guys trying to go ahead and try and scale my business efficiently but also make money on the bottom line. So what do I go ahead and use as benchmark? And again, if I make any mistakes, I do these live. I don't like to make any edits. I literally I record a video and post it on YouTube, right? So bear with me if I go ahead and make a mistake, but this is how I judge it. If you have a business that is 15% or lower in ACOS, you're underleveraged. Scale it up. You have a lot of room to grow. If you're in between 15 to 30% TACoS, you're healthy. Optimize, but stay aggressive, especially if you're in this high end at 30%. You want to be within the 25% range when it comes to TACoS in order for you to know that you are spending enough on advertising, but also have organic sales to go ahead and balance out and be as profitable as you can. And if you're over 30%, you're bleeding, right? That means you have to fix PPC or raise prices. Again, this is why I'm saying you don't necessarily have to lower the spend on your actual, your actual ads, but you have to go ahead and try and figure out ways, whether that's going ahead and raising your prices or optimizing a little bit more on your actual PPC. So if you're not running ads and optimizing, you're running a business that will die. Right? So if you have a very low ACOS, you're running a business that's going to die. If you're running a high ACOS, you're going to go bankrupt and your business is going to go ahead and die. And don't believe me, I've seen it time and time again. I've launched Amazon FBA brands that have failed. I have purchased Amazon FBA brands that have failed as well. I have the experience within Amazon FBA. So I put here again, I, I'm very lazy when it comes to, uh, making these videos as well. So I put all my information down on ChatGPT and they made this, this, uh, this nice little template for me to go ahead and go over. So insert example, show one of your SKUs that used to be 35% TACoS, but you lowered it to 22%. Let's go ahead and do that. But I'm going to show you a brand that I went ahead and purchased, which is Nutra Labs, right? It's a supplement brand. And why did I purchase this business? Well, primarily because all their best sellers have a TACoS of around 2.8%. Again, my baseline is 15% or higher to go ahead and start optimizing and making room for a lot of growth within Amazon FBA. At a 2.8% TACoS, I can go ahead and scale this thing out with ads like crazy. Again, supplements is a different category. We're going ahead and trying to come out with ads that's more of a lifetime value of a customer. So having an ACOS of like 100% at the very beginning might make sense because over time your TACoS is going to go ahead and lower. But having a 2.8% TACoS right now, there is a lot of one, meat left on the bone to run ads, and two, to go ahead and actually raise prices. And I've done this based on, you know, a lot of different trial and error and a lot of information I went ahead and researched before I purchased the actual business. If you guys want more information as far as what the details were as far as me purchasing this business, because I didn't go ahead and put everything up front, I did seller financing, I did do Empire Flippers, comment below and I'll go ahead and drop a video if you guys are interested. But again, that's not just a common denominator, right? The second product here has a 13% ACOS, right? Still lower than the threshold that I say that you have to go ahead and be above. 3% ACOS on this other product, right? 1% ACOS on this different product. So primarily all of these different products that I went ahead and purchased has all organic sales. It literally has no, or very, very low sales coming in through advertising. So you can see why this is a very, very intriguing type of business to go ahead and purchase, because I can go ahead and pull a few levers on this actual business to really go ahead and take it to the next level. So that's why I'm really excited about scaling this actual business. But again, you only know that based on going ahead and finding the profitability from your actual business. So that takes me on to step number 2, scale what's working with bid adjustments, right? Start at a dollar base bid on all keywords. So let me go ahead and show you an example of what I'm going ahead and talking about. This primarily is one of my best-selling or best campaigns that I'm going ahead and running. You can see that over the last 30 days, I have spent $22,000 on this actual campaign that has resulted in $70,000 worth of sales. So what do I mean by going ahead and working with what's currently working right now? Well, you can see that if you take all this information and let me move myself out of the way just a little bit here, just to go ahead and prove a point. You can see that there's different types of cost per clicks, right? This one has a $2.36, which is top of search. This one's rest of search. This one's product pages. And you can see that they range from different types of cost per click. What I'm saying is whenever you are running a campaign, any campaign, I like to only use a $1 bid. And I like to go ahead and make adjustments on these bid adjustments based on the information that I'm going ahead and receiving. So as you can see here, I have $1.13. So I have no bid adjustment here because what I'm trying to tell Amazon is that, look, my ACOS is a little bit high for this, for product page searches for this particular category or this particular campaign. So I don't want you spending more than $1 cost per click. Same thing applies here. I have a good, healthy 33% profit or ACOS for this actual rest of search placement. But I'm telling Amazon, don't spend more than $1.75 here. Again, no more than $2.45 here. So you guys get the picture, right? I always like to go ahead and just make a $1 bid. And based on what information Amazon has given me and based on what my customer is going ahead and purchasing, that's how I like to go ahead and make adjustments, right? It goes ahead and really tailors focus on every campaign level based on where your placements are, right? Because I've seen it numerous times whenever I do talk to a student. And again, if you guys are interested in getting one-on-one coaching with me, ahead and click that link below. If you're currently an Amazon FBA seller that's looking to scale, I think I can go ahead and help you out. So if you are interested, go ahead and apply, see if you're a good fit with us. But I see it all the time where they're running a bunch of different campaigns, right? They're running, um, you know, crazy up and down bidding strategies, or all of their spend is going through product pages. Well, at the end of the day, you are running an inefficient type of business if you're doing that, right? Because the campaign might look like you have 100% ACOS, But if it's all coming through product pages, you're not really testing out all of Amazon, right? So by going ahead and lowering those bids and doing it up and down when you're first beginning, and then based on the data, then start adjusting bid adjustment strategies, you're in to go ahead and make a killing with Amazon FBA. So again, once you figure out that certain keywords and, you know, campaigns are doing very well, you might start noticing that there's single keyword campaigns or single keywords that are doing very well. Start making single keyword campaigns. And let me go ahead and show you guys an example of that. So you can see that down here, you start noticing that I'm running single keyword campaigns. Like I do, I run a bunch of different types of campaigns, right? So let me go ahead and move myself out of the way again. You can see how I title these, right? You can see that I'm only running weighted vest men atop of search. I'm going ahead and only running sponsored brands on running pouch for men, right? Phony run holder, running gear for men. And I'm only targeting one single keyword. Why? Because based on the data that I've been receiving from Amazon, these are actually keywords that I convert on like crazy. So by going ahead and just targeting them specifically, as you can go ahead and see, I can really optimize each and every single keyword on the actual bid adjustment level. So I can literally tell you exactly right here, you can see I don't go ahead and advertise for rest of search or product pages. I'm primarily stuck here on just optimizing the bid modifiers for top of search. Why? Because Amazon has told me that I perform the best when it's top of search for this particular keyword. So again, you're getting information from someone that's in the trenches and I'm giving you information based on what I'm doing in my business, right? This is not screenshots. This is me actually going into my business and guys showing you basically live, right? So again, making single keywords campaigns are going to be very, very lucrative. When it comes to going ahead and scaling your Amazon FBA business. And again, you keep harvesting new converting terms weekly, right? And you go ahead and do this by going ahead and utilizing your campaigns, but also by utilizing brand analytics. And we'll get to that a little bit later on, right? So what is a different way of going ahead and getting information and optimizing, right? Steal competitor placements with Smart Scout. So let's say you are brand new to launching a new product, right? Or let's say you want more information because right now you don't have enough information or your search terms, right? So Amazon is kind of like Google where how many times are people searching this thing up? And on Amazon, it's probably way better than Google when it comes to search terms, right? But I only use 2 different types of services in my actual Amazon FBA business. I don't use Helium 10 and I don't use Jungle Scout anymore that often. But what do I do use? Sellerboard and Smart Scout. And what is Smart Scout? And I use Smart Scout whenever I am going ahead and needing to double down or finding other keywords that my comp— my competitors are going ahead and doing. I'm trying to figure out How can I be as good as my competitors? Okay, so I like using one of their softwares called AdSpy, right? And this is a very expensive type of software. We're talking about over $300. If you guys want to use my coupon code, go ahead and use it in the affiliate links. Try and get AdSpy. And if you guys do use my affiliate link, you will get a discount, but I also will get compensated. So you'll probably be buying me a small cup of coffee. But if you get enough value out of this video, I think I'm worth a small cup of coffee. So go ahead and use that. So what is Smart Scout? Well, as you can see, I'm going ahead and putting in this random, you know, fish, fish toolkit. You can go ahead and see it right over here. This person sells for $29 and they sell more than 5,000 pieces per month. So these people are making a killing. They're making over $200,000 on just a single product every single month. Obviously, this is, um, Revenue does not equal profit, but at the end of the day, they are making a killing on Amazon FBA. So I want to figure out what are they actually advertising on. So you can go ahead and see that there's a lot of search volume, right? And these search volumes continue to go up. This might be seasonal. It's fishing season now. So this is why, you know, these search trends are higher, are higher right now. But you can see people are searching this thing up like crazy. And there's different types of keywords that they're searching up. And we're talking about tens of thousands of searches every single month. But you can see that most of their search terms are from paid, right? 52%. So what are they really going ahead and spending all their money on when it comes to advertising? Well, thank you, Smart Scout. They go ahead and have this AdSpy, which goes ahead and basically takes information from Amazon at a 24-hour type of cycle, right? So it gathers a lot of information. So over the 24 hours, what do they really spend their money on? You can see catfish gear. They go ahead and have a sponsored video win rate of 3%. 3.2%. So anytime you go ahead and search up catfish gear, 3.2% of the time you're going to go ahead and see King or KastKing, right? But let's go ahead and start noticing other numbers, right? 66%, and they're running sponsored brands, right? 40%, they're running sponsored brands. This tackle that's searched up 8,000 times per month, they're winning sponsored brand win rate at 13.3%. 66% here, 29%, 66%. So you can see there's a lot of different keywords that they're going ahead and using. But what I like to go ahead and use is what are the big search terms? The ones that are typed in 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 times every single month. And let me go ahead and— someone's going ahead and calling me here. Again, I don't like to make any edits, but you can go ahead and see this particular fishing scissors is searched up 15,000 times. And KastKing makes sure that they show up for that keyword 38.7% of the time on the top of the group when it comes to, um, Amazon searches, right? So whenever somebody is typing in, um, fishing scissors, they're coming up at the very top. That's the top of search placement there. And they're also coming up 32% of the time on sponsored brands, right? So that already gives you a bunch of information that if you're in this niche already, they're spending a ton on that actual, um, this actual keyword. So it must mean that they're profitable going ahead and using this word, because why else would somebody go ahead and purchase so much ad placement, spend so much money on advertising 32% of the time if it doesn't make them money? It doesn't make sense, right? If that, if that's what they were going ahead and doing, they'll be bankrupt, right? So you can go ahead and see other keywords that they're going ahead and doing. You can see this one searched up 9,700 times, but they only have a win rate of 3.3%. I'm looking for those win rates of 100%, 25%, especially this one, 40% on the sponsored brand win rate, searched up 5,000 times called fishing line removal kit, right? So you can use Smart Scout to literally be your aide to try and figure out what other keywords to go ahead and target that you might not have even thought of as of yet, right? So, and again, that was a very great example as far as this segue is concerned. Don't rely solely on sponsored brands. They're real— or sponsored products campaigns. They're really expensive. You can see that KingCast went ahead and prioritized sponsored brands. Why? Because it's still very cheap to run sponsored brands and sponsored videos compared to sponsored products. Because understand this completely, right? Not everybody has access to A+ content. Again, if you are in 2025 and selling a private label brand, you must have A+ content enabled. You must have Brand Registry because you're going to be unlocked a lot of different tools. But you got to understand that not everybody is unlocked for that, right? So by going ahead and doing Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Videos, you're literally going ahead and competing with way less people. And with that, you're able to go ahead and get a cost per click that's way lower than Sponsored Products, right? So if you're not going ahead and using that, Make sure you are using Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Videos, right? Again, I have that discount code there. We went over some categories there. So number 4, right? Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, undervalued and gold. I talked about this already. Most sellers are sleeping on Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display. And it is 2025 and I still don't understand why people don't run it. Like, you will get high search term keywords at like half the price of Sponsored Products. Like, it's that insane that I still don't understand why people don't go ahead and utilize this. Right. So sponsored brands, you get the top of the banner placement. You guys know exactly what that means. And video placements as well, lower cost per click, right? You use the same high-performing keywords from sponsored campaigns that you're already running. And it's great for retargeting. So for sponsored displays, keep note of this with sponsored display. I don't like to go ahead and really use this unless I am retargeting. So only retarget the last 7 days and the last 14 days of people that have viewed your actual product. That's the only actual sponsored display that has been profitable for me. So keep that in mind when you're going ahead and running sponsored display. I only retarget people that have viewed my item in the last 7 to 14 days. Everything else I have lost a lot of money on. Okay. So number 5, use brand analytics to double down. So the cool thing about you unlocking A+ content is that you get access to this thing called brand analytics. And you can go ahead and see here, I'm giving you access to one of my brands. So what I like to go ahead and do is I want to make sure, and that's Discord for my group. Sorry about that. Um, so what I want to go ahead and stress here is that Amazon gives you a bunch of data of keywords that are already winning, right? So what I like to do is I like to look at, you know, let's say the last month, and we'll go into, uh, you know, just last month. What have— what were keywords that were going ahead and generating a lot of my sales? Well, you can go ahead and see that I like to go based on the order of how many sales I got based on what keyword. And what we can go ahead and do here is I want to make sure that no matter what I'm going ahead and doing, the, the sales that I'm getting, 50% of my sales from, let's say, all of these different keywords, I want to make sure that I'm running a campaign, single keyword campaigns, for 50% of all of my sales. Because I want to make sure that I am not losing out on sales month to month, quarter to quarter, year by year. So I want to make sure that I am being seen on sales that I'm actually going ahead and getting. And this is a snowball effect, right? Let's say one month you only have you only have, let's say, 10 sales for one particular keyword. Well, that means next month I can go ahead and continue advertising on that. But now I have another keyword that's going ahead and giving more sales. And then another keyword is giving more sales and another keyword is giving more sales. So over time, you can start seeing that you'll get a snowball effect of more and more sales as long as you continue to advertise on those keywords. So use Brand Analytics to your favor, right? So going ahead and searching up— if you don't adapt, you're going to fall behind, right? Like if you're not using these strategies, you're going to end up falling behind. And that's what we don't want go ahead and do with Amazon FBA. So those are my 5 hacks, but let's go ahead and go over the bonus one, right? These were all based on PPC, but let's go ahead and take PPC and take it to a next level to try and get you to the top 1%, because I do believe that I am one of the top 1% Amazon FBA, right? Like, I sell over $5 million in revenue every single year. I'm still a small fry when it comes to all these other bigger, um, brand owners, like let's say Rob the Bank or anything like that, where they're going ahead and continuously cranking out stuff, but they do TikTok Shop. I only do Amazon FBA, right? So bonus test, test like the 1%, right? Use Brand Analytics and compare your brand versus competitors for each keyword. So I already know that you currently have already a competitor in mind and you're asking yourself, why can I not make more or just about the same amount of sales as that competitor that's making a killing on Amazon FBA? And you got to ask yourself a question. Why are they winning? Right? Is the main image, is the price, it's the reviews, right? And make hypothesis-driven changes to your main image, your bullet points, A+ content, price, and offer. But how do you do that, right? This is a lot of words. And again, not a lot of people are going to go ahead and give you information on this because they're not in the trenches of Amazon FBA. I say it over and over again, watch my YouTube videos. I'm actually in the trenches. I actually know what I'm going ahead and talking about. And I can hold my weight with anybody selling on Amazon FBA. So how do we find this, right? So let's go over something like running or let's go ahead and running holder or running gear. That's a perfect example right there. And I'm over here petting my dog. So if you guys go ahead and see a tail or why I'm going ahead and doing this, I'm not going ahead and grabbing my leg or anything like that. I'm actually petting my dog. If not, he's gonna go ahead and bite me the entire time. So let me go ahead and refresh this to make sure everything is working correctly. So I've typed in running gear, right? And there's all these different people that are going ahead and searching up. One of them is actually my brand name, which is at the very top, right? So let's say I do a lot of testing already. So right now I have the majority of the click share. Meaning that when somebody searches me up, people are searching up running gear, they're searching me up 5.1% of the time, right? No one else really comes close except for this person right here. So let's say I am this person that only gets 1.85% of the click share rate, meaning that my click-through rate's low and I want to get to 4.6%. Well, let me go ahead and start analyzing what this person is doing, right? So why are they getting a lot of these clicks for this actual keyword? Well, we can go ahead and start analyzing, right? Their main image does look very good, right? So maybe if I'm in the same category as this person and I'm going ahead and selling and I'm analyzing why they're getting so much of the click-through rate, I can start seeing that maybe I can emulate this actual product, right? Maybe I'm not selling a belt. Maybe I'm selling a bag, a fanny pack for running or something like that, right? But I can start taking little key things that they're doing in their business and kind of use it within my own, right? So going ahead and not necessarily copying their main image, but making it very similar because we're not going ahead and trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to Amazon FBA. We're just trying to make ourselves make more money, a bigger piece of the pie. And we do this by comparing ourselves to people that are already dominating our niches, right? So again, maybe even in my own case, right? Like I have the highest click-through rate on my actual products, right? And this is my actual image here. So maybe what I can do is I can instead go ahead and open this up and see as if, you know, little things are coming out of my actual chest pack, right? That can emulate a little bit like this, that could— that shows that you can put your keys here, your, your, uh, your car keys, your phone, your headphones, and basically have that space when you're going ahead and running. That might increase my click-through rate even higher than it is right now. But again, we're always going ahead and testing different things within— when it comes to it within our business. So again, that was basically 5 different ways plus a bonus hack to try and increase your sales. And again, I have my dog over here, so I'm not gonna go ahead and talk too much. But if you guys are interested on one-on-one with me, see if you're a good fit. You have to be a current Amazon FBA seller. You have to be at least making $10,000 per month. But trust me, you're gonna get value more than anything else, because if I'm giving this free game on this free video on YouTube, you can only imagine the value that could go ahead and get if I personalize this. for your actual business. But enough of me talking. If you guys enjoyed it, like, comment, subscribe. Comment anything as far as like what we can do to better help your business. But until next time, guys, peace. Peace.
