When it comes to returns, you want to have the settings turned on to either dispose, liquidate, or return to your house when it comes to your returns. Because if you allow Amazon to determine that these items are sellable and it goes back into your inventory, best believe when a customer receives an opened used product, they're going to one, return it again, and two, leave a 1-star review, which you guys know is very hard to come back from a 1-star review on Amazon. So make sure to check those settings.
