So trending on TikTok right now is how China is exposing the big corporations like Lululemon, Nike, um, Restoration Hardware, and all these places that overcharge customers. For instance, like this set over here— have that set right there too— cost me $6,000 straight from the same manufacturer in Restoration Hardware. And the price that Restoration Hardware charges is upwards of $36,000. But the news that's dropping or what's trending is nothing new. I feel like everyone can know exactly where to source their things, right? Like, mostly everything comes from China. So yes, if you're trying to go ahead and get a Lululemon dupe, there's chances that you can go ahead and get it from China, right? But that's not why Nike, Lululemon, Restoration Hardware can go ahead and charge exorbitant amounts of money. It all comes down to capitalism, right? If you know how to brand, if you know how to segment, if you know how to position the products that you go ahead and make, you're able to charge those exuberant amounts of money for a product and still go ahead and make a profit. And at the end of the day, make your customer happy. Because the person that shops at Lululemon, Nike, Restoration Hardware goes back over and over and over again because of the consistency. They understand exactly what their customer is looking for. So that same customer comes back over and over and over because they know what type of product they're getting. Try and go ahead and manufacture a product in China and you're going to get back 10 different types of samples and all different materials, all different fits, all different sizes, even if it's just the same type of large. So I guess it's nothing new. The only reason why these big companies, again like Apple, can go ahead and charge so much is because they created that ecosystem that person wants to come back over and over because they know exactly what they're getting each time.
