how to make "f*ck you" money with Amazon FBA

Emanuel Ruiz walks through a private-label Amazon FBA strategy to build substantial wealth. He uses SmartScout to find non-electronic products with TikTok potential, then launches on Amazon with PPC ads and review seeding. For 2025, he emphasizes TikTok Shop armies through Womp to access performance-paid creators instead of individual outreach.

So in this video, we're going to explore how to achieve significant financial success, often referred to as FU money, through Amazon FBA. And our focus is going to be strategies that provide control, scalability, and the potential for substantial profits, because at the end of the day, that's what actually matters. So in this video, we're not going to go over retail arbitrage, and we're not going to go over what we consider wholesale. Why? Because these are not scalable business models. This is basically you having another job. We're also not going to go ahead and focus on outdated product research techniques because I see it all the time. People on YouTube are often going ahead and shelling out misinformation when it comes to how to actually do product research. Why? Because they are not in the trenches. As you can go ahead and see, I'm actually actively selling on Amazon FBA. And over the last 12 months, I have made over $3 million with a single brand. And this is just one brand that I go ahead and own, right? So what are we going to be focused on in this actual video? The only Amazon FBA avenue where you can actually make FU money, which is private label. Okay. Why private label? Well, this model, this actual business model grants full control over your product and your brand, which is oftentimes better at scaling and eventually selling the business for 6 to 7 figures. What are we also going to go ahead and be doing in this actual video? We're going to be targeting products that are actually saturated, right? And the reason why I see this is because this is very against the grain of what you see on Amazon or YouTube videos regarding Amazon FBA. But the rationale behind this is that established markets indicate there is proven demand and conversion rates, right? So we want to get into a product that actually has demand, right? Because if we're going to make FU money, We have to have enough people to actually go ahead and convert into a sale. Okay, so we can actually compete in very saturated markets. Why? Because as of 2025, competing with major brands doesn't require massive capital. Why do I say that? Well, that's because most of these brands right now are using outdated strategies, providing opportunities in the marketplace that you can go ahead and take advantage of. Right? So this strategy is to aim to secure even a small percentage of a large market to achieve significant profits. Okay, so what we're going ahead and doing is we're redefining what saturated actually really means, right? So we're going to focus on a well-known product but target underserved niches by defining a specific customer avatar. So let's say this is our customer avatar. Who is this person that we're going to go ahead and targeting, right? So I have a student of mine that is selling a deodorant, right? And as we know anything about deodorants, it is super saturated, intensely saturated, right? But by tailoring it with natural scents that's from the outdoors, right? So we're having scents that are outdoorsy. Right? It has 72 hours of protection and we have friendly ingredients and they're targeting males between 18 and 40 years old and their interests are the following. They're outdoor enthusiasts. They're health conscious. They're environmentally aware of whatever they go ahead and consume. So by going ahead and doing this, we're not targeting all deodorants. We're not targeting every single individual. Who are we targeting? We're targeting a very specific customer avatar, right? So by narrowing the target audience, they're transforming a generic product into a niche offering a really strong appeal. Okay. So how do we find these actual products that I'm talking about? And all of this is going to go ahead and make sense when I go ahead and implement everything. So how do we find these actual products that are in very high demand? Well, we're going to use this program called Smart Scout. And again, we have to use some type of program in order to go ahead and find these products. And I do have a link below as far as an affiliate link. So just be made aware that if you go ahead and use my link, you'll be buying me a small cup of coffee. But I think once all of this makes sense to you, it's going to be well worth me getting a small bag of coffee. Okay. So once you sign up for Smart Scout, go ahead and sign up for the cheapest model. We're going to go ahead and find top new products. So what this is doing is instead of us doing all the tedious work, as far as finding different niches that are selling very well, that have low reviews, SmartStyle already gives us all of this information. The only caveat to this is that you don't want to pick anything in electronics. Why? Because you're creating yourself a job every single time something goes out of style, right? So what we want to go ahead and do is we want to pick a product that doesn't have to constantly change year over year. So we're going to just go through the list, right? And we're going to find something that one is not electronics and 2, something that can go viral on TikTok. Why? That we'll talk about in the future, but it has to be something that you think can go viral on TikTok, right? Again, these are, we're doing basic research. So let's see how long it goes ahead and takes us. This is cool, but again, it says portable water and milk warmer. So it looks like it's an electronic. So let's keep going ahead and going down until we don't find electronic. Right? And something that can go ahead and— okay, perfect. I see something right here. So media bombs, right? So this looks interesting and it looks like it's something that can go ahead and be viral on TikTok. And you can see that they launched this actual product. Let me move myself out the way just a little bit here. It looks like they launched this product on October 23rd, 2024. So a few months back. Okay. So let's go ahead and look to see how many sellers are selling this item. Okay. 3. It looks like it might be a private label business. And this is how much they're going ahead and making per month as a new product. And as you can see, they only have 600 reviews. So let's go ahead and take a look at this actual listing. What is this? Right? So as you can go ahead and see here is a birria bomb. So it looks like it's a seasoning pack of 2 authentic Mexican spice mix for tacos, birria. Okay. So basically this is like a soup, right? So in, in the Hispanic culture and Mexican culture, They can go ahead and make some consomé, which is the juice from the bibia, right? So I know a little bit about this just because that's my nationality, right? So let's go ahead and look to see that this is viral on TikTok, and obviously this is very viral on TikTok. So we're going ahead and seeing that this is actually something that when you're making bibia, you can go ahead and just dip into the actual water and it gives you all the flavors, right? Made with real chilies, herbs, spices for quick and flavorful meals. So now what we're going to do is just, we're just going to take the actual listing of the Bedia and we're going to analyze all the reviews. So go ahead and just copy and paste all those reviews into ChatGPT, right? And why are we doing this? Maybe we don't want to come out with this specific product, but we can, right? We can just go ahead and market it towards different types of individuals. Maybe it's not Mexican people going ahead and purchasing Mexican birria bombs, right? We can go ahead and do this for different demographics. All right. But what we can go ahead and do is based on the reviews, both good and the bad, we can go ahead and input that into ChatGPT and tell ChatGPT to go ahead and see other types of ethnicities, other types of nationalities that have something similar to a birria bomb, right? Maybe now we can go ahead and create a completely different food bomb, but in a different niche, right? Different types of ramen or whatever it might be. So now we have a product that we can go ahead and launch because now it's been verified. Now it sells. Now we have our customer avatar, which again, that beauty balm does a very fantastic job as far as who the actual target market is. It's someone that likes to cook. It is someone that likes to make soup. It is someone that goes ahead and buys this type of balm to go ahead and mix everything together and makes it very easy to go ahead and cook because all they need is this one one product. So we're niching down very, very, very densely, right? If you told somebody that they went, they're going to go ahead and create a different type of spice out there, that product is very, very saturated, but now we're positioned in a way we're combining stuff in a way where it's going to make a lot of money. And as you can see, they make a lot of money as a brand new product. So now we're kind of halfway through, right? So what kind of does it look like as far as launching a product? Pre-2025, right? So you go ahead and have the product, it gets manufactured, then you get it shipped into Amazon, right? And once it's shipped into Amazon, then we're going to go ahead and create our listing page, right? And after that, once we create our listing page, then we're going to go ahead and get our friends and family to go ahead and purchase it and get reviews, right? Maybe go ahead and get the Vine program as well. So now you have your initial 10 to 20 reviews. Well, now you can actually launch a product. And we launch a product through PPC, right? And I'm not going to lie to you. This can still work in 2025. If you follow this to a T, if you have your customer avatar to a T, you're still going to go ahead and print a lot of money. But I mentioned before, make something that can go viral on TikTok, right? Because now in 2025, we can go ahead and implement those same steps. But in 2025, we can go ahead and actually get creators that can target or market our actual product. So not only are we driving traffic from PPC, from SEO, from Amazon, but now we're actually going ahead and doing it through TikTok Shop, or more specifically through UGC. Well, we're pumping out all of this content on TikTok and people are going to be searching us up on Amazon. And look, I may have lost you guys, right? Because maybe we can go ahead and look to see what this creator of this media is going ahead and already doing on TikTok. And you might think to yourself, okay, well maybe I can go ahead and reach out to those actual creators and maybe they can go ahead and market mine. Well, wrong. You can't go ahead and do that. Why? Because why would a creator work with you when they're already making good money with another brand? Okay. So you might be thinking to yourself, maybe I can go ahead and start reaching out to different creators, right? And maybe they can go ahead and make content. Wrong again. So what we go ahead and do here, and the very first step you want to go ahead and go ahead and do before you do this, is you want to research what's actually going viral, right? So go ahead and search up different hashtags or different product names of this media bomb, right, on TikTok. And we're going to analyze what is going viral, right? So we're going to make note of everything that's going viral. We're going to go ahead and basically make a script of when they do X, Y, and Z, all of these other creators are doing the same thing because it has the potential to go viral. So go ahead and do that. Then what I want you to go ahead and do is let's skip everything. Let's go to the shortcut because we're not going to be reaching out to individual content creators because one, you're going to waste a lot of money doing that. And 2, you're going to spend a lot of time doing that as well. So money, time, no good. What we're going to go ahead and do is we're going to go to Womp. And if you guys haven't heard of Womp, just go on, on it. It basically creates different types of groups, creators that you can go ahead and join. What we're going to find is TikTok armies. So what are TikTok armies? Well, this is basically where content creators go to make money off of brands. You see, TikTok Shop actually works because a creator posts their UGC. And if it's good UGC, they get paid a lot of money. Why is this good? Well, us as brand owners, we go ahead and pay these UGC creators once we get paid. So it works in synergy. They have to put out good content, and if they put out good enough content, we're going to make a lot of money. And with that money, we're going to pay them back. So again, you can see why this is very synergy and why TikTok Shop works and why TikTok Shop is going to be very important for the next 10, 15, 20 years. I am very bullish on TikTok Shop and I'm very bullish on Amazon because this stuff really works. So we're going to go ahead and do on Womp is we're going to go ahead and find different types of these TikTok armies. And what do these TikTok armies do? Well, they join these groups because one, they're going to get vetted brands that will actually pay them. And 2, they're going to get ongoing training for them to build up a good clientele for more and more brands to go in there because these people in these TikTok armies are getting paid a retainer plus a commission for their actual product. So now we literally took a shortcut at how to make FU money on Amazon. So now we're going to do all the same steps as far as creating the listing. We're going to get all the listing creation. We're going to get all of our reviews. We're going to use PPC. And now we're going to go ahead and use the golden goose, which is TikTok affiliate, also known as TikTok shop, right? So again, this is why this is the biggest way in 2025 of how you can go ahead and compete on a small budget. And as I mentioned before, a lot of these quote unquote big brands aren't doing this. They're still using outdated strategies. And these are the strategies that are actually going to work. And again, there is a framework. There is a basically a step-by-step analysis to go ahead and do this, because if you mess up in any of these steps, this won't print money. So this is the framework that we go ahead and teach in our actual mentorship. It is a one-on-one mentorship.
